SPEAKER_08

You found temple tea, a ceremony in every cup.

SPEAKER_00

I'm the muse, tuning to what lives between the lines.

SPEAKER_08

And I'm the medicine honoring what's hidden and holding what's heavy.

SPEAKER_01

This is where the spirit speaks and the body listens.

SPEAKER_06

Welcome to the temple.

SPEAKER_05

Welcome back to episode 29 of the Temple T with the medicine and the muse. Today we have very special guest, but we will leave that surprise for a couple moments from now. Um I'm gonna talk about what I'm drinking or what I aspire to be drinking. I am trying to drink some CCFT that I purchased from Banyan Botanicals. It's my favorite source to buy Ayurvedic products. Now, the problem is, well, I guess I should have a backstory. Once upon a time, Ren and I took a road trip to Creststone. No, not Creststone. What was the name of the place that we went to?

SPEAKER_08

Which well, yeah, we went to Creststone.

SPEAKER_05

Creststone. Okay, yeah Creststone.

SPEAKER_08

Yes.

SPEAKER_05

And we got some CCFT from this little cafe, and it was really good. Well, I went out and I purchased the ingredients to make my own. So what are the ingredients? It's cumin seeds, coriander, and fennel, the seeds for all three. Um, and so I mixed this up and I tried to make my own, and it was really bitter. And as you all know, that's a theme. Like I always talk about my bitter tea. That's why I don't drink tea a lot. Um so the other day I had like a 30% off coupon through Banyum Botanical. So I bought some Ayurvedic supplements and I purchased some CCFT. I've purchased it from there before. At least I thought I did. So imagine my surprise when I'm expecting to open this and grab a couple tea bags, but no, this is loose tea. It's loose tea. Um yeah, I swear that I've had the bags before, and so I'm I'm it's steeping right now. I haven't got to it yet, but I'm all sad because I'm like, oh, it says let it steep for um five to ten minutes, and I'm just unsure if it's gonna be um bitter or not, or maybe their blend is a lot better than my blend, you know, because I I just although it was equal amounts, maybe you're not supposed to put equal amounts of each. I don't know. I was just winging it like YOLOM. But soon I will be trying this CCF tea from Banyan Botanicals. Now, it is really good. It's a tri-doshic. Um, it helps with all three doshas. And yeah, now you know I'll let you all know. But in the meantime, before you or while you all are telling me about your tea, I'm gonna go back to their website and see if I screwed up, like if they have gone away from the bags, or if you know there's a bag type and I didn't check the right one, I'm I'm gonna check that out. So go ahead, Ren, tell me what you're drinking.

SPEAKER_08

Well, I I will, but I think you're dodging a pretty major like reason why you maybe have or are explaining this triedoshic tea concoction on the heels of your Ayurvedic clinicals week. Are the two related?

SPEAKER_05

No.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, no, but this is an Ayurvedic thing, the CCFT.

SPEAKER_05

Yes. So some background. I am in my final semester of getting my master's degree in Ayurveda and integrative medicine. Um each semester we do clinicals. You could go in person in Iowa, or you could do it um online. So I've been doing it online. My final clinical was supposed to be in June. So normally the clinicals are Monday through Friday, but the one in June is Sunday through Thursday because Friday is graduation practice and then Saturday is graduation. Sounds great, right? I was gonna go to Iowa, it was gonna be my first clinical in person. I was gonna graduate, you know, it sounds like a good time, right? Well, no, surprise. Um, our shaman teacher decided that we, as advanced as we were, were gonna have a fifth weekend. And don't you know it was scheduled um the weekend that the clinical was starting, right? Right. And so I couldn't very well be in Iowa on Sunday or even online because you have to be on camera the entire time. So it couldn't really be on camera, you know, paying attention to whatever we're doing in shaman training and you know, my Ayurveda training. And so, you know, I had decided initially, well, I mean, this master's degree, it's more important, right? In the grand scheme of things, like I've paid a lot of money for this tuition, I've been doing this for three years, you know, but I managed to get my clinical cohort changed. And so I went with a different class. I did it online, but no, it may sound like it's related, but if you must know, um, I've known that I've had like a CAFA imbalance. So I should tell our listeners something else. My house is currently hit with COVID and flu B, but I'm okay. I'm the only one that hasn't got it. My husband and the youngest kiddo has COVID, and then the middle kid has the flu B. Um, I don't have it, but I kind of sound a little raspy and you know, my head hurts a little bit and I'm a little sniffly, but I've been that way for a little while. And then back in September, no, September, October, I had gained some weight. Although people look at me and they're like, yeah, we don't see that, but like very much so, my scale has gone up. Like every morning I get up and like I cough up mucus. So that's signs of a kaffha imbalance. And so I finally decided, okay, what supplements can help me get this kaffha under control? And so CCFT, it's really good with helping remove AMA, which I think that I have some AMA in there too. Um, so yeah, that's my whole story of why I am drinking the CCFT. It just so happens to coincide. But I will say that every time I go through my clinicals, I feel a little more inspired to do the whole Ayurvedic thing. Um the timing, it just but it's good for you, like you really should drink it.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, and it's tasty too. You made me try it when we went to Creststone, and um, it it genuinely tastes very good. And I am kind of missing it now that you bring it up.

SPEAKER_05

It's very good unless I make it for you myself.

SPEAKER_07

And then it doesn't work out.

SPEAKER_05

No, I mean it was it was bitter, but I used maybe I used too much, you know. I don't know. Um, I'm gonna see how this turns out. I'm gonna try it now. Um, I put some honey in the bottom. I do have this brown sugar um Starbucks cream that I'm addicted to. I'm gonna try that, but here, hold on. Let it let's let's see if it's bitter.

SPEAKER_03

Drum roll.

SPEAKER_05

No, it's not. It's really good.

SPEAKER_08

Nice.

SPEAKER_05

And I can really taste the um what am I tasting? The fennel in it. And I've been addicted to fennel lately. Remember those sausage thingies that I got? I could really oh, so good. Fennel's so good. And I can really taste it in this, though. All right, everyone. Don't purchase the ingredients separate and mix it as I did. Purchase your CCFT from Banyan Botanicals and drink it. Sip on it throughout the day. It's really good. And I actually don't even need that creamer because yeah, this is really good.

SPEAKER_08

That's awesome. Love it. Um, I'm drinking a Kolkata decaf masala chai. This is kind of like my dirty tea secret that I load with agave and um and milk. So it's nothing special. I mean, it's good. It's loose leaf. The masala chai is less spicy. I'm not a huge like spicy chai person. Um but it's been kind of my go-to for like cozy mornings, and it's snowing here where we are, so that's what I'm sipping on second cup, since it's later in the morning and Sunday. But I want to ask our good friend and co-co-host and guest today, Yvonne, fellow shaman and beautiful soul who's joining us. What is in her cup of tea?

