We are Shana and Bridget! We are two women on a health journey that we want to continue to build on and sustain. Our goal is to help other people who have lost weight or are in the process and are now looking for guidance on how to maintain it long-term. We bring a light-hearted and relatable conversation to the table, filter-free and real.
