SPEAKER_02

Night scalpel. Open up surgery. Hang on, let it kick in. Coming next, Dr. Congo.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god. We are top of the league. So we are top of the league. We are top of the league, so we are top of the league. And Garland has coming home. Let's coming home.

SPEAKER_02

Right, in all seriousness, have we seen the team that's winning the World Cup?

SPEAKER_01

Not yet. But there's been moments. People were saying, does Jude Bellingham even start for England? If he didn't start for England, we would be in an absolute mess right now. We need more Jude Bellinghams. He's literally carrying us across the finish line almost single-handedly. I know there's been some other highlights, and Harry Kane has been great, but Jude has just been the absolute rock in this side at the minute.

SPEAKER_02

And happy birthday for Jude as well as his birthday today were recorded on Monday. It's 23. Couple of anniversaries actually this weekend, Night. 23, Jude Bellingham today. Happy birthday. And it's also three years over the weekend that City got hammered for the minimum of 115 alleged charges. But then you go and drop 115 million, Matt goes 130 on Elliot Anderson. I'm sure he's looking forward to playing in the championship at the end of next season.

SPEAKER_01

If only he knew how much fun it was there, actually, honestly. I've got fond memories of not being in the Premier League, and it's good times, very good times. Some of that, my best times, is being a blue.

SPEAKER_02

Man United fans are devastated for Mamalgate. He was going.

SPEAKER_01

He's going to be out till Christmas.

SPEAKER_02

At least. That's a it's a it's a proper cruciate. And yeah, he's out till at least Christmas. So he'll be hanging round uh Wilmslow with uh Wayne Rooney and going for Wing Wednesdays with you and Harry Maguire.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely. Although I guarantee when he does move from Old Trafford, he'll become another one of those players that's absolutely sought after and desirable for every other club because he'll be on fire.

SPEAKER_02

Right, before we get to the England game properly, commiserations to Scotland. Did you see all the percentages going around? That was that was a thing, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_01

And and it was with every result and every every goal scored, they just slipped further and further away. Time of death was a couple of days ago, about half past midnight, and uh they said there's nothing they can do, I'm afraid.

SPEAKER_02

And the manager who just signed the new contract went, That's me, done the most successful uh Scotland manager of all time says that's not for me. Early favourite is Darren Fletcher to take over.

SPEAKER_01

There's been a lot of negativity around him and the way this has all happened and what's happened, but you know, it's the first time in years and years that they've got to a final, it's the first time they've scored, it's the first time they've won a World Cup. You know, they were in a group with one of the best teams in the world in Brazil, or former best teams of the world, and also the uh current, well, depending on uh which way you look at it after Senegal's walk-off, uh, champions of um of Africa. So it wasn't an easy group at all. They won the game that they needed to win. I failed to see the the problem here, to be honest with you. I yeah, I don't think many people really, really thought that they were gonna qualify from that group.

SPEAKER_02

I I generally did, and I put my money down as well. Um but one defensive. That's why then the curse of Joel.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, this is it, you're worse than that voodoo man. But I do want to talk to you in a bit about Harry Kane, but this is what you do with your vets. You you are secretly voodooing and hoodooing anyone that you put money on.

SPEAKER_02

Hang on, you were getting a little bit arsy on the voice note the other night. Ecuador, when they went went down at 1-0 to Germany, because I said they've got one of the the cars score goals, but they've got one of the best defences in all of world football, and they were really unlucky in that first game. I think it was you know 95 minutes uh gone and it was one nil or whatever.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Uh and you were ripping the piss when uh Germany scored early on, which shouldn't never have been a goal anyway. Sad eyes! Yeah, it should never have been a goal, and then you know they come back 2-1 against the mighty former Germany.

SPEAKER_01

So you know what a game that was, to be fair. Honestly, it was absolutely brilliant. And and and you know what? To be fair, you see you predicted them, you predicted Japan. Japan, uh they play later against uh Brazil, and uh there could be one of the first big upsets, big major upsets of the tournament there. Because I can see Japan getting a result against uh what is a very slow, uh not the Brazilian flair that we used to seeing of old.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so I mean I put Ecuador and Brazil just because uh sorry, Ecuador and um Japan. Yeah, yeah, early on because I just thought the prices were too big and and that they've got different reasons for being decent. Now, just looking through, so Wednesday, 5 pm, look at that. They've got the big game on TV, 5 pm, uh England versus Dr. Congo. Um, and then next it'll be Mexico or Ecuador.

