I was telling Amber about a dream I had last night. It's kind of weird. It was odd. Okay. I don't I'll probably never ask this again, but hey Chad, why don't you tell me about your dream? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It is a dream for a better future.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah?
SPEAKER_00That we can all come together.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I was dreaming that that people would be, you know, judge on the merit of their characteristics. Oh somebody already had that dream. Okay. All right. We're still working for it. Oh gosh. Martin with the king. Junior. No, I had a dream and it was uh kind of weird uh because I not the dream itself, but I I think the dream was like it was jumping cars under dirt mounds or something like that. But as I was dreaming, I was woken up out of my dream by a voice. It was crazy.
SPEAKER_01I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_02It wasn't Amber. No, I heard I actually heard of like it wasn't her? No, it wasn't Amber. It seemed it it very well seemed audible. It was Larry. Yeah. Chad, you gonna get up? And it said, I want them all. I want them all. And it said it over and over again. I want them all, I want them all, I want them all, over and over again. Is this a bit? No, not a bit. This is a this is a real real thing. Oh, this happened last night. I just told you a joke earlier, though. No, last night. And so it, you know, as I'm coming to like waking out of the dream, I saw my eyes closed. I'm like, you know, I got a sense. I was like, man, this is not of God. Because it was it was really weird. It could have been he wants them all too. Well, I said, I said, no, you're not having anything in Jesus' name. Now, if it was God, he'd be like, he would rebuke me right there, I guess. Oh, but I I was just like, No, you ain't having none of them in Jesus' name. Not of mine. Not a mine. Carry a one. Not a one. I've said that before. Yeah, carry a one. Not a mine. And so uh shoot them on with a Jesus name, and it stopped. It's a powerful name. Yep. It stopped. And I woke up and had a great day. But it was weird. I've never I have never ever heard like um audible voice or something like that. It was weird. Yeah, I've never audibly heard Satan's voice either. I'm glad for it though. Yeah. Yeah. You know, when you're connected, you know, you can hear the like you know, like no, no, I'm just saying, you know, like when you're in the Bible a lot, you can hear God's word. And yeah. When you're in other books, I guess you hear other words. And then I guess when you're in the word of God, you can decipher which are of the shepherds and not.
SPEAKER_03That's true.
SPEAKER_02So I can I knew his voice audibly heard somebody want some. What do you mean? Maybe maybe you meant the skanks or whatever that Amber's scared of. Maybe not all. Those little lizards.
SPEAKER_01Those are two different things here.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. The halter tops and the the jellies. Yeah. Those she's not afraid of. Those are skinks. And they are quite larger. Reside in dirty myrtle. Well, actually, they both can.
SPEAKER_01What in the world?
SPEAKER_02Um, you guys ready? We gotta get started. Oh, I'm so ready. Okay. Three, two, one. Are you ready? Hey, Mr. Serious, I'm Chad Davis. And if you are in the move for some clean comedy with a side of poop jokes and where Christian creatives are celebrated, then you're in the right place, my friends. We are the creators of Nashville Nonsense, the family sketch comedy show you know you never need it. It's amazing. Uh, it's on the channel right now. And uh, we have been writing and filming some stuff. It's gonna be popping soon, so keep on a lookout for that. Um, we also uh uh just have a good time on the podcast, and uh from time to time we um just shout out uh Christian creatives here locally or uh buddies of ours and people in business. And um, so what you got, Amber?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, big shout out this week to Need Ham's Nursery right here. Well, not right here, but in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. Big old shout out to them. I was over there uh the other day, I like you know, flower gardening and all the things, but I was talking to the owners, the um owners Clay and Jessica, and uh I got a picture real quick with picture time here, yeah. So there they are, just awesome. So Clay Scales and Jessica Scales or Needham Scales because Jessica is the one that's founded Needham's nursery. Found it, yeah, found it, found it back in 1988, I think is when they started it, or sometime around then.
SPEAKER_03Wow.
SPEAKER_00And then um they have this beautiful nursery, it supplies all of the gardening needs to the Mount Juliet, really Wilson County, amazing. But the reason why we're giving them a shout out is because of Clay's haircut, sure.
SPEAKER_02I love it, Clay, good man.
