In this episode, I’m joined by Shannon Bobo , a married mother of one living in Los Angeles. We talk about what it really means to mom differently when life is life-ing.
Shannon shares how raising her four year old daughter, has been directly shaped by a very real and stressful situation she’s navigating with landlords. Instead of hiding the hard stuff, Shannon has learned how to stay present, become more transparent, and build emotional tools with her daughter in real time…without dumping adult weight on a child.
This conversation is honest, wise, and a little radical (in the best way) because Shannon is intentional about giving Melanie the tools she needs for life, keeping her safe, and raising her with a community minded, purpose driven vision.