SPEAKER_01

Mexico are they've not lost for a good few fixtures and they play at home. Yeah, and you know what, everyone, it's like where when people go, oh, but if you play them at Anfield, the twelfth man's there. But no, no truer words said, if you've heard the atmosphere in Mexico, the Mexicans are going absolutely nuts, rightfully so, because it's a home nation. That we will play them in Mexico, and that will be a very, very tough fixture if we beat Congo.

SPEAKER_02

Hey, so we've beaten Congo, we've beaten Mexico or Ecuador, then we're moving on to probably Brazil, Japan, Ivory Coast, or Norway. So Brazil or Japan. And they've got the quarter, that's the quarters. That's the quarters, that's Saturday the 11th. And then the semi uh would be Argentina or Colombia. Um, by the way, I'll watch the Colombia um Portugal game. It's the best game so far. If you if you woke up, looked at the score, and went nil-nil, it was the best nil-nil ever. And the referee got booed at halftime and full time for blowing the whistle, and the commentators were saying, Oh, he's just taken all the fun out of it. I could watch this and run at three hours. It was a brilliant game, and Colombia scored right at the death. And then it was one of those things where even Rooney was on TV going, That's a goal, mate. That's that's that's a goal. It was the smallest, tiniest toenail, and and you're going, That's ruined.

SPEAKER_01

Let's let's just say this. I hope that VAR is on an industrial stay in Hull somewhere because if you upset the Colombians, there's every chance you're not gonna live past the next week.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and into the final at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday, the 19th of July. So England will either play France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, or Netherlands. And every team so far who's played at the MetLife over the past, what, four or five years has complained about the grass, even the uh NFL teams and everything. And it's not like they haven't spent money, but that's the number one thing at the minute. Every player who's played on that has said it's atrocious. It's a bit like when Wembley got rebuilt for what is it, four years. Everyone's going, This is crap. You know, you've spent all these billions on the stadium, but you can't grow grass.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, it takes a while to get your grass right. Listen, I've spoken to many a groundsman over the year, over the years. Genuinely I have, because I always find it amazing how nowadays, on the last day of the season at the Etiad, the pitch looks every bit as good as it did at the start of the season, and I just find it amazing. I really, really do. Honestly, I've actually genuinely asked them for advice on my lawn in the back garden when I've seen them, and at that point they just walk away.

SPEAKER_02

It's like the pub. What do you do, mate? Um, I'm a gardener. Oh, I could do the gardener, what do you do? Well, um, I popped into old Trafford and they've dug up the pitch completely. It's uh that they're completely relaying it, but they have said it has been needed doing for like the last 10 years.

SPEAKER_01

And then they put that like kind of major kind of it's weird how they put those floods like those machines really close to help it grow. So almost like um, what did you call it? Where you keeps us no, yeah, but it's like having a massive sunbed on it. That's exactly what it's like. Uh hydroponics. The what? Hydroponics, I think that's what they call it.

SPEAKER_02

Well, those ringtones that you used to get in the late 90s.

SPEAKER_01

No, they're polyponic ring tones. Hydroponics. I think that's what it is. I think that's it's the same things that um keep your tropical uh like snakes alive. You put them in your in your tank, and also I believe some uh people grow dodgy um things you can smoke in Amsterdam with them in lofts, and then the drone goes along and goes, Oh, where's the heat coming from from all this?

SPEAKER_02

But but again, at Man United, um I thought someone was taking the piss. Last time I popped over there, end of last season, uh, and I went round, and you smell that garlic. They put the they're putting garlic on on the pitch. And I thought I thought someone was you know taking a mick or whatever, but that's that's what they do. But also in the hottest uh June on record, they had these lights on when it's like 40 degrees outside. Yeah, so you could have saved another couple of dinner, ladies. Yeah, exactly. Let's get off the grass and talk about internationals the football. Right, so um what did you think of England versus Panama on Saturday night niggas?