SPEAKER_00The reason why I want to give them a shout out is because as I was talking with them, they were sharing some things that they do for the community in Wilson County. They help out, they just helped out with the uh 4th of July celebration. They are doing things in the fall with comedy and things that they've got going on that way. And the other thing that they do is they started um helping out and partnering with a um organization that um helps to put uh background checks and security in small churches because a lot of small churches can't afford to do that, so they're helping to fund background checks and security systems for small churches in the wealth of the world. Oh, that's wonderful.
SPEAKER_02You gotta be able to do background checks if you've got people watching kids and doing stuff. 100% that's really cool.
SPEAKER_00We partner with a a group called the uh Circle of Saints.
SPEAKER_02Okay, I love it.
SPEAKER_00And um they help to put in security systems for these you know small churches.
SPEAKER_02I love it.
SPEAKER_00So that is what uh Needham's is doing and doing amazing things. So big shout out to Needham's nursery.
SPEAKER_02Big shout out. All right, I don't have any uh flower needs, but if I did, I would definitely Yeah, I've I've been um Yeah, I've been over Needham's uh a handful of times and always had a great experience. I can't uh I don't remember like the persons I've interacted with there, but I always know it's a positive experience. And uh I left with the um I think they give them out to everybody. I don't know if they still do it, but it was a little pocket knife with the orange handle.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I remember. I don't know if they still do that or not, but there is a lady that works there, her name is Iris, so I wanted to give a shout out to Iris.
SPEAKER_02Okay, let's go with Iris.
SPEAKER_00She is awesome, and it's not just because her name is a flower.
SPEAKER_02But she I thought iris was in your eye.
SPEAKER_00Well, iris is in your eye and she's gonna be a few. And the camera too.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, yeah. I didn't know it was a flower.
SPEAKER_00A lot of things. Iris is everywhere.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. Omni Iris is what we call her.
SPEAKER_00Omni iris.
SPEAKER_02Desiree wanted to name one of our kids after a flower.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Olivia, when she was born, she wanted to name her uh Edel Weiss.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, that's from Sound of Music.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I nixed that so fast. Can you imagine calling a little baby Edelweiss?
SPEAKER_00That's a long name.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Even for an old person, it would be long. Well, short for vice. No, I mean, I don't know. We weren't gonna shorten any of it. I was just gonna no, no, no, we're not doing that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, would you call her Adel?
SPEAKER_02No, no, I call her Olivia because it's pretty.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Olivia is pretty.
SPEAKER_02She does hate that she's the same. Her name and her shop she hates that she's the only one that doesn't have a biblical name.
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02She's like, why'd y'all do that? I'm like, I thought the name was really pretty. And he was either that or Edelweiss. So you got a pretty name. I wanted to name um Abby Lou, Abigail Lou Sill. That's her name. We call her Abby Lou. I wanted to name her Mash or Tank because dudes wouldn't date her. Nope, nope, that's a joke. Okay, we really did try to get Olivia's name to be Edelweiss.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah. She was gonna be Jackson if she was a boy, because I like that name, Jackson.
SPEAKER_02Jackson. Yeah, nothing like giving a kid a last name for a first name. Fine.
SPEAKER_00Jackson Davis.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, two last names. Yeah, that's nice.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, very presidential. All right. Yeah, so we got a lot going on. We've got some new stuff, um, just a couple of different things. But we would love to hear from you if you have a Christian creative that you know, somebody that is creative and they just happen to be a Christian. And I need a good hot team.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. What are you doing there? Got a frog in your throat?
SPEAKER_00Something's coming up.
SPEAKER_02I should have seen her smoking cigarettes right before we started. Half a pack, Amber. Half a pack.
SPEAKER_00Don't smoke, children.
SPEAKER_02Nope. Yeah, not good for you. Or vaping.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but if you know a Christian creative and you want us to give a shout out, please let us know. Drop a comment right here on YouTube. If you are listening on Spotify, you can shoot us a text on the show notes. You can also email us at this is serious at dadchavisproductions.com. That's this is serious at dadchavisproductions.com. And jump on over to Instagram because we have a lot of behind the scenes stuff over there that we would love to connect with you. So yeah. But I've got a couple of things going on in the news, really a slow news week, but did you know that today um as this uh episode drops, it's National Junk Food Day.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I like that. Yeah. I like junk food. What's your favorite junk food? Reese's cups. Oh, that's good. Kit Cats.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I don't need a national day to do that though. I eat Reese's cups almost every day. Is popcorn considered junk food, I guess? Yes. It is not healthy. It's fiber. It's a corn. It's fiber.