SPEAKER_11

Oh, wow. Well, thanks for that intro. That was awesome. Um I am drinking creamy vanilla Earl Grey, which uh was from you, Ren, upon a tea trade. Yeah, it's really good. It's like a mild form of Earl Grey that you would find in the store, an exclusive, and uh yeah, I really, really like it.

SPEAKER_08

That's awesome. Yeah, we did a tea trade last time we had fire ceremony, and so we ended up with some of that. What did you end up with, or Freya? What did you have?

SPEAKER_05

I I got Yvonne's tea. Well, the it's so funny, okay, because I set up this tea trade, right? And all of you know that, you know, typically my beverage of choice is dread dye 40. Um, but you know, I try so hard with the tea, and so I set up this tea trade and I got something from Yvonne. It was some ginger, it's downstairs. I think it's like a lemon ginger on slice.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, it is just it's ginger honey, and I know because ginger can be very strong. Well, and you know, a lot of people you gotta have a taste for. So I had no idea. I would have picked something much milder for everyone because I really didn't know you weren't uh a big tea drinker.

SPEAKER_05

Well, what's funny though, I get it, and Yvonne's like, oh, I hope you like ginger, and I'm like, I don't like tea. She was like, What? You said this, what?

SPEAKER_07

So um you organized a tea share and are not a tea drinker in an internet.

SPEAKER_05

But what's funny though is I like my tea to be strong. I don't like weak tea. Go. I mean, there's there's that, and I do have that Earl Gray. Um, I purchased some the last time we were down in Salida. I went to that tea shop and I have been drinking that. You're right, it is my like I I like really strong tea, especially like the Earl Gray, like the Irish breakfast or even English breakfast. I like a good strong black tea.

SPEAKER_08

You left me a couple bags of that, and I'm actually grateful because um CZ wasn't feeling well a week or so ago, and she's like, Do we have any ginger tea? And I'm like, you know what? We do have is some ginger tea, thanks to Yvonne via Freya in this tea share that was coordinated by a non-tea drinker, but yeah.

SPEAKER_07

So what are we doing today?

SPEAKER_05

Well, we have our special guest, Yvonne, and she is our classmate. Um, we're all going through shaman training together. So I invited her to share her story, and you know, it's it's not really scripted. Um, Yvonne, you can start with telling us about your business, you can tell us about your shamanic path, you can tell us about your um just spiritual path. You can tell us nothing at all. You can just tell us what you had for dinner last night, you know, it's it's really up to you. The floor is yours.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah. Well, well, all right. Um, gosh, well, spiritual path. Um, I at least I find it interesting because so many people that I have met usually have been drawn, you know, to this path, the spiritual path, shaman path, um, for quite some time. Or most people have felt gifts when they're little, you know, um, like starbeans, they haven't felt like they belonged anywhere. And Gol Ivan didn't feel any of that. I mean, I was always interested in the supernatural, so to speak, but more of the you know, mainstream, like when you watch, you know, TV, you know, and you watch the mediums and that kind of stuff. Um and yeah, interested, always thought, you know, the culture of, you know, Native Americans, I always found it interesting. And I loved how they tied um, you know, their belief system to, you know, the earth and nature. Um, but I really didn't. Um and things really didn't pop for me until, you know, my sister passed. Um and when she passed, that was oh my gosh, going on three years. Um, I saw her. Because I was next to her, she was in the hospital and I was next to her bedside. And the moment she passed, I just knew. Didn't know how, I just knew. And to my left, there she was standing. Yeah. I mean, I could see her clear as day. She was smiling, you know, she looked like you know, when she was in her twenties, she looked radiant. Um, and then she nudged me with her shoulder. And then she was gone. And um yeah, and even then, hindsight, I still didn't know that was the beginning of anything. I just went, oh wow, you know, thank you for the gift of seeing my sister knowing that she's okay.

SPEAKER_08

Right.

SPEAKER_11

And um and from there, um you know, there was a card that was given to me from this woman I had seen um who worked on my back because I was having excruciating back pain to the point where I was almost I was so close to having surgery. This woman fixed me, which was awesome, another story. But um, she handed me the card of our teacher um for Sham. And I thought it was a couple of months, gosh, not even a couple of months. It was like a month later, and I decided, huh, I think I'll schedule an appointment or a session. I'll see what this is about. I'm really not sure what she's clearing. So that's how um naive I was about the metaphysical world. I really didn't know what a clearing was, I didn't know what grounding was, I didn't know any of this stuff. Um, and so I went to see her and she, you know, gave me all this information about how I have all these gifts and I'm a healer. And, you know, Archangel Raphael was standing next to me, and it was 40 minutes, and I can't remember hardly any of it. Um, but I just remember at the end of it, I looked at my husband because we were out of fair and I just went, we can go. This is why I was here. This was the whole purpose. And again, don't know how I knew it, but I just knew. And um after that, it was wild. Um then I started hearing ghosts. And always thought I could, you know, possibly hear my dad because he's gone and my sister after she passed, but I always thought, oh, it's probably wishful thinking. You know, I miss my dad, you know, my sister just passed. I missed her, you know, meh. And yeah, then all of a sudden I started hearing these things. And I was like, okay, maybe I can really hear my dad on my sister. And then before you know it, I was seeing um, you know, ghosts, earthbound spirits. And I made another session with, you know, our teacher, because I was like, I I don't know what's going on. And um yeah, and she started mentioning, well, maybe you ought to cut cords. Um, probably be a good idea if you you know installed a shield. And she also told me that I had an ancestor, Maria, who was with me, and she took me through steps of trying to um be aware of her presence. And I was, which blew me away. She's all do you feel? I'm like, yeah, she'll where is she? I'm like, I think she's behind me. She's like, that's where I see her. And I started talking to my ancestor Maria. And um, yeah, so I'm just like thinking back. It was just all so quick. And so, you know, after speaking to Maria, I was like, oh my gosh, I need to figure out what's going on and kind of get a handle on this new world. And so I started taking, you know, just some metaphysical, you know, basic classes like how to ground, um, you know, how to pull energy in. And um, you know, from there I took a mediumship class and again, not to learn how to speak to spirits, but just again, trying to navigate this world that I've been introduced to and that didn't know anything about and wasn't sure what the heck was going on. And um, you know, with that class, I realized I did have some psychic gifts. I didn't do well at all in this class, but it just opened my mind and I knew that I was capable of other things other than just hearing or seeing ghosts. Yeah. And um, yeah, and from there, um, that's when I really during that class, I had a huge experience. Um and I saw this other this negative being come up behind me and take his hand, reach into my chest and pull out my heart. And I'm sitting on the couch and I'm looking and I'm like, this thing has my heart in his hand. Uh I think I better get my heart back, right? And of course, this is all energetically. And so I call on Archangel Michael, and I've got this thing gripped by the wrist, trying to peel its fingers out from around my heart. And Archangel Michael takes his sword, cuts off its, you know, hand, and I'm holding his hand. Finally get my heart, and I stick it back in my chest, and I was like, holy cow, what the heck was all this about? Did this really happen? This seems too surreal.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_11