SPEAKER_01

I thought the first half was dreadful. They did give everything, but it was just another really frustrating one. We picked up from where we left off with the previous uh game, to be honest with you, uh, against uh is it Senegal? I didn't know Garner, sorry, yeah. Senegal is where we might end up playing next. Um, it wasn't the best. I was quite excited to see Morgan Rogers start. I was buzzing that Saka started, although I wanted more from them. I didn't think Saka was very good at all. Apparently he's carrying an injury. So why is he but why is he playing? Well, I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

Why is he playing as Planet if he's if he's got an injury? Because if he's gonna be your main man or one of the main men for the rest him till he's fit. Yeah, rest in peace.

SPEAKER_01

Play Madaway K, play Eze. You've got other options. Uh, I mean, this seems to be why he rested Rice as well. Obviously, we've had some rubbish news at right back. Uh that was a bit of a weird one as well. What's the rubbish news at right back? We've had a major injury, haven't we? And James is out.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, but we could use a man from Liverpool who went to Real Madrid.

SPEAKER_01

Oh shit, no, he didn't take him, did he? We could play Trent Alexander, yeah. I mean he would have been perfect. I've said this before though. The only thing that's doing my head in now is should have took this, should have taken that, because we haven't taken them. We have to concentrate on what we've got. But my problem now is when we're not not playing exactly the right person in that position.

SPEAKER_02

Can Big Dan Byrne, because you can't call him Dan Byrne, can you? It's got to be Big Dan Byrne.

SPEAKER_01

What was the point in taking Dan Byrne? Well, I think he can play right back, Carty. Can we play? There was no point taking Dan Byrne. Dan Byrne's not flying down the wing, putting in a ball, is he?

SPEAKER_02

Here he comes, flying down the wing. Big Dan Burns, big Dan Byrne. Don't work. I think he's he's there. Like if you're going out, you know, like old school England, you know, the gazette time, if you see six foot six big Dan Byrne, you ain't starting on Saka, are you? You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_01

I know exactly what you mean. Well, I I just for me, he's not a right back. I don't know, he's got to be cover at centre back. I I can't imagine him starting the next game as a right back. Um you need pace. Surely you agree that it's got to be Jed Spence, really, in that right back position because he's not taken Trent. I worry a little bit as to how injured Um Declan Rice is. Hopefully, it was just a knock and he's saving him and he'll start because we're a better team with him in the squad in the starting 11. Um I thought it was almost as if because I know that England can do this, and I know they're gonna be better in the knockout stages when teams can't sit back uh and defend because you know when everybody's got to go out and get the win because it's knockout, uh, that is when England will be most effective. And I loved, I mentioned you Bellingham before, it was almost like he just kind of went, right, I'm gonna do it on my own. And he scored and then he set up a great header for Harry Kane, who is uh once again a record breaker. He's smashing at Harry Kane now that he's got over the curse.

SPEAKER_02

Well, he nearly got a smash dead, didn't he? I thought at one point, um, was that the game before? Was it this game where he got smashed and um it's all the protocol for head injuries and everything, but he he he got up and was like, Yeah, obviously I'm fine, it's obviously I'm fine. You know, like yeah, he sounds just normal. What's his issue with Kobe Mainu? Well, uh yeah, I I mean I don't know. But what's the point of taking him? He finished the finished the season great, he was on the tutelage of um Casemiro, uh he was on the verge of leaving United when Amerim was there. He played in the final of uh the Euros last time.

SPEAKER_01

He's had his ups and downs at United. He's finished the season really well. He's got rightfully he's been picked because he's Thomas Tuchel has picked players on how they were performing at the end of the season. Uh so he's got his spot. But who are you dropping out of Anderson, Bellingham, and Rice if it isn't Rogers that's the first pick to come in, unfortunately, over Meine. I mean, I might be wrong, but do you think he should be starting ahead of one of those four?

SPEAKER_02

No, I don't think he should be starting, but when he brought Jordan Henderson on, I I'd I that was a bizarre thing for me, and he gave away the ball straight away. And people, you know, if you're working for Five Live or two export of Sky Sports, you've got to say at the start, oh, he's had a tremendous career, he's a great lad, and all that sort of stuff, but he came on and did nothing. You know, he did he did nothing. And Kobe Mayno seems like a nice lad as well. He's not you know, he's got more World Cups ahead of him than he has behind him. You're going, well, what's the point of bringing him?