SPEAKER_00But Friday, this Friday is National Drive-Thru Day.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay. And um so in and out supports that.
SPEAKER_00In and Out, well, this is kind of interesting about the National Drive-thru day, is that um I was doing some research about it, and did you know that In N Out was actually the first drive-thru ever in the United States?
SPEAKER_02Oh, I did not know that. I didn't know that at all.
SPEAKER_00I did not know this.
SPEAKER_02I bet you I know someone who does know this.
SPEAKER_00I do, but we won't say who that is to protect this person.
SPEAKER_02Well, we talk about it all the time.
SPEAKER_00But um yeah, In N Out was the first um drive-thru, which opened in California in 1940.
SPEAKER_02I would have guessed like Sonic or something. I would have thought McDonald's.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. It wasn't In N Out 1948. It was the first drive-thru.
SPEAKER_021948. No, is that right?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. It opened in California in 1948. And there's one here in Lebanon, which is the first uh in and out in the state of Tennessee. Yeah. Which is pretty cool. But uh yeah, so Jack in the Box restaurant opened in 1951 and they didn't have outside seating, so it just kind of looks like a drive-through. Yeah, it's all well it was walk-up or drive-thru, I guess.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00They have that.
SPEAKER_02Some places won't let you walk through the window.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Oh, look at that. Scroll down that quarter pounder. I used to work at McDonald's. I remember when the quarter pounders used to come in the little styrofoam things, styrofoam, whatever it called it.
SPEAKER_01Oh, poor styrofoam.
SPEAKER_02They put it in that because it was um it was toxic. Yeah, this is what makes it taste good.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, a little styrofoam.
SPEAKER_02So all those plastics. Mickey D's. There we go. What kind of sauce is that? Did it say I thought it said fart sauce? So I was like, I haven't released that yet. How are they getting a shit on that? That's copywritten.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, so there is um well, let me go over here.
SPEAKER_02So when did the varsity open up?
SPEAKER_00Oh, you know what? I don't know. Varsity, that's uh that's how I was Atlanta, right?
SPEAKER_02Yes, it is in Atlanta. If you haven't been, it's very good. They have an orange drink that's pretty good. Oh, see. When you walk in, they go, what do you have? What do you have? What do you have? What do you have? I've never been. It's been a lot of people. You've been going to varsity. Yeah, if you ever go through Atlanta, the varsity is a very good place to eat. Okay.
SPEAKER_00I took uh I took everything there on the street.
SPEAKER_02Does it? Like I mean, like for parking cars and stuff. Really?
SPEAKER_00I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Why is that?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, the varsity is Atlanta.
SPEAKER_02Chili dogs are good. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um opened in 1928.
SPEAKER_02Well, I think we have it beat then.
SPEAKER_00But it's not a drive-thru. It wasn't a drive-thru.
SPEAKER_02It wasn't a drive-thru. That's why you're not going to be able to do it. But that's why you eat there, though. There's like 800 parking spots.
SPEAKER_00There was a lot of walk-ups, there was a lot of car hops, but they're they were open during the Great Depression.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean they were getting people getting burgers during the Great Depression. They're known for chili dogs.
SPEAKER_01They're known for their hot dogs.
SPEAKER_02Well I like they do, they sit, they have like 800 parking spots. You can, it's like a big sonic.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But you can't eat inside too. You're right. I like that.
SPEAKER_00You can see it from the road, like from the interstate.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You drive through there.
SPEAKER_02Okay. I've never been. That's pretty cool.
SPEAKER_00I didn't know that you'd never been there. That's pretty interesting. Yeah. So that's kind of cool.
SPEAKER_02Our love is like a uh like an onion. It's got different layers. Different layers, right?
SPEAKER_00All right. Coming up in just a few, like a like two weeks, I guess, from the time this drops, or like a week and a half. Uh tax-free weekend in Tennessee. All right.
SPEAKER_02Saving money.
SPEAKER_00So wherever you live, you may not have tax-free weekend, but right here in Tennessee, we get tax-free weekend uh where there's absolutely no sales tax on um like school supplies, things that you need.
SPEAKER_02The only thing you gotta do is drop a bunch of tea in your local watering system.