And um yeah, it was just wild. And I had another session with our teacher, and I asked her, because I'm like, I felt because I'm like, I feel like I'm tainted. I'm like, I feel like there's, you know, something in me that shouldn't be in me. And I went to see her. She's like, yes, it was real. It really did happen to you. And I just had a little bit of you know, dark energy that was sitting in my my heart that she removed. And um, right, and so that just blew me away. I'm like, didn't even know that could happen. Um, and I still don't think I quite realized that was the beginning of my third eye opening, truly, not just seeing earthbound spirits, but you know, other things as well. And um yeah, and then from there I started just going, huh, I wonder if I could see this. You know, I'm in Estes, you know, park, and I'm seeing Native Americans, I'm seeing, you know, um people from you know the pioneer days walking around a parking lot. And I was like, oh my gosh. And I would start doing these double checks because I wasn't so sure what I was seeing was real or what was going on. Um, yeah, and that was kind of the the beginning of the path. And then of course, um, you know, the shamanism piece of it is it intrigued me, you know, talking to our teacher, having sessions with her. And, you know, she had a kind of a strawberry festival solstice celebration, and I went to that where they did the despacho and she did a water ceremony, and it all felt natural and normal. Where my husband was like, it's okay, I won't participate. I'll just watch.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_11

And bless his heart for supporting me. But um, yeah, after that, it was, I think, maybe three or four days later, you know, I called her and our teacher and said, Do you have a space open? And three or four days before the class started, she did. And here I was on my way to being a shaman and didn't know really anything about this world. I was intimidated and um yeah. Just um confused as far as where my path was leading and all these um gifts coming in. And yeah, it's uh it's just kind of wild. That's that's kind of the short of it. Long story made short.

SPEAKER_08

And fast forward now almost two years, and um you're kind of stepping into your own. You've got a new business that you started. Tell us about that.

SPEAKER_05

Hang on, hang on. Before we go that far, I want to go backwards a second. So I can I'm gonna fill in some names here. You saw Diane Brennan, correct? Correct. Yeah, she gave you Jerry's card.

SPEAKER_03

Correct.

SPEAKER_05

And you met Jerry at a fair.

SPEAKER_11

Right. I scheduled a session with Jerry, and that session happened to be at the fair.

SPEAKER_05

Gotcha. And then how long after that was it that you ended up taking her shaman training?

SPEAKER_03

Oh gosh. Um nine months from the get-go. Wow. What fair did you meet her at?

SPEAKER_11

It was the Denver fair.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, okay.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, so it was the big one. Yeah. So within nine months, and that's a good call on the timing, how quickly everything happened for me. Um you know, so between, you know, seeing and feeling things to all of a sudden I'm in a shaman program.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, thank you. Now continue. Tell us about your business. Sorry, I just I I was trying to piece together the timeline there.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah. No, that's a that's a good call, and it's important because I think part of what um I find intriguing just for myself is just how quickly everything came online. And from that point forward, even after, you know, being in the shaman program, even more started coming online. You know, then I was, oh my God, all kinds of guides were coming in, ascended masters, and you know, all of a sudden I have psychometry. Um, yeah, it was just wild. It's just wild. But um, yeah, and so um with that, um I opened my business. I was laid off for my job in August, and I found myself pushed from my my team, my guides, um, to start working on a website and start putting myself out there. My timeline was at least another six months out, but they said no. We're gonna we're gonna get this going now.

SPEAKER_07

Yep. Yep.

SPEAKER_11

And um, which was a blessing in disguise because had I not been laid off, I would not have gotten my website, I think, up and running. Um and starting my own business. Um, I started writing a book, which there's no way I wouldn't have done, you know, had I still been working.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_11

Um, and yeah, so um business. Uh I picked the name Spiritual Essence, Shamanic Services. And so I offer, you know, energetic healing, um, clearing. And what I found myself telling people, because I just did a fair um uh last weekend, is you never know what you're gonna get with Yvonne. Because as I'm clearing people, I'm seeing their past lives. Um I'm seeing um, you know, some guides. There was a woman who had a star bean as her guardian that was standing behind her. Um, you know, there's things that pop up that could be, you know, spells or curses as I'm clearing. And, you know, I can see those and I'm removing those. And um it's just fascinating. At least I find it fascinating. I love seeing um, you know, what each person has and uh what they need help with. Um besides the fact I find it um soul, it feeds my soul, you know, to help people to do that for others.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, kind of a part of your bigger mission and purpose for sure.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, absolutely. And um, you know, and I'm just excited to see where else things, you know, head and what you know happens because I'm trying to be patient and not so curious and keep asking my guys, so what's going on? What's next? What's really gonna happen?

SPEAKER_07

What do you feel like they're saying right now?

SPEAKER_11

Um they're actually laughing and they're like, Patience, patience, and that's what they've been fighting me with for the last two years.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, well, I mean, no, no, like issue of yours, you're probably screaming back, well, like you put my gifts online over 24 hours, so you tell me about patience, yeah, right?

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, and yeah, I'm like, Yvonne was going with it, she was just going with it, good, and um yeah, so they've they've revealed like little by little, sure, and uh right again, hindsight is such a beautiful thing, but had they told me everything, um, you know, like the business end that I'd be helping people, a lot of it I don't think I would have believed, or I would have been overwhelmed by the prospect and would have started to get into my head about okay, so how do I make this happen instead of just letting it happen, going with the flow, you know, so to speak, and allowing the right time to come along and um to happen, like getting laid off and starting, you know, the website. Um, yeah, so obviously my timeline was very different than their timeline.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, yeah, for sure.

SPEAKER_05

You know, I resonate with that so much though, because like I can see my path forward, right? Like, and not end result, end result, but you know, I see it and I'm like, okay, how how do I get there? Tell me how I get there. And you know, they're just like ghosting me at that point, you know, like nope, yeah, nope. We're just showing you this, but we're not gonna tell you, you know, it how you're gonna get there, just figure it out. And so I don't let it bother me. Uh, you know, I just go with the flow, but some days I mean it it is frustrating, and I'm like, oh my gosh. And you know, I've shared this story. This isn't related to that, but you know, when I was going through between directions, I think it was must be like I'm going around and around with my guides. Like, why? Why are you putting this here? No, tell me why. What is the point? And like, I I was so frustrated, like I wanted to pull my hair out, and so I've learned from that. Okay, I'm just I'm not gonna go around and around with them anymore, right? When they want me to know, they'll let me know. And in the meantime, okay, there it is, and somehow I'm gonna get there.