SPEAKER_01

I don't understand it. I don't understand it, unless he's heard everyone say, What's the point? And then he's brought him on anyway. As in Henderson, I mean, not Mainu. I I I I literally we said this very early on in the episodes of these podcasts where we're just saying it's almost like Henderson's been brought away. Why did they bring him as a coach? Uh, as you know, like I that would have made much more nice, the dogs are barking.

SPEAKER_02

What's in the background? Yeah, is that your the dogs are barking for Henderson? Um so look, we'll tell the two nails, weren't we? We'll tell the two nail. What was what was the atmosphere like between you and your mates? I presume you watched it in the pub, I watched it around a mate's house, um, and it was a mix of city fans, United fans, and he wanted to get like a random Plymouth Argal fan or something.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it was great. I've I've watched it in the same, just the local near to me. I've watched every game in there, and everybody's enjoying it. There's obviously chat around the table, but most people are engaged in the football, which is why I like watching it in there. I hate watching a match and then leave it and thinking, I've got to talk about this. I better watch the highlights. I've not even seen really anything any of the game. I've actually really enjoyed the games so far, as frustrating as they've got. I'm gonna go and shut this skylight. Hang on. Right, hang on.

SPEAKER_00

Is that the HMRC? Piss off.

SPEAKER_02

It's just good that we're not making any money from this. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And when they over here, when when they come round and you go, you know, you well, I I listen to your podcast. Uh and you say, well, actually, we're not making no money from it, there's no adverts on it and everything. Hey, just a quick one, uh sidebar. I was doing um some of the stats the other day. You you know we have more people in America, Africa, and Spain than we do in the UK listening to those shots.

SPEAKER_01

I'd love to now get to know the listeners because what I'd like to do is have somewhere to stay or a reason to go to America, Africa, or Spain.

SPEAKER_02

I've been to Brazil, I've been to Argentina, I've never been to Colombia. You know what I mean? The home of Shakira and Coffee and other um things. I'd love to go to Colombia, you know. So uh if anyone from Colombia is listening, get in touch. I'll do your house swap. We'll do the final from your front room if you want. We'll come over. Brazil, Japan. Now, the the World Cup Anorak says you want to play Brazil. And look, this is not the Brazil of old, is it? But it's still Brazil, it's still the yellow jersey. Or do you want to play Japan? Who at the start I said to you, we'll go, we'll go fairly far because they don't stop running, they keep going, and they've got a brilliant work ethic. And again, every single fan so far has made England fans look like slobs from the set of shameless. The Japanese fans were cleaning up the stadium afterwards, they brought their own black bags and they were cleaning it up. There's somebody with a sanitizing, you know, a sanitizing spray and all of this. But so Brazil-Japan, what's your score? Who would you prefer to play?

SPEAKER_01

I worry a little bit about our defence. I feel like all the good teams that win a World Cup, all the good teams that win a title of any kind in any division, have two centre halves that never change through the whole tournament. Now, I think it's really important that your centre halves and your keeper have got a really incredible understanding. Now, I know some of the Greek games people are playing against lesser quality opposition, but for me, we are conceding a lot of chances and better teams would punish us. That's my worry for England. I know he started John Stones in the first game. If John Stones isn't fit, again, why's he come? But and I love John Stones. If he's fit, he didn't do anything wrong in the first game. Keep him in the team. Don't mess about and piss about with your back four unless they're injured. It really, really winds me up because I honestly believe that that is how you win a competition with a solid, solid back four who've got an understanding who you don't change unless there's an injury. And do you know what I mean by that?

SPEAKER_02

No, no, no, look, look, I'm a Man United fan, right? I was livid with Ruben Amarim for so many reasons. You only ever come off if you're a defender, if you're injured, or they've got a big game on the Tuesday or something. You know, a Rio and a Vinnych would have played 90 minutes, whoever it would have been would have played you 90 minutes. Amarim going, you know, points at Ari McGuire or something. Yeah, you're coming off and he's coming on. Martinez is coming on. You're like, Me? What why? We look at the goalkeeper, right? The the goalkeeper in in any any team, you've got to have trust in your goalkeeper, and that makes you your central defenders play better, doesn't it? And they've got the trust behind it, and then the midfield look behind and go, Look, I've got these two lads behind, they don't they don't mess up. So I I completely agree. Yeah, you can mess around with your front two, three or whatever, and uh sit will you know have one sitter or two um two of them in midfield. You know, England fans are quite negative and you get dragged into it because you don't want to be the one that goes, I think we played really well. I watched it and I just thought to myself, and this was the big thing when you're playing a Brazil, um, Colombia, yeah, Argentina, France, Dan Balion and Mbappe are gonna carve you open.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

So okay, you're you're you're picking your team. Who's who's your back four then?

