Hello all you Unhinged Essentials and welcome to February 2026! Today we welcome Sam to our show and we're just having a good ol' fashioned med room/bumper talk. We're very well aware that all of our essentials are feeling it this year and many in the healthcare world are choosing to walk out and/or leave completely. We applaud you all for standing your ground, standing up for yourself, your sanity, your safety. We hope a strong change is on the horizon and that all you wonderful people are able to keep going. Know that we love you, we hear you, and you are definitely appreciated!