SPEAKER_00Right. Put a feather in your cap and call him Yankee Doodle.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, isn't that the isn't that the process? We don't do that. No, no, no, no, no, no. But yeah, tax-free weekend.
SPEAKER_00That's why I say tax-free weekend. So coming up um Friday, July 31st through Sunday, August 2nd. So this is a great deal in Tennessee that you get to buy all your school supplies.
SPEAKER_02It is, because our tax is so high, too. It's almost 10%.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's crazy.
SPEAKER_02So it's tax on everything, right? I mean tax yeah, when you get paid, they tax your money before you get it. Yeah, and then if you go spend any of that money, it's tax against. Yep.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And then you you buy a house. Or anything you buy, you're taxed. Yeah, you're taxed.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02They tax it before you get it.
SPEAKER_00Right, but we don't have state income tax in Tennessee.
SPEAKER_02We don't, but we I mean we don't need it because they tax us so much everywhere else.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's true. But that's why a lot of people are moving here. And I'm sure a lot of people that are have moved here and then they're like, What? There's no sales tax when you're buying school supplies? Absolutely. It's another reason to move to school.
SPEAKER_02That's just because they mark up the whatever was ten dollars is now fifteen dollars.
SPEAKER_00It says general apparel that costs less than a hundred dollars per item.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_00Um, and jewelry handbags are not tax free. So but school supplies, and I do know that electronics like I thought, yeah, computers. Yeah, computers less than fifteen hundred dollars are um I don't know what computers cost nowadays.
SPEAKER_02Is that a good thing? Can you get a computer for less than fifteen hundred? Yeah, uh a bad one.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02Well, you can get the tax off of it. No, you can get you can get decent one. It's more it's more of a consumer home one, but you're not gonna be gaming or developing with it.
SPEAKER_00You're well what I've noticed too is that a lot of the stores will have sales like on those items to lower the price, and then you can get tax-free, so then you're getting like a double it's like double dipping.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00For all of us, yeah.
SPEAKER_02In your face government, yeah. So that's we're really getting it to them. Yeah, to them one day, one day of 365, they give away. Or two days, three days or two days, yeah. No tax.
SPEAKER_00So that's it. Not a lot of stuff going on, but I thought y'all could enjoy that. Well, I did drive-throughs and text free weekends. Thank you for that.
SPEAKER_02All right, yeah. Umledge. Don't do it, don't do it. Well, we want to get funny now. So it was coming. I can see it coming now. Before it was catch me off guard if now it's like I'm ready for him to go. All right. Amber, did you get that out? Now let's get to the funny. Now, Amber is the best. Let's face it. That's why they're probably tuning out now. They've heard Amber and they know that she's not gonna be doing as much talking.
SPEAKER_01Was really keeping everybody here.
SPEAKER_02Why'd you go? You did your Alexa voice right there.
SPEAKER_01I did.
SPEAKER_02My tax boy is right. Welcome. I don't know what you said, but you went like deep, like Joyce Meyer or something.
SPEAKER_01I did. I don't know. What's going on with that?
SPEAKER_02So you're all that smoking cigars. Apparently. Stogies.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Swisher sweets, Virginia Slims. You've gone a long way, baby. Yeah. Um, I'm thinking about starting smoking. I'm gonna start with a patch and then work my way up to the cigarette. Okay. I'll just get a little bit of a big thing.
SPEAKER_00I'm gonna start with the gum.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, gum's next. Patch, then gum. Patch, then gum, and then I'm like, once I build up enough, yeah, I'm gonna try that first cigarette, see how it goes.
SPEAKER_03Wow.
SPEAKER_02All right, so the next segment we have here. I'm kidding, we're not doing that. What's the bus fun? What is it? All right, so this is where we're gonna deep dive into my uh algorithm. I'll share some videos with these uh chabronis, and it's gonna be a lot of fun. They're gonna guess what's gonna make it funny. I'll show them a little snippet and uh let's check it out. Number one, daddy daughter, race. Here we go.
SPEAKER_01Okay, daddy daughters.
SPEAKER_02Sweet, white, swimming, NASCAR, not what I thought. Foot race. Yep, my bad. Okay, what's gonna make this funny? He's gonna kick her back leg. I'm just I'm just I'm just thinking of what I would have done.