SPEAKER_11

Yep, absolutely. That's how it is for me. If I don't go around, round, I just keep asking them every now and then. I'll ping them again. I'm like, so right, and yeah, right, radio silence. I'm like, oh, I tried. Yeah, I hear him going, yes, you did.

SPEAKER_08

And you know, that's I think that that's such an important part of the healing and spiritual journey, and it comes up. I I feel like sometimes we feel it's so individualized of like, I don't get those things coming through, but I I I feel like that's universal. You know, there's not someone that I've ever spoken with that doesn't have those times of like, I'm kind of checking in, I'm not getting a whole lot, or I'm just getting be patient. And um, yeah, it'll be interesting, you know, during the next transition of our soul's journey to figure out why it is that way and what it all means. And um, but it's certainly like you said, Freya, can be a little it's aggravating sometimes because our human selves are used to having control and needing some direction, and we certainly have like the day-to-day mechanisms of normal life that we're trying to weave into all of that as well.

SPEAKER_11

So I absolutely agreed, and part of what I realized through the last two years too is um they were preparing me for a lot, and they were quote training me um in a lot, you know. So, you know, hence even um I think it was during the South. Um, I was remote viewing my mother-in-law's home and I was seeing portals. And um, and that some of the experiences I had weren't good, you know, like I put my head through a portal and I had something attached to me. They're like, now you know not to do that.

SPEAKER_02

Sure.

SPEAKER_11

I'm like, yeah, I do, you know, and the first time it happened, having something attached to me, knowing that, you know, it really freaked me out. Because again, just being new to this world and you know, things that are out there that, you know, aren't for our highest good. Um, but yeah, they've uh they've taken me through my uh my steps, so to speak. And hence, you know, I'm the better for it because now I, you know, the things that I've experienced, I find that I now know how to help others because I have experienced it and I know what to do.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah. Yeah, such an important part of the healing journey is that we have that experiential piece that we kind of that's like the hero's journey. We go on the journey ourselves, bring back, you know, the knowledge and wisdom, and share it, you know, with those that are in need or in want or however that looks. So what do you what do you feel? So you've had this, you know, and thank you so much for sharing. You you've you had this kind of dramatic, if you will, you know, online gifting, and you know, um, you know, your gifts and powers are coming on, and you're just kind of pressing forward, and it's like infancy to adulthood, you know, in a week, kind of in this place. And and you know, you're talking about the lessons that you've had, you know, in in being a kind of a practitioner, if you will, or like, you know, managing those gifts and the circumstances and experiences that can come from it. But the other part that's so incredible about you know the medicine wheel journey is like the interpersonal healing opportunities. What do you, you know, without sharing too much personal, like what do you want to tell our listeners that have been, you know, looking for healing or looking for guidance that that you've experienced like from a personal level as far as you know, healing growth and and those things related to your personal healing journey?

SPEAKER_11

Oh my gosh, it's been it's been incredible. Um I can say honestly that I'm a different person today than I was when I first started the medicine wheel.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_11

And it's all about um really introspection, at least part of it, right? You're willing to look at your shadow self, um, see the things that um aren't serving you. So for example, um I was a rescuer um because I so wanted to help people. And I would get to the point where, well, I know better than you, you know, and I would push, um, and not realizing, you know, everyone has their own path and their own, you know, lessons to learn. And um I had to learn that I needed to let people learn their own lessons. And it's hard with family and with my stepsons. Um, but it also by learning that lesson took a lot of pressure and stress off myself. Um, because I was trying to control a situation that I really had no business controlling, you know, if they asked me for my advice um or suggestions, you know, I'm more than happy, I'll be there, but trying to um push them to do something maybe that they weren't ready or maybe just wasn't aligned um on their path yet um was huge for me. And you know, and I see people maybe that they could use some help, but it's like maybe they're on a path, Yvonne, maybe they're learning a lesson. And um, you know, even with some of the ancestral um stuff that we learned, you know, in the medicine wheel. Like for example, I had um an uncle that was in the military, and this is going back, he's my great uncle, so we're talking about probably World War II. Um, and so traumatic experience. I never met him. I just heard stories from my mom, and so there was some mental illness, you know, that went along with it, and so picking him as an ancestor to help to clear our ancestral line from any mental ill illness and more appropriately trauma that he experienced. And when I picked him, one of our three, and cleared that trauma and that mental illness um during that weekend, I saw him come to me crying and thanking me and hugging me um for helping him and knowing right, it helps ourselves that we in some fashion don't have to experience or take on our ancestral trauma.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_11

Um, so that was very impactful. That was huge. You know, so just learning about um, you know, situations and issues like that that we can take on from our ancestors, right? And don't don't even get me going on the uh past life stuff.

SPEAKER_08

Sure, sure.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, you know, um, but um, yeah, it's just I mean, I tell friends, you know, even if you don't want to be a shaman, just going through the medicine wheel is so beneficial just from a personal um aspect of you know, just making yourself or helping yourself, you know, understand, um move forward and it puts you in a situation where um maybe for putting the work off, you're faced with doing the work.

SPEAKER_05

Well, sure. I want to talk about that a second, something that you said. So, you know, the the medicine wheel, the way that our instructor has it set up, it's for shamans, right? Right. And, you know, she or people, you know, that want to be shamans, whether they practice or not, you know, that's a different story. But, you know, people are on this shamanic path. Um, and you know, she says that she screens clients. Um, I've never really quizzed her about that. Like, hey, tell me, tell me some examples of people that you didn't accept, you know. Um, but you know, she says that she screens people, so it's not like everyone is accepted. But with that said, you know, you said that um, you know, it'd be good for people to go through, even if they don't want to be a shaman. And so that just sparked a thought about, you know, anyone that might be a teacher later. You know, you have your shaman teacher training. Like, no, that didn't come out right. You have your, oh, come on, help me. Help me, guides, help me. I'm losing my words. Like a medicine wheel, but for people that don't want to be shamans versus you know, a separate path, a medicine wheel for shamans, like that just that thought just hit me like, hey, there should be some type of training, you know, for those that don't want to be shamans, but you know, to do that type of medicine wheel work.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah. Perfect. Because I've thought about that, you know, I truly have, because I'm like, you know, how do you take what we've learned and just um, you know, switch it up even to, you know, separate, you know, programs where people can get that same type of self-healing, you know, that uh they need or want, um even if they're not interested in the shamanic path.