SPEAKER_01

You know, this is exactly that's the that is the problem now. Obviously, Reese James is injured, he would have been an absolute no-brainer, but he's so injury prone. If Stones is fit, then great. If he's managing him and he's saving him because he knows he's gonna start in the qualifiers, then then fair enough. Maybe we should look back at this afterwards. But I just feel that the back four, from the start of the group's competitions, as I've just said, get an understanding and you don't piss about with your back four, your keeper's your keeper, your defensive midfielder, that is where and how you're gonna win the games, and then your creative players, as you've just mentioned, every bit of this, you have a change with them. I know sometimes you've got overlapping uh right back and left back who can create trouble depending on who you're playing against and how they're set up, but it just winds me up, and that's why I'm worried because I feel like whether it's Japan, so go back to your original question, whether it's Japan or Brazil, I just feel that that we're very vulnerable against both. Japan are so quick. I've never seen a team put as much effort in, and on the counter, they're very dangerous. I mean, as a city fan, we all know what Vinicius Jr. can do. He's a dangerous player. I do worry about how vulnerable we're going to be against these better attacking teams.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, which are right, okay. Rashford, we're not mentioned.

SPEAKER_01

Um lucky right at the beginning of the game against Panama, he had a little snapshot where he turned his man, lost him, and cracked it, and their keeper literally he just got an arm to it, but it would have been an absolute belting goal, and he got some amazing power behind his shot as well. Is it when he's on form, he's absolutely brilliant, but yeah, I don't know. I I feel like he is gonna be a lot better again, moving into qualifiers when we're counter-attacking teams. A player like Rashford is just gonna be uh another level for us.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and I totally agree. I think um from that performance, Sakadus doesn't look right. I think we started the podcast with that. He doesn't look right, and you put Madwakey in there as well, wouldn't you? I I think when he's on fire, he's your fantasy football go-to, isn't he? Because you know he's he's powering down that wing and everything. And I couldn't work out if it was missed crosses or there were shots, there was a few of those.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Um the thing is as well, you'd you you'd you'd you just give him the benefit of the doubt and go, right, we'll be alright, it'll all gel together, it'd be great. And uh, but then when you've left someone like Cole Palmer who in a tournament would just turn it on at home, it's very easy to criticise these other players.

SPEAKER_02

But that that's what that's the case that Thomas Hougel's you know set himself up for now, isn't it? And we said right from the start, uh, and even you said we can't talk about players that aren't there, but when you look at that bench, you go, right, who's gonna provide us for something? And and the there isn't that game changer, you know. 20 minutes to go, a bit like the old Peter Crouch thing, you know, that they go, hang on, who's who's this you know, eight foot tall dude here? It's something a little different, isn't it? It and that that for me would be the Cole Palmer thing, uh, and he can rip teams apart. And if he's he's not had the best of seasons, he's been injured, I don't think he's piggy happy at uh Chelsea. I would have taken Cole Palmer, but we can't get that's that's all gone now. So we're playing Dr. Congo 5 pm on Wednesday. It's gonna be very similar to a lot of the African teams that they want to go through. I read this morning, like so far, they've got 32 million quid for the like their version of the Congo FA, which is so much money that goes back into grassroots sport, and it is brilliant for them. I think you get 20 million for qualifying for the World Cup, then you get 12 for getting out of the knockout stages, and then it's a bit like being on Celebrity Master Chef. Your fee keeps going up and up and up and up and up. You know, if they end up with like 32 mil if they get knocked out by us, 32 mil is brilliant for that nation, and then in four years' time, you know, as a city fan, Nigel, you know that money makes you better.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely, uh, it gets you the best players. But the thing is, they're going into this game fearless. England have already got you already can already feel a bit of anxiety building. This is one of those games where uh it's such a cliche thing to say, but if we get an early goal, we could get three or four. The later it goes on, the fans are gonna maybe start to get frustrated. It just becomes a different game. It's a great draw for us, this, and I would expect us to win. And they have to have a go. And this is where I do think if they do try and play football and don't part the bus, which you can't when it's a qualifier, I can I think we should win convincingly, and then also get some confidence going into the next game against whether it is going to be Brazil or Japan.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I mean it'll be devastating for any England or football fan in in general if we so far have played two not great teams, an old Croatia side, and we get knocked out by Congo, and that is your World Cup legacy with a world-class manager. There's nobody saying, you know, you played bad if you get knocked out by Spain, France, Argentina, or whatever. France and uh Argentina are uh uh uh you know looking looking great, obviously our back Spain. Um, but any of those three could quite easily you know dick your three-nil and you'd go, yeah, they were just better than us, but you don't want to get knocked out by Congo having played, like I say, two lower teams and uh uh an old Croatian side.