SPEAKER_01Oh, wow. And then he'll get a red card.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. No, no, not if he does it right. Winning at all costs. Yes, oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, you know, uh with any competition with the kids, I wouldn't wouldn't let them win.
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I want them to experience real life every day, and when I'm competing against them, they know that the best is gonna win. Yeah. So anyway. I've done the opposite. Like, I've always let them win. And now they're older, and I'm like, come on, why don't we play them? Like, I'm not playing you, I beat you all the time. I'm like, I let you guys win. I'm like, no, you didn't. You stunk. He always whooped on you. And I'm like, I was letting you guys win, trying to build your I built it so much that they just think I'm horrible at everything. No, I crushed your spirits early. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Didn't your grandma always let you win? And that just kind of folded into your competitive nature.
SPEAKER_02I think it has, because I remember playing checkers with my grandma at a young age and winning every time, like handsomely. And then I played my grandpa one time.
SPEAKER_00You were good looking while you're walking.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah. And I played my grandpa. I played my grandpa w one time, and within 30 seconds, uh, he had all his checkers and mine were gone. And I don't know what happened. Maybe she wasn't letting you in. Maybe your grandmother just stunk. Yeah, it's true. Maybe. Maybe. But um I I was remembering that I got um like checkers taken away without me doing anything. She's like, Because you're on that square, these two get to go away as well. Oh, it's like a rocking jock. Oh, checkers. And so, and then I try to pull the same rules with my grandpa. My grandpa's like, no, that's not how you play. Yeah, he's like, You can bounce off the wall to jump. No, he's like, No, this is how you bounce. Quadruple jumps, you then stick everything. Yeah, and he crowned himself a lot, and it was embarrassing. That's a shame. Yeah. Yeah, well, he didn't move his back row. I think he kicks this girl's back leg. All right, let's see what uh we'll see what's up. Uh, what do you think, Amber? What do you think is gonna be funny about this? Uh somebody's eating dirt.
SPEAKER_00I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, I saw that coming actually before he got there. I was like, oh, he's he's just looking at her. He's not looking forward.
SPEAKER_01Bing the sound. That hurt.
SPEAKER_02It sounded like a little league baseball game. You know, with aluminum's like a tuning fork. Sounds like that's that's a C.
SPEAKER_03C.
SPEAKER_02Little C. Yeah, no, he didn't see. No, he did not. He can't see now. Can we not watch it again, Amber? We see all these ones with people putting ice cream down somebody's backside, and you'd like to watch that twice, but I can't see this twice.
SPEAKER_01You can see it on the eyes there in the room.
SPEAKER_00We're running for those hoops.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but look, he ain't taking his eyes off of her. And oh no.
SPEAKER_00Man, he hit his neck.
SPEAKER_02That's good stuff. Good stuff. All right, so uh move on to the next one. All right, uh Dream Car. Okay, do you have a dream car? Uh, just one that works. Yeah, what about you? Um the money, I'd probably buy. I don't know. I'd I'd probably get a muscle car. Um, I'd probably get like um, or uh either a Chevelle, like a 68 Chevelle. Okay, you're going then for sure. Or a 74 C10. Okay, you do specific. I'm I'm thinking like a Camry any year, I guess.
SPEAKER_00Camry?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, too.
SPEAKER_00I would have a red convertible, what was that?
SPEAKER_02I think that was uh I was updating Jaws. Yeah, Jaws is updating. Yeah, it's fine.
SPEAKER_00I would have a red convertible white top Carmen Gia.
SPEAKER_02I knew that.
SPEAKER_00Do you know what movie that's from?
SPEAKER_02Oh gosh. Yes, thanks for everything, Julie Newmar. To Wong Fu.
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02Man, is it uh I want to say it's like from like a Molly Reinwald or something. Is it uh Pretty and Pink and Pink?
SPEAKER_00Okay, Pretty and Pink. That was my favorite car that she had. She had a pink one, but I like the What's a happening hot stuff? That's the wrong movie. But it's not it's not pretty and pink. What is that one?
SPEAKER_02That's Sixteen Candles. Oh, sorry. Same thing. Sorry.
SPEAKER_00Okay, so Drain Car.
SPEAKER_02Okay, Drinkar, here we go.
SPEAKER_00Here we go.