SPEAKER_05

So I had told Jeff before um I was doing soul retrievals for lack of better terms. I was basically um doing soul retrievals before we learned soul retrievals, right? I was just doing it in a different kind of manner, but you know, something that differs between um my practice and our teacher's practice is, you know, in our teacher's practice, she has us, the shaman, go in and retrieve the soul part. Well, I don't do that, I have the person go in and retrieve their soul part. Now, maybe it's just because like this just fit, but I'm trying to help restore their power. And so I find that I'm giving the client the power and that they're healing more by doing it themselves, right? It's empowering them. And so, you know, I feel like although, you know, we haven't, I don't label this, you know, medicine wheel training, but I mean that is something, you know, like I'm teaching them, hey, this is what you do, let me walk you through it. You're gonna go in and do this, this, and this. So, like I'm kind of teaching them what we've learned, but in a different aspect through healing. Right.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, absolutely. And um, right, empowering is huge too. Because that's even part of what I learned was stepping into my own power, which was really hard. Um, you wouldn't think it would be, but um, I think just you know, recognizing what you have within you and acknowledging it, accepting it, and believing in yourself sometimes can be hard to step in.

SPEAKER_05

I have a question. This is kind of more so for you, Jeff. Well, I mean, it's kind of for all of us, but so all of the clients that I have right now are females. Um, I see some men at the fairs, but most of the people, I mean, the only people that I've worked, no, that's not true. I have one male. But what I'm seeing with a theme with females is a lot of them are needing to call back their power and to step into their power. Like it has been a recurring theme. Um, even on the the table at the fairs, like it is a recurring thing that I'm seeing. So have you two been seeing that? And like, Jeff, I know that you know, you probably work with more men than the two of us. Do you see that theme a lot with men? Well, okay, so here's my two questions. One, are you seeing that theme a lot? This were both of you, and two, are you seeing it a lot more with females, or is it equally with males as well?

SPEAKER_08

Yeah. Well, I mean, I'll I'll answer kind of your your side question of or your side statement of like maybe you work with more men, and I I kind of wish that I did, but I still, you know, I still think that in the greater like people that are accessing healing in the capacity that that I'm offering, and of course, this is a blend of the shamanic work and QHHT, it's still pretty, pretty heavy, you know, female, which just kind of is what it is right now. I mean, I'm seeing a shift, and I certainly do work with men, but yeah, you know, they're definitely a huge theme, you know, with the women clients is you know, calling back their power and like so letting go of so much ancestral, you know, um, like plain little and just coming out of toxic, like masculine, not in the sense of male, but um as in the sense of archetypical energies, like paradigms. And you know, the men are too, but I feel that that shift is different. That's more like um releasing the need to like either have control or stay strong or like express emotion. if that makes sense. But both of those are like indications of the rebalancing of the appropriate masculine-feminine archetype within you know each gender role. And of course gender roles can be so variant, but from a you know from a a very high level like viewpoint, you know, feminine out of balance is usually towards the masculine side. Masculine out of balance, you know, is counteracted by you know more feminine like creativity, um being open to you know emotional things. Like it's just hasn't been present in a ma in a toxic masculine society of recent. So I mean that's my answer. But yeah a lot of a lot of women um for sure calling back their powers and finding their voice and um realigning that divine you know feminine aspect for sure.

SPEAKER_11

What about you Yvonne um I've been finding more um trauma um past life trauma and current life trauma um is what I seem to be seeing um a lot of and and the one thing I've been seeing a a lot of is uh which is completely different is just beings um attaching to people. I'm so I'm finding these energetic cores belonging to maybe it could be a star being a multidimensional being somebody from you know our current you know dimension you know our world that are um connecting to people without their knowing it and just drawing on their energy and their powers um so those seem to be the two things that I'd be I've been running across a lot of yeah I mean and part of it too I think sometimes we're called to help people maybe with different you know scenarios where maybe you know that's what I'm supposed to be doing is you know looking at these folks with the traumas and these attachments um where you know um Jay you're seeing or Freya um you know more of these women that need to help stepping into their power and it sounds like you too Ren. Yeah so I find that fascinating too I think we all sometimes have a certain purpose or uh attract what we're meant to help.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah. Yeah that's so true. I I have noticed over the last couple of years especially you know in the day-to-day work like they come in groups and some of them are just too wild to make up I had this is just a random one maybe not related to exactly the themes that we're talking about but I had like a two-week period where I had three clients knew nothing about each other completely different different scenarios for coming different lives all the things but they were all three like water quality engineers and just like in what world like I've never even I've never known I didn't even really know I mean I guess I knew that was a thing but it's not like you know oh I had three nurses like okay that's kind of that's kind of common but I have that in my work and you know like yeah there'll be a period where it's all like childhood drama I mean or or trauma rather where you know six or eight of ten that come are like all in this little nest you know and then it transitions to this and it you know even wilder like there's some corollary with experiences that I've had where I'm able to hold space better for that or um you know I've had like clusters of people that have worked through you know toxic like alcoholism in their family you know where it's like bam bam bam all over like two or three weeks. So you're absolutely right that there's definitely some there there's an attraction you know an alignment by the universe for our clients as to what you know we're meant to do and also you know probably on on a personal level like how we can empathize and offer compassion and you know experience of our own within that realm. So so very fascinating.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah isn't it though?

SPEAKER_08

Yeah I mean yeah I I find it is yeah yeah yeah and that's and I love that aspect you know I had this conversation um with the client that's um he's just a uh he's a sponge of all the things and so we were rabbit holing together and the the thing that came up was like he he knows that I could give him some he wants some attunements in Reiki and I'm like I could do that for you and he's like oh cool and I was like but if you want you know go to my teacher like depending on what area of town and he's like but why would you do that? Like don't you want the business? And I'm like I mean I kind of do but in this greater spiritual community like I could be right next to a booth of someone offering another skill set or modality or even if it's similar to what what I do and if spirit is aligning you in that direction like it in and we're all in this greater tribe where we're just spirit's conduit like I would want you to go to what better aligns and so it there's this not this it's not like this competitive thing it's it's this offering of multiple vehicles to get to the same solution just finding the resonance and frequency you know and that's why you have you know birth doulas versus you know trauma specialists versus soul retrieval specialists and then fitting yourself as a client you know into the healer that's that's particular for you.

