So many of us feel lost in love - trapped by cultural scripts that tell us intimacy looks like “the one,” marriage, or happily-ever-after. And when life doesn’t match the fantasy, we feel broken, unworthy, or like we’re failing at love.
But love isn’t something to perform, contain, or win. Love is a living current - fierce, messy, grief-filled, joyful, cyclical, and infinite. In this raw, stream-of-consciousness episode, I explore how to free intimacy from binaries, reclaim love as a sacred source, and remember that you are already whole.
