I was looking um when I sent you that um image of our like stats to date. We're getting close to whatever it is, a thousand listens. Um, it said August is our start. And I was like, wow, that seems like yesterday, but it's April.

Honestly, um, the coffee that I was drinking this morning, I that's a long cup. Yes, it's it's my everyday dose, mushroom coffee with Chabani, their creamer. It's caramel macchiato creamer. I don't even know if I have any left in my cup. I don't even know where my cup is. Hold on.

Yeah, I'm pretty much. And I was thinking, what can I drink fast? I didn't have time to make tea. I made tea last night. I made my CCF tea that I've talked about previously. I didn't even take a sip of it. It's probably still warm in my bedroom, but the thought of drinking almost 24-hour tea, I don't really know. Yeah, I'm down to the last sip, and I really didn't have time to make tea before this. Um, so yeah, I'm chugging the last little bit. I thought about grabbing an Awani Hawaiian shaved ice, but I'm like, it's 2:30, it's too late. So that's my tea. I'm not, I don't have any. But I don't have any tea today. What are you drinking?

Well, this the this is probably my first performance in your realm. I'm drinking kombucha. I'm I don't I know I don't have tea. I'm like, I yeah, I'm teed out.

Do you know some people call it kombucha tea?

That's fair. I mean, it is tea. It's definitely that's how you start.

So but is it the homemade kind?

No, this is um some synergy. Kombucha.

Which flavor? Because I bought some the other day. Pineapple, that's been my latest the original trilogy. Ooh.

And you're you are right, it is black tea and green tea is the base, and then you add the things and it ferments, and that's kombucha. So quite technically, with some additives, I'm drinking tea. Oh, kombucha variety.

Love that. I um I have one down there. It's Pink Lady. I don't know, I can't remember the brand. It's in my fridge. I start drinking it yesterday.

No, this is not a Synergy one. No, this one's in a brown bottle. Oh. Dr. Brew, maybe I don't I don't I don't recall it, but I'm gonna Google that and then I'll send you a picture to see if it's a Dr. Brew, but this is a pink lady apple one. Um because I I Synergy is my go-to.

Uh maybe. But I do have Dr. Brew in there. Yeah, it's health hyphen aid kombucha, it's the pink lady.

I had some in my fridge for a while, so I know this is totally random. My husband wanted pickles the other day, and I was like, all right, until we started going through some random pickle jars. There were things in the side of my door and my fridge. Now realize I just cleaned my fridge out like before Christmas time. Okay. Um, I have two fridges. I have one out in the garage and I have one inside. So it's the inside one that is honestly more like just a condiment fridge. Anyway, we were pulling stuff out that expired like August of 2024. Wow. And I'm like, I I just clean this out. So anyway, the reason that I'm drinking this healthy one, hell, it's probably expired. It's probably from 2022, but I saw them right there, and I was like, oh, instead of opening these pineapple synergies that I just bought, let me drink these. Anyway, yep, now you know it's in my fridge.

That's hilarious. We did that when CZ moved in too for both of us. She's like going through the pantry and she's like, This uh, I can't remember what it was. She's like, This says like May of 2022. I'm like, probably not gonna use it. Like, is it okay to throw it away? Yeah, probably.

So I use expiration dates loosely. Okay. Do I really think that can of green beans is gonna expire in a year? No, right. Do I think that corporations put expiration dates on things so that you'll run out and buy more? Absolutely. But refrigerated stuff, I'm a little bit different on stuff that's in the fridge, especially well, the pickles and the bags look fine. Would I have ate them? Probably, but then again, I mean, I don't know. Um they were sealed, never been opened, right? But um, but you know, it just depends. But yeah, stuff in the fridge is a little bit different than canned goods for me. But I should probably go through my pantry because yeah, I'm that's all I'm gonna say is have fun with that. Well, and now that we're talking about this, I have a deep freeze outside too, and it is filled to the brim. And I was just telling my husband um earlier today, like we spend an obscene amount of money, okay? And I don't know where it goes. I mean, sure, like if I want socks from Amazon right now, then I'm gonna go and buy it, right?

Um, but I'm like, okay, we have to stop spending. Like, I need no eating out, no buying random stuff on Amazon. Like, I need to figure out where this money's going, right? And so I started to text this to him, but I didn't. We have a deep freezer, like seriously, this deep freeze is filled to the brim. You can't put anything else in there. We should probably just start cooking, like going through that because God knows how long that's been in there.

Business wise, it was better than my first body, mind, spirit, Denver. All right.

That anything is better than that experience. Um but by the way, the booth that you were in for Denver across from you know, where you were in Denver last time, it still hasn't filled.

Yeah, I don't I don't understand that healer's row that they do. It doesn't make any sense.

Right. Well, anyway, there's two. There's three, three booths open on that that one quadrant. I believe so where Mariah was last time is still open. Where you were, and then the one that Michelle was at, those are still open. And then I don't even know about that other end.

The person that took my booth, D, with Alcione Intuitive Healing, she had moved into the booth, the one that I moved to, and then I saw that she had canceled it, and then somebody, something oh botanical or something had moved in there. And I'm like, that's are they selling stuff? Like, that's not really a healer, but I I don't care. Anyway, with that said, uh, we do have new locations, by the way, at Body Mind Spirit Denver, but back to art and soul. My first one, um, I didn't have that many clients, but I don't feel like this show is really centered towards healers and readers and things like that, right? Yeah, um for sure. I like the atmosphere a lot, it's a lot less chaotic than body mind. I when I say chaos, I mean chaos isn't necessarily bad. So don't misinterpret what I'm saying when I say it's a lot less chaotic than like Denver Body Mind Spirit. Um I mean it's significantly smaller than Denver Body Mind Spirit, right?

Um, the hours are shorter and just the energy is just it's a lot more clean and flowing. I spent a lot of money. I still didn't hit all the booths. Um, I like shopping, like as a vent as a customer. I definitely I love art and soul. But yeah, yeah. What sold me on all of this was I just talked about Dee Lamberton with Al Sioni Intuitive Healing