SPEAKER_11

And I I think that calls in the aspect of integrity too right you're right you're you're sending them somewhere where you believe it's gonna be more beneficial it's gonna be for his highest good yeah you know instead of thinking it as a greed aspect of well it's business I'm gonna keep him here and I think that's a beautiful thing.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah for sure for sure and I mean that also takes a lot for someone right to be like yeah I can do this for you but you know you put your ego aside and you're like this person's better at it. Yeah yeah absolutely another good point you know because I mean right now all right let's look at the three of us we could probably teach some shaman stuff right I mean right we know some stuff we could probably teach it but if somebody came to you right now saying hey teach me shaman stuff would you be like okay or would you be like eh no let me point you in the direction of my shaman teacher who's better suited for this right she knows so much more you're gonna get a much better quality if you go see her than what you're gonna get from me because I mean there's a difference between like yeah I could do it I mean I shoot I love Oracle cards so much like I love playing with them I can read them but that's just fun and games for me right but at the fair Jeff had sent a friend of his and Zara hey go see her she can go go with her she'll read your Oracle cards and I was like um okay that I did you know I mean it was successful you know and it was it was fine but I didn't charge the guy because like bro this is I'm just playing here I just have my Oracle card so that I'm not bored to death right in between people. Yeah but yeah like if that was a real person I mean it was a real person but you know what I mean like somebody that they didn't know and they're like yeah go see her for an Oracle reading and it wasn't the end of the show right I would have been like uh uh no I am not your person like go see one of these two people that I'm surrounded by like nope not it like I am not I don't do this for real I just do this for fun yeah yeah okay totally get it so now that we're talking about fun let's shift this and have a little bit of fun yes with our questions um my first question normally these would be directed towards you Yvonne but this one is going to be directed this first one towards both of you because I feel like neither of you are gonna have the correct answer. All right are you ready?

SPEAKER_10

Okay what are your thoughts on Gerald the dolphin who is Gerald the dolphin I guess would be my first question.

SPEAKER_07

Exactly yeah Jeff I'm not aware of the dolphin situation.

SPEAKER_05

There's a Florida man he claims that he was kidnapped by a gaggle of dolphins and he's an engineer of some sort I'm gonna have to find one of the TikToks and I'll send it to you I didn't I saved one but it doesn't explain as well as the first one that I saw so that's why I never sent it anyway he's an engineer of some sort right and he was kidnapped and forced underwater to help these dolphins build this city and the leader was Gerald the dolphin and you know he was found washed up on a beach like dehydrated and sunburnt and you know just delirious and you know they thought like hey he's making this up but they did some testing and he had some water and like ocean debris and stuff in his lungs and the only way that you could have got that was if you were like in deep water in the ocean right but if you had on a breathing apparatus you know like scooby or whatever that wouldn't have gotten to your lungs right and like there's there's no explanation possible that his lungs would have this in there because I mean if he was that deep in the ocean getting this in his lungs like he would have died. And so anyway like I'm fascinated and so there's some TikToks um you know people are like yeah I I believe in Gerald the dolphin I mean so what do you guys think is Gerald the dolphin real or made up oh my gosh I'm gonna say yeah I'm gonna say Gerald the dolphin needed uh an oceanic engineer to help continue it's their their underwater city what do you think Yvonne you know you never know if anything that this his last two and a half three years it taught me my gosh there's so much we don't know so why not and I'm curious so how long was he gone how long was he kidnapped for hang on I am going to I just downloaded one I don't know if this one will be able to tell you I'm gonna send it to both of you hang on two seconds um so that way you can watch it on your end I have like it's coming through my phone but I have this um these headphones on so I can't listen to it but let me send it to both of you so you can watch it real quick. Well this isn't not real quick it's two minutes but peruse that real quick I'm gonna tell everyone else's story once upon a time there was um oh my gosh has it gone through yet before I tell my once upon a time story let me let me see here okay I got it too all right let me let me mute you two look at that and I'm gonna tell a story once upon a time there was a girl and she believed in giants when she was a little girl she used to look up at the sky and think huh wouldn't it be weird if like the ants that we see like you know how we look at ants if giants are looking down at us like ants and they could just stomp on us and even when I would see ants I would think the same thing like huh we're giants to them well you know maybe we're ants to giants and I would drive or ride in the car through mountains and I'm looking out at the mountains and the faces in the mountains there are faces out there and I would take pictures and I'm looking at my husband or even my kids and I was like how do you not see that face that's a freaking giant in the mountain that's a giant like I've seen a giant penis driving from Custer up to Keystone I have pictures and I've sent it to Jeff Yvonne if you want to see a giant penis I can send it to you too but yeah there are giants living in the mountains and what do you think that Himalayan sea salt is if you look at the beds and stuff it looks like muscle fibers. And I know that I promise that we're gonna have a giant episode one day but I'm just telling you all my personal thoughts on giants while I am killing a couple minutes so that my two people can watch wow that's just that's wild I guess I would want to I would want to maybe like rabbit hole a few different angles of what happened but yeah I don't know maybe maybe Gerald is like a um figurehead for Atlantis ooh that's a good point too I mean because kind of what got me is if he's doing diagrams, drawings of what he did I mean I don't know.

SPEAKER_11

I mean and I and I will say this and it it gives me like anything's possible because I journeyed up to the upper world this is probably about three months ago and um I uh met with the whales and the whales gave me gills on my neck so that I can breathe underwater.

SPEAKER_08

And they took me down and when they did this they took me down to this like bubble like an air bubble like on the surface or on the not on the surface but um uh like on the sand like if you're at the the bottom of the ocean and they gave me gills and they said I live my life as a whale at one point so we were like brethren so wow I'm like cool yeah that's awesome but so I'm like I don't know when I'll use these gills but thank you but hence Gerald the dolphin yeah you know the engineer I'm like kind of why not sure that my only criticism about Gerald the dolphin is like really his name is Gerald like we couldn't we couldn't have a better name than Gerald well you remember that this person is translating from clicks so maybe in like in echolocation language it's like way cooler and he's like I don't know it kind of sounds like Gerald to me.

SPEAKER_05

You know I I do want to make true fun of one more thing.

SPEAKER_08

Okay this is this kind of poking fun at religion a little bit um but I know that I've sent Jeff these memes you know about okay okay so Jesus is out in the middle of the Middle East and he really runs into men named Matthew Mark Luke and John like come on right like that that's very much you know not Middle Eastern names but okay and so I mean maybe it's the same thing like Gerald you know I mean it is in cliques and you know maybe Gerald that's his name you know it's not very dolphin esque but Matthew Mark Luke and John is not very Middle Eastern ish so whatever okay um Jeff it's your turn I have a couple more questions but let's all right this this was my first one where would you live if like money or time like any normal constraints like weren't an issue where would you live where would you be oh that's a great question oh my gosh um so you're talking other worldly dimension I mean if you want it to be I was kind of thinking earth but I like where you're I mean the the the choice is yours there could I there could be no constraint whatever wow so if it was no constraints um I would want to go I don't know what the name of the planet is but one of my guides gave me um as a gift um this mechanical scenery it was she gave me a box and when you opened up the box all the sides fell down and it was made out of metal and it had trees and birds um it was I can't describe it was just so beautiful I'd like to go there and live there maybe because evidently that was my favorite place um my favorite home that I've had wow all right what about here on on earth like are you going to tropical paradise are you going to like oh my gosh probably probably a tropical paradise just because I love being outdoors okay right and when it's winter I'm always indoors because I'm too cold well maybe you can move to Florida and see if there if there's a Gerald experience waiting for you there okay right on what do you got Freya?

