The Harvest, The Blessing. In season and out.

Here my story, on the HARVEST. I believe your story is coming. Complacency is not your portion, there is more. No matter your age.

Hello, hello, welcome to episode four, another episode, another day. I'm super excited to share with you what's on my heart. I was sitting here in my my home, which I don't know if I even said this in my other episodes, but we did make a giant move from the city life to the farm life, and this has been a lifelong dream for me. And my husband, bless his heart, we are city stickers. I told you all we are from Brooklyn, New York, and living in Oklahoma City, we've lived always in the city from Columbus, Georgia to Naples, Florida, to just all around. And now we're in Oklahoma City and we moved to the country and we have 10 beautiful acres that I get to look out at. We inherited some beautiful animals, um, which uh for right now it's chickens and two ducks and two turkeys, and we have three farm dogs right now and three inside dogs, and so this life has been simply beautiful. It's been peaceful. I can see God everywhere. The noise is not as loud, except the other day, my 80-year-old neighbors somehow were turning up next door, just firework display. I'm like, are we good? But I guess they had people over. Who knows? I don't know. Um, but I can hear it, I can see it, and so it's so beautiful here, and so I was looking out and I said, I want to share in this episode the places that we have been in, and the places that God has taken us out of the blessings and the downfalls, so mountain highs, valley lows, and I know that many of us have had those experiences. I really believe that nobody has had a mountain high experience their whole life. I realize that even those who feel like they have it all really still lack something. There was a scientist that said all newborns are born wanting something. And what is that something? So we have the pacifier, and then we have the blankie, and then we try and substitute that something and fill it with um schooling, or we try to fill it with people, uh, relationships, and it's like, no, that's not what we need. What we really need is the Lord, and so everyone is born wanting Jesus, and I love that. I was like, wow, so the dynamic of how we were made and formed in our womb, we still need the hand of God when we are outside of the womb, which I love, and so going back to the blessings and the not so many blessings, um, life is a journey, and so we'll just get right into what that looks like. And so I know that God is a God that fulfills promises in our lives, and there may be moments where you feel like God, I'm doing everything that you are telling me to do, and you may see someone in their harvest season, and it's like, God, what what is going on? Like, how did their harvest happen before my harvest? And you start comparing, and that becomes a spirit of comparison, and that's something that we need to come against because then jealousy can take place, and when you become jealous, you are now operating in a heavy load of witchcraft, and we have to be careful with that. And so you give to God your desires, what you really want, and he will fulfill the desires of your heart only if hear me now, only if you give him all the glory. If it glorifies him, then he will bless you with it. And a lot of times we're asking God for things that will just benefit us, but how would it benefit the Lord? And so, for instance, with the property that I have now, I prayed so long. I remember being in Brooklyn, New York. I was sitting at my table, I was about nine years old, eight, nine, and I was drawing on a piece of paper. And I drew a farm in Brooklyn, New York. I lived in an apartment building, very small, and I drew it with a pencil and I drew a little horse. I do not want a horse, but I drew little animals in this farm, a picket fence, a white picket fence, a house, trees. I saw the clouds and the birds, and and I kept that paper. Not today, but I remember putting it away. I don't know whatever happened to that. But I remember my parents then bought a dog for me. And I'm like, but I I don't, I didn't want a dog. I wanted a horse, but then I was so content and happy with the dog. And sometimes that's just life. We'll become so content with the things that come our way that it's like, you know what? I guess I'll just settle for this. As I got older, I knew that there was so much more outside of New York City, and I wanted to explore it, and I got to explore it. I got to go to Holland, Europe, I got to live in Germany. I the military brought us all through. And I love it, and and I loved it, and and I got to see so many things outside of Brooklyn, New York, and and I realized we don't have to be complacent, and a lot of times our prayers, if they don't get answered in the moment, then we're like, you know what? I'm okay where I'm at. But are you really? Isn't there something more? Don't you desire more? Don't you feel like your passion, like what God has given you, He's gonna open the door to? It may not be like right now, but it doesn't mean that it's not going to happen. So don't give up on your prayers because I sure did not. So I started to pray a little bit deeper and harder. God, I want the land. And the reason why I want the land is because I want my children to build their inheritance on this land. I want them to inherit something special. I want them to have a portion of this land. And let me tell you, even though the Lord blessed me with 10 acres, I am desiring more acreage. And it's not like I'm not satisfied where I'm at, in a sense. Because I'm like, God, I know that there's so much more out there. He knows the desires of my heart. And because of this, he knows that I will use it for the right purposes, not just for my children, but but what if he wants to do ministry where we're at right now? What if my healing apothecary that I've built in my home? What if that is gonna do something? I don't know. I don't know what God is gonna do. I have all these degrees, diplomas, certifications. Who knows what God is gonna do from here? And so I prayed even deeper and more intently, and I know that God is gonna do whatever He's gonna do in our lives. And so I remember the first home that we bought in Oklahoma City. We rented a lot of homes, and we then owned a home in Oklahoma City, and I loved it. It was such a dream, it was beautiful, my family fit perfect. But then he reminded me, but but didn't you pray for more? How can we make this happen? Is all I thought, whoa, because the finances of it, it was a bit much. And I said, you know what? I'm not going to lack faith. I'm gonna push. And one thing about my husband is he is a man of faith, but he was not for all this property. He's like, I know what's gonna happen, I'm gonna have to um cut all that grass. And mind you, we have two adult boys and two adult girls, and uh my I already told you how much I love them and they're so helpful, and so I said, God, make him want it to, and the desire hit him. Uh, I started just one day that I don't know what happened. I I was like, surely we're not gonna qualify for for half a million dollar property, let's just say it out there. And um I I prayed, and the property that we're in now first, I remember seeing it like a year ago, and it was in the 700,000 area, and I said, Okay, yeah, no, and then as I was just looking one