The Viking Coaches Corner originates out of Lake Odessa, Michigan. Join the voice of the Lakewood Vikings, Kurt Ackerson, as he sits down with our sports teams and gets the latest from coaches and athletes.
This podcast is recorded at Buddy's on the Beach located at 1223 Lakeview Dr., Lake Odessa, MI. We will be meeting every Tuesday night at 6 p.m. to record the next session. Come join us as we talk sports with coaches and players.

Welcome to this episode of the Viking Coaches Corner. Today, Kurt Sits down with girls wrestling coaches, Lane Allen and Allison Slater and talk about the program from high school to the kids club sport. They also brought Lake Vike wrestler, Peyton Federau to join in on the discussion.
The Lakewood girls team is growing! It's great to learn about where the program is today and how it provides life long direction to the members. In this episode, you'll get a chance to meet the guests. You'll learn how to become a girl wrestler at both the high school level as well as the junior level. You'll also learn some of the scoring system as well as rules. So, join us for this and more!