SPEAKER_02So I think that's a that might be uh McLaren or Lambo. I'm not sure. I think it's a Lamborghini. I think it's a Lambo. It looks expensive. Yeah. Anything you gotta crawl to get in. So that boy in the white hat, the boy in the white hat is like, ooh, he's been checking it out. And the guy there, uh, the blue backpack or whatever. He's like number 44 on his back. There's no backpack. Oh, 44. I thought it was a blue backpack. The guy with the blue backpack, like the kid's the only one with the backpack, that's black.
SPEAKER_01He's got two really big stripes on his back. I thought it was.
SPEAKER_02I thought it was like these, like a backpack tubercular. Man, I need glasses. All right. Yeah, the guy with the blue 44. Blue 44. So it's obvious it's his car, and he he's like, oh, I see his kid checking out my car. And you know, it's kind of cool. Let me hook you up, kid. Let me check out check out my car, check out my ride, check out my whip. Hmm. I'm just gonna make this funny. Yeah, what do you think?
SPEAKER_01Kid's gonna get in and drive away?
SPEAKER_02Nah. I think that guy's gonna like ask him if he wants to sit in there or something that's not his, though.
SPEAKER_01Oh, it's not.
SPEAKER_02Hop in the driver's seat. Check it out. It's not his. It's not his though.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, he's just an alarm goes off.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Kid gets arrested. Yeah. Taken to another country.
SPEAKER_02Oh wow. Wow. I don't I don't know if that's the ruling of should be someone's car, but maybe. I could tell this car meant something to him. Oh, it is his house topic. Alright, man. Come on, check it out. You want to check it out? Come on. Yeah. He's like, come on, let me put this backpack down. I show it to you. Yeah, then I stopped dinner and let him sit in it. Looks like his uh either friends or sister or family members are there to take pictures. Gets in. He did. He did take off. He did amber. Wow. I guess he's gotta go to a different country. Yeah. I guess that guy, he got running like he's gonna catch him.
SPEAKER_01You're a little AI room. What? That's not AI. That really happened. Come on.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that happened. It's automatic.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02It's automatic. It's an automatic. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_02I don't know why, but I don't. This is just me personally. I don't um have a feeling for cars. Like I think, like somebody's like, I want to let him sit in it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like that, that that doesn't, that does absolutely nothing for me. Oh, okay. If it was if if you had a Lamborghini park here and you were like, Do you want to sit in the driver's seat? I would go, why? Are we are we going somewhere? Yeah, can I drive it, I guess? I mean, I'm not even, I'm not even, I wouldn't want to drive your car. I mean, it's your car. You know what I mean? Like, I if I had a Lamborghini, you wouldn't want to drive it. Can I have I have I driven your truck? Would you want to drive it? I mean, no, I'm saying it's like I've driven something before. Okay.
SPEAKER_00It's not a big deal to do it. It's not. I'm telling you, our son, he loves it. No, I know kids.
SPEAKER_02I think when I was younger, maybe I would, but I mean, I don't know. I just don't, yeah, it doesn't enthrall me. I think I want to just go sit in it. And I would just be like, I mean, I got two cars you could sit in, man. Sit in every seat if you want. So like like newer, like modern cars like that, like sports cars like that, it doesn't, I'm I'm the same, I'm like you with that. Um, however, and some of those things, if you set them, it's hard to get up. They got bucket seats. Right. Yeah. However, like those muscle cars and the the the old like custom trucks and stuff, I'll sit in there. I want to sit and drive one of those for certain. Yeah. I think that's cool.
SPEAKER_00You have to go to Snow White to do that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Because when you hit the gas, you smell it. You smell the gas, which is awesome. And then you can it just reverberates because uh it's so much power. It's great. All right, there you go. Uh fun to see. I know, I know. So uh you got a third one here, uh Wii Sports. Now, before you play this one, so everybody knows Wii Sports. We was very popular back in the early 2000s, and I guess still popular, I guess. I don't know. Um, and you could play different things on there, one of them being like tennis or bowling. Bowling's another good one. This one's home run derby. Yeah, home run derby, all kinds of cool stuff, and you can make your own little Wii characters and stuff. So this particular video is you'll hear the Wii Sports like thing, like theme music, and you'll see pictures, but then you gotta got a picture in your mind what's gonna happen, what's gonna make that video funny. Okay, so play the first one there. Hmm. Oh, it's Eddie Britt though. Oh, okay. The bowling one got the sound effect. Nice throw. It's like he threw a watermelon down there. Yeah, he did.