SPEAKER_05

Oh well my answer is I would live in an airplane now why would I live in an airplane because I would be jet setting all over the world and I wouldn't live in any one place. You know because I mean just talking united well it has always been a dream right since I was a little girl like hey I need to be a millionaire and I would have a like a house here and an apartment there like once upon a time right I'd have something in New York City so I could go up to Broadway whenever I wanted I've had an apartment in Vegas so that I could uh you know just go do the Vegas thing. I would have a like a house in New Orleans, you know, like a very old house um out in the French quarter. And so you know I have since expanded on that. But yeah I would definitely have places like right now my favorite place I want to live in Florida. I mean I've never been I've yes I've been to Florida but you know what I mean like I've never been like there's no it's true calling like oh my gosh I went to Tampa and like my heart's in Tampa but I'm just drawn to Florida um I would love to have a place in the Asheville North Carolina area I'd love to have a place in the Sedona Arizona area um yeah uh I was called to New Hampshire I've never been to New Hampshire but something about me is drawn to that so anyway there's just you know and let's go outside of the United States well I've only been to like Mexico Honduras Belize I've crossed the border into Canada so I really haven't experienced outside of the United States but I would imagine um you know like Ireland it would be someplace Ireland Scotland England you know it's funny I just I thought about this earlier like if you look at my ancestry DNA for this life I'm basically straight off the boat from England right and that makes a lot of sense with the tea like my tea choices that I want to drink right the um Earl Grey the English breakfast the Irish breakfast but do you know what I was sitting here eating this morning during our podcast porridge no it's probably the most British thing that I you could possibly think of though sausage corned beef hash no baked beans British British baked beans and toast the heinz yeah not it's the Heinz baked beans like I went to world market and purchased these um the Heinz baked beans and toast is what I was eating this morning um by the way they're so phenomenal like I'm telling you oh my gosh I am addicted to these suckers but I feel like I'd want to live somewhere over there um too but minus living like I just I really I want to go someplace tropical right I loved my time in Mexico I want to be on the water like I'm very called to the water but at the same time I'm drawn to you know the trees and the mountains but I did that too there was something about Arizona like the big giant cactus there I I know that this sounds stupid to say but like I wanted to just jump out of the car and hug them right because there was something that made my soul so incredibly happy but When Lemuria fell, they say that people headed towards like the four corners area. So that kind of makes a little bit of sense.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Okay. What about you, Jeffrey?

SPEAKER_08

Um Solarin. I mean, honestly, I want to live, I want to live in the mountains. I want to have some property. And I, you know, maybe not like a cattle ranch or anything, but I want some open land and quiet and just a little bit off the beaten path. That's where I want to live. But um, I'm I definitely love traveling too. So I get your concept of living in the air. I don't know if I could spend like full time up there. I still think I need a place to ground into and have like a home. So I would love to have like a homestead somewhere with land and maybe a couple horses and an alpaca or two, dogs running around.

SPEAKER_11

So nice.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah. Definitely drawn to the mountains. Yeah, I am so I have two more. I have uh two easy ones, one funny, small last one. You have anything else, Freya? Um funny questions?

SPEAKER_05

I have a couple more. Well, these aren't funny per se, but what's your favorite gift and what is your least favorite gift? I don't mean gift like, oh, well, I got this watch back in 1992 and I love it. I mean your favorite and least favorite spiritual gift.

SPEAKER_02

Ooh.

SPEAKER_03

I think for mine, just seeing through my third eye is probably my favorite. I don't think I have a least favorite. Um, I don't think I have a least favorite because I use them all and I think they're all pretty, really cool.

SPEAKER_11

But yeah, I think just being able to see my third eye and just see oh my gosh, all the wonders through the veil. I mean remote viewing all of it, I think.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. I think that'd be my favorite. Awesome.

SPEAKER_05

What's your favorite song or music?

SPEAKER_08

She she dodged it, didn't she?

SPEAKER_05

You didn't answer, Jeff.

SPEAKER_08

Oh, you want me to answer?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, we've all been answering.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, gotcha. You need an answer for me.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Um you know, I think like just purely like for what it is, I think that my strongest and and probably most like enjoyable gift, especially when I'm offering it like to a client, is holding space because that can be so dynamic, and um it's just really where like the magic happens for the work. And maybe my least favorite, um I don't know. I mean, I feel like I have a little like hyoka energy in like stirring, and I know it's for the right reasons, but like a lot of the times, most of the time in my sessions, like we're digging up, you know, stuff that leads to heavy emotion and you know, trauma recall and stuff. And it's not that I don't like that, but you know, just for like a purely human experience that can be just taxing. Like I I know that it's for their greatest and highest good, but it's still a difficult place, like at the end of the day, to constantly have those experiences. Like people come and you know need to find their dark secrets and cry about it. Like, I love that that's a part of it, but it's you know, I don't know that I that's like the favorite thing that I do, it just is a part of the work, it's inherent to the work.

SPEAKER_03

So gotcha.

SPEAKER_08

Wow, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, my favorite thing. I don't know, I have a couple. I like that basically all of the clears are activated for me. Um, but I really like the star connection that I have, yeah you know, like being able to see and communicate and stuff. But what I don't love, I don't love talking to the dead. Like when they come in, I'm just like, oh I also don't like being empathetic and people uh picking, uh I can't speak and picking up other people's emotions. I don't I don't love that. I don't love it.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, I get that I just yeah that made me realize about stress. That's my least favorite, picking up people's stress.

SPEAKER_05

Well, mine is crying physically when they sorry, when they want to cry, you know what I mean? And then here I am because I'm not a crier, like you should know this that I'm definitely not, I'm not a hugger, I'm not a crier, like I'm not, you know, this this feely person, right? And when I'm sitting there and I just feel all of a sudden that I want to cry, I mean, I that is like the number one warning of right, like this isn't yours, yeah. And so like I don't like that feeling at all. I don't really pick up their stress per se, like it's just the crying part. I don't like that. Sorry. Um okay, go ahead with your question. Sorry.

SPEAKER_08

I just want to know Yvonne's either favorite song or like the music that you listen to. What's on your like playlist right now?