SPEAKER_01

If we can give Congo a good idea, I think it'd be absolutely great. Three or four, get some confidence. I think I'd rather play Brazil than Japan. I just think Japan will cause more problems against our back four. I do. I just think they're too quick, too skilful, and they are a team rather than individuals. But I think I'd rather play Brazil than Japan.

SPEAKER_02

I absolutely agree, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Uh right, so before we go, prediction please, Nigel. I think we are gonna get an early goal. I think three-nil England.

SPEAKER_02

Wow, I think it'll be one-nil, and it'll be a bit of magic from Jude Bellingham or Rashford or something like that. But Harry Kane's what's what's he on now? Three? Um Leon Messi, what is he on? Six from three.

SPEAKER_01

Um we need to mention this as well because this is great. Harry Kane's curse is gone. Who was a curse put on him? You know about this story, you must do. So when we played against Garner, this fella did some voodoo hoodoo and put a curse on Harry Kane. He didn't curse him to get injured so that he was out of the World Cup. He just cursed him so that he would be not as good as he's been all season. And apparently, when O'Reilly headed it against the bar and it bounced out, and everyone would have expected Kane to absolutely smash it into the back of the net against Garner, and he strangely it went over the bar. Apparently, that was the curse, Joel. I don't know if you've heard about this. And afterwards, Harry Kane said, I don't know if this is absolute bollocks, but apparently Harry Kane said that his leg went all weak and funny and he couldn't get like as if there was a curse on it. So he's added fuel to the fire. Well, there's been a few people around the world trying to make a name for themselves to lift the curse, and apparently that's exactly what happened against Panama, hence why he scored. So the curse has been lifted. He's gonna be the uh the well, he's gonna have a great tournament. Here's to Harry Kane.

SPEAKER_02

I heard uh Urigella on uh talk some more this morning. I was thinking that's that's what we've got to now. Uri Geller from the late 80s, early 90s, bending spoons, uh, and he's uh he's cursing players, unbelievable.

SPEAKER_01

It's better than a bloody octopus, though, isn't it?

SPEAKER_02

Remember him? Oh Jesus, yeah. To be fair, in those bars that you uh drink in when they come out with their half-time snacks and you think it's only in rings it's calamari, you'd be well happy. Um thanks for listening. Um, please do uh follow the show wherever you listen to it, subscribe, do whatever you have to do. Uh and I know we've got a lot of new people coming in for this as the World Cup season, but um, in a couple of weeks' time, we're going fully visual for this is the season. I'm Joel, I'm a Man United fan. Nigge is a City fan, and um once the World Cup's out of the way, we get back to the proper stuff where um Man United, this is our season.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well we'll see, and we'll talk all about that after we've enjoyed the World Cup. If it's come home and it comes home, then that'll be incredible. I can't wait to go all the way with this. If it doesn't, as soon as uh it doesn't come home, we'll get back to uh uh the Premier League. Right, go and let you dog out the wardrobe now.

SPEAKER_02

Um and well do you know what? Because it's it's a five o'clock kickoff, so if um we'll give you an hour to get out of the pub and uh might do some um some drunk reactions after the beginning.

SPEAKER_01

Why don't you get over here and watch it together? Why don't you come and watch it with me? It'll be fun, not, mate. Can I go with my manual? Wear whatever you want.

SPEAKER_02