day, browsing Zillow and just seeing homes, something captivated me. Everyone knows my obsession with windmills, right? Those who are close to me. This property, I remembered it when I saw it again, and there was this gorgeous windmill, huge windmill on my property. I said, That's mine. I saw it like a kiss from God, and I said, That that property is mine. The very property I said I will never be able to afford that. God, that's mine. It was still available, and now they had lowered it, I believe, to almost like 600,000. And I said, God, if it's for me, then you will make a way. And I saved two other homes, but that one I had my eye on. Oh my goodness, it had a beautiful pond and it just had a beautiful view all around. I could see God everywhere. And I prayed. I saved it, I sent it to my husband. I said we could only try. That's exactly what we did. My husband is so, he's so sacrificial. And we have properties, and we that's for another podcast, but and how we got into that and the favor of the Lord over that. Because let me tell you, we had no idea what we were doing. Buying and selling, what the Lord opened up the door for investment. It there's a lot to this, it that'll be for another podcast. But um, we we were in the like we were in the process of it. Um, one of our wonderful realtor friends connected us with a lender. This lender became a very good friend of ours now. They're all good friends, we we love them so much, and they partnered with us and they said, We believe that it's going to happen for you all. Can you believe that we pre-qualified? Like everything started to happen so quickly that then fear gripped me. But God has not given us a spirit of fear. What does it say? He's given us a sound mind, love, power. And I said, God, I'm going to build my faith around this, and I know that it's gonna happen because you said it was gonna happen. So if you're out there and you are praying and you believe that you are going to come into something, you're gonna make a giant move, you're gonna write this book, um, finances are gonna come, uh, house, uh, entrepreneurship, whatever it is, God is gonna do it for you if it glorifies him. How can you use what you are praying for to glorify God? And are you fasting? Are you praying? Are you on your face enough? Are you worshiping or are you just asking God, like he's some sugar daddy that is supposed to just honor our prayer request because we're just praying over it? God wants to do this for you. And I want you to believe with everything in you and partner different people with you. God, we believe together that this is going to happen and it will happen. When you feel underqualified, God qualifies you. When you feel that you are amongst many enemies and people are praying against your demise, God, but you are for me and you surround me with your angelic warring angels. When you feel like your prayers are being unheard, God, I know that you are answering my prayers. And so I just wanted to encourage you today that whatever you are praying for, believe that God is going to make it happen. Pray with intention. I love Matthew 6, 6. And it says, but when you pray, go into your room, close the door, and pray to your father who is unseen. Then your father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. What are you doing in secret? What are you praying for? Are you anointing the property that you want, the on the business, because you're an entrepreneur out there? What are you doing? Do you want more children? Is it that you're praying for a child? Because you you can anoint your belly and speak forth life into your belly. There was a man that spoke 75 verses in the Bible over his sickness and he was healed. What are you doing to be extreme in this season? Because we have to be radical. Whatever you are praying for, this is the season of harvest. 2026 is your harvest season, and it's coming to pass. I'm believing it for you. And so today, focus in on what God wants you to do, the desires of your heart, and don't bury it. You're in your 50s, 60s, 70s. So what? I love my chiropractor, Dr. David Ramsey. No, he's not the financial advisor, he's a chiropractor and functional doctor. And he's in his 70s and he says this. He's like, I'm going to finish a book. I'm going to write a book. I'm going to work on my content. Um, he has so many goals. Age is nothing but a number, and do not let that stop you. If you're a teenager, if you're in your early 20s, third, it doesn't matter. Start now. Now is the time to start. I love the entrepreneurship mentality that my daughter Ashley Ann has and her husband Joey. They are uh they their mindset is big and their dreams are big, and they have a photo booth company, and she's a photographer, videographer. They both do it. And if she doesn't know it, she's gonna learn it. And they both push each other to the max and they're rebranding everything within their business because they know that they are gonna serve as a blessing within the community and that they want to be seen. And they have blessed many with free photo booth opportunities and free photography sessions, and God has blessed that business. Is it a jewelry-making business? Is it a clothing making business? I don't know what God has for you. Maybe it's something simple as God, I just want in this season for you to open the doors for me. Maybe to meet someone else. Maybe, I don't know, relationship-wise or whatever. Let it be centered around Jesus first, and then He will open the door for you. Pray against demonic demises against you. Pray against lying tongues, generational curses, give it all to Jesus and then watch God flourish in your life. I hope this episode helps someone. And I hope that today when you go home, or if you're home right now, that you whip out a piece of paper and you draw out your vision, that you write the vision and you make it plain. Isn't that what God told us to do? Write the vision, make it plain. What do you want to see? Get out that goal board, start pasting some pictures, start writing it down as a family. We are big on the family win. That's what we stand for. It's not that that's what we're we are, right? Family win, that's what we're called.

Everyone has a family win. What is your win in this season, in this time? What is your family win? Do it together. Whip out a goal board and write family win and write your last name together as a family. How are we gonna win? Because this season of our lives has truly been a harvest, and I have embraced it so much. Because in past seasons, sometimes we have seen a lot of drought, and we were like, God, we're pouring out more than we're bringing in. And so this is your harvest. We have a couple of months left before the year is out. What does that look like for you? What are you willing to do? I remember having to drive Uber. I remember because I wanted more finances. Well, I had to go out there and get more finances. Same from my husband. We both had jobs, but we knew we wanted more. We wanted to build our savings account and we wanted to do more. What are you doing to build your savings? Are you selling something? Sourdough? Are you selling clothes? Are you having garage sales? What what what are you willing to do for the more? And so this time, this season, God is gonna bring you the harvest. Because after all, we're in the harvest right now. And so I say to you, thank you for listening to this.