SPEAKER_11

Oh my gosh, I'm just one of those. Is whatever mood I'm in, whatever calls to me.

SPEAKER_08

So, like, are you classic rock in or are you pop?

SPEAKER_11

I'm more like RB. Um, I'd say that's probably uh my favorite. Like um as a teenager, like Earth and Earth, Wind and Fire was my absolute favorite.

SPEAKER_07

Okay, nice, right on, right?

SPEAKER_11

And so yeah, I say RB, but man, I love classic rock. You know, give me some good Eagles music, and uh I'm there. Um yeah, I mean, it kind of goes across the board because I like some classical too. Again, it's yeah, there isn't much I don't like. I'm not really a like a uh country western girl, like I like new country, but um yeah, that's probably the only one I'm so so or like metal, hard, hard rock metal. I I I can't listen to that.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, yeah, understood. Okay, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

All right, here's a question. You're on death row and it's time for your final meal.

SPEAKER_03

What would it be? Oh see, that's a hard one for me too, because I love all kinds of food.

SPEAKER_11

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_07

You're gonna have them put together like some massive spread. You're like, all right.

SPEAKER_10

I feel like the buddy.

SPEAKER_07

Here's a 12-course meal.

SPEAKER_10

Right?

SPEAKER_11

So I guess gonna have a little bit of everything, a little bit of curry, you know, good old-fashioned, you know, cheeseburger, steaks, some fish, oh, Mexican. I mean, I love it all. I mean, yeah, I just that's yeah, I can't answer. I'd have to have a little bit of everything.

SPEAKER_07

You're like, I just need to go to like country buffet and get it, get it done.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_08

Well, that piggybacks on my question, but we're gonna drill down. You that there's only two options street tacos or spaghetti with meatballs.

SPEAKER_05

Street tacos, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, good.

SPEAKER_05

Who who eats spaghetti with meatballs?

SPEAKER_08

Well, I don't know. Like, are yeah, I mean, some people like that.

SPEAKER_05

No, they're no yeah.

SPEAKER_11

Well, they just no my husband does. My my youngest son, he was a pasta freak, and so he loved anything like pasta like spaghetti, he loved, but yeah, no, I know street tacos, good street tacos.

SPEAKER_08

Ugh. Yeah, yeah. What are you putting on it? Like barbacoa. Are you going? Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_11

I love barbacoa, um, and again, depends sometimes. It's you know, some green salsa. Maybe I'll go with some red, you know, hot. Um, but um, you gotta have some veggies, you know, like uh fajita veggies, okay, and um coarse cheese. Gotta add some guac, gotta have some guac on there. I love guacamole. Yeah um yeah.

SPEAKER_05

We're starting to make a street burrito, Vaughn.

SPEAKER_09

Oh, really? I mean that's yeah, this is moving out of the realm of taco into full burrito.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, that's like a burrito, a street burrito.

SPEAKER_10

Well, it wasn't too many ingredients. Maybe I'm hungry right now.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, for sure.

SPEAKER_05

I want some tacos right now because that that would be my final like if I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be tacos.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, well, there's all kinds of different yeah. Well, there's soft and precisely.

SPEAKER_05

I mean, that's the point, right? I chose something kind of broad because also I have to do the shout out here. Carrera's tacos. Uh-huh. It's somewhere in the IKEA area. Um here, I'm gonna have to get this. Let me tell you something. I don't love their barbacoa tacos, however, their ground beef crunchy tacos are wow, so good, so good. Um, my co-workers love they have a crunch wrap. And I went though, now I like some Tex Mex. Okay, so I can't really, I'm not the biggest fan of like Colorado Mexican food. Like I like the Texas stuff, but and in Texas, breakfast burritos, like I freaking love them. Anyway, they have this. I'm gonna butcher the word. Hang on. Okay, Crayas Tacos. Let me tell you the address real quick. It is 7939 East Arapaho Road, and then it says Greenwood Village. And then this burrito, it's a breakfast one, it's massive. I swear this thing's like 12 pounds. Okay, it's not that big, but it's huge. Like I have fed three people off of these breakfast burritos, but it is a I'm gonna screw up this word, I need it to show up. Come on, I'm not getting to burritos, maybe because it's okay. Breakfast. Chilaquilas. Say that word, Jeff. C-H-I-L-A-Q-U-I-L-L-E-S.

SPEAKER_08

Chiaquillas.

SPEAKER_05

Chiaquillas burrito. Oh my gosh. It is$16, but I mean, this thing is huge. I'll send you to a picture um to show you how big it is compared to my head. But it says a hefty breakfast burrito loaded with green chiaquillas eggs, slow-cooked chicken, beans, oxicata, I probably said uh cheese, all wrapped with poblana crema, pickled onions, and copia for the perfect balance of crunch heat and creaminess. I'm telling you, this is the best thing. So if you're ever down in that area, definitely eat some creator's tacos.

SPEAKER_08

Sounds so good. Yeah, it does.

SPEAKER_11

Because you realize as soon as we get done, I'm gonna go ask my husband what we're having for lunch.

SPEAKER_07

Definitely.

SPEAKER_05

All right, well, yeah, I think we're done.

SPEAKER_08

Send us, send us on our send us and our listeners on their way with some words of wisdom or just something that um is meaningful not to put you on the spot that you want um to part us off with, Yvonne. And thanks for being here, appreciate it.

SPEAKER_11

Oh, yeah, you're welcome. Thank you for asking me. And you know, um mine is just really simple, every day be kind. You know, give somebody a smile. Um it can just you know, change somebody's day, their mood at an instant, just with some kindness and a smile, you know, genuine. And um just let's just all respect each other.

SPEAKER_03

Beautiful. I need I need you two to look at your phones real quick. Okay. Oh, wow, that is huge.

SPEAKER_07

Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_10

Like, oh my god.

SPEAKER_02

That's crazy.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, and it's like that too. Yes, I mean that's big. I'm telling you, it's like it's huge, it's massive. It's a burrito baby, baby burrito.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no kidding.

SPEAKER_05

Baby sized burrito. All right, I don't know.

SPEAKER_08

Let's let's go forth and eat burritos and tacos, and of course, on your way, be kind.

SPEAKER_05

Yes. And until next time, believe in Gerald the Dolphin. Until next time. Aho.

SPEAKER_07

Aho.

SPEAKER_08

Aho you found temple tea, a ceremony in every cup.

SPEAKER_00

I'm the muse, tuning to what lives between the lines.

SPEAKER_08

And I'm the medicine, honoring what's hidden and holding what's heavy.

SPEAKER_01

This is where the spirit speaks, and the body listens.

SPEAKER_06

Welcome to the temple.
