A Note on Content: While these stories are generally appropriate for listeners aged 12 and up, classic Gothic literature frequently explores themes of murder, romantic affairs, and "tortured souls." Stories are performed exactly as written in their original historical context.

A woman so captivating that she literally steals your beating heart, a man obsessed with ridding himself of an ominous creature. The abandoned home seemingly unfit for both the living and the dead. Long before there were video shorts, there were short stories written to scare readers well, subtly inviting them to question the very moral fabric of their lives. In echoes in the dark, classic short gothic tales are read aloud, followed by commentary on a litany of questions that the author raises. Mark is hosted and narrated by Ray Wilson, and news stories are delivered weekly. Join us for a gothic tale.