SPEAKER_03That's like a melon.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, a little cantaloupe. Um, but yeah, so what do you think is gonna make this funny? So basically what I'm saying is I'm I'm taking this sound effect and putting it into another video.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you're taking the sound effect.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh my goodness, I can only imagine.
SPEAKER_02What did it say at the end? Way to go. I don't know. Nice throw or something. Nice throw. I don't know how you're gonna.
SPEAKER_00I mean, this seems like you're gonna like put it to a baseball game or somebody at the grocery store.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, or it's gonna be like somebody like does a throw that's not nice. Oh like somebody throws it with their left hand or something, and it looks oh, looks uh suspect. Yeah. All right. Zesty. You never seen somebody throw zesty? Oh yeah. Oh, here we go. Oh good luck, everybody. Did she just let her luggage go down the escalate?
SPEAKER_03Oh nice throw. Nice throw.
SPEAKER_02Oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_01Did you put that together? Or is that a reel that you found?
SPEAKER_02No, it's a reel I found, but I then I had a doctored up so we can give it away.
SPEAKER_01That's pretty funny. That's my favorite one.
SPEAKER_02That's your favorite one?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, out of the three.
SPEAKER_02Okay. I like that guy running into the pool. Oh, the sound?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Sad.
SPEAKER_02Middlely home run. You don't remind me too. Remember when we were doing we were shooting uh This is serious, and you get hit with that big ball in the tiny Ian? And he goes, Oh, that's what it is. I leave my body. Yeah, yeah. That's what that reminded me of. That guy hit that.
SPEAKER_01Are you talking about natural lots of it? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Him and uh Ian were working out, and Ian throws this big medicine ball. It was not a medicine ball. It was a yoga. Oh, yoga balls. Same thing.
SPEAKER_01Like 40 pounds.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01It was a balloon.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01With helium.
SPEAKER_02That balloon hit him and he went out of his body. I tell you what, when he threw it, Ian's a strong dude. He's a strong cat. So when he threw it, it really like Didn knock you off your feet? It let me know what's up. I felt every bit of that. Pang. Yep.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, it was interesting.
SPEAKER_02Hidden hold back. But yeah, good stuff. All right. Well, there you go. All right. Did you have a good time?
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That was a good time. Did you have a good time of that? Have we come to that now? All right, guys, we're almost done shooting. Did you have a good time? Was that fun for you? Yeah. It was fun for me. That's it.
SPEAKER_03What do you got going on?
SPEAKER_02Well, I mean, I just got uh, you know, like a lot of stuff going on. We're trying to get downtown and film with me and Jared. And um, you know, we've got uh my buddy Tim Tupper going to be helping out filming TT. I don't know if we can call him that. I'm sorry, Tim. We've never met, but I just gave him the name TT.
SPEAKER_01I have never heard of that ever.
SPEAKER_02I don't know, but we can get it started. No, I don't know if we want to. Oh man, that's not great. Yeah, Unc TT. Uh sounds like something your uncle's doing.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_02Well, you'll see us downtown. We've got some things we've got to film.
SPEAKER_01Downtown Nashville.
SPEAKER_02And then uh we've got a um film with the rest of the crew. Um it's gonna be a lot of fun. And uh we're gonna have some couple of guests on here uh coming up in a couple weeks. Uh some really cool folks. Um, but yeah, so if you again, if you know any uh awesome creative Christians, uh let us know in the comments, shoot us an email or something like that. And uh we we want to highlight them on the show and give them a shout out. Uh and um, you know, because uh, you know, we you know, we we we understand when it when you're like creating something and you're in the grind and and uh you're trying to produce a lot of stuff and being consistent with it, it's not always the easiest. Everything's a home run. So you're and you can be creative in different ways.
SPEAKER_00You can be an artist, you can be a singer, you can be a songwriter, you could be a business person, you could be a an candlestick maker. It is a candlestick maker. Yep.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we gotta find a Christian candlestick maker. Yeah, yeah, that's gonna be hard to do.
SPEAKER_00I am gonna try to find one.
SPEAKER_02Okay. All right. If we can't find one, let's convert one. Well, it's gonna be lit if we find one. Let's just go find oh man. Seriously.
