Um, all right, I got one play on the board today. Uh, lots of um conference tournament championship games today. We're gonna go to the one in the MA uh MAAC Championship in the Atlantic City. This matchup, it's given immovable object versus uh irresistible force. Alright. We've got Merrimack versus Siena clashing for the crown in the MAAC championship game. On the surface, it looks like a you know tight defensive master class kind of game. But if you dig into the numbers here, this isn't just a game of stops, alright? It's a game of math, alright? When we look at how these teams match up on the glass, um, that's where the game might actually be won or lost, okay? Before the first TV timeout, if we're being honest. I mean, Merrimack 362nd in rebounding percentage in the country. Uh effectively allergic to rebounding to basketball. All right. Sienna, they're 106th um in the nation in rebounds and in a game where every possession matters, it's going to be a ground grind. Sienna, um, they're going to have those second, maybe third looks at the basket. You can play the best zone defense in the country, which Joe Gallo arguably does with this Merrimack team. But if you can't finish the play with the rebound, you're just basically inviting a slow death. Okay. I know that Merrimack is 17-3 in the conference. They've had a decent season, looks elite on resume, but they've been living on Razor's Edge, okay? They won the semifinal by one point. They beat Sienna earlier this year in OT. Um, they are one of the luckiest teams in the mid-majors right now, okay? Regression is a cold mistress, right? And she usually shows up in Atlantic City or Las Vegas. Um, we happen to be in AC today. Sienna plays pretty well there. I mean, this is a Siena team that has only trailed 40 seconds of this entire tournament, okay? They aren't just winning, they are vacuum sealing their opponents. I think that they win this one tonight. I'm gonna lay uh the points here with uh Sienna. This number's been jumping around, which really just means that we're on the right side of this. Um, but we are gonna take Sienna here. Um, as of right now, we are gonna take them on the money line. They are plus 145 on the money line today. Okay, ridiculous. They're catching three and a half points here. They're gonna out-rebound this team. I mean, Merrimack's biggest thing here is gonna be their elite from the free throw line, okay? 79% as a unit, top five in the nation. But here's the kicker, okay? Sienna is a very disciplined defensive team, 23rd in the nation and not putting people on the stripe. Okay, I think that's gonna matter today. Um, Sienna on the money line for one unit plus one for lock it in. I will see you at the counter.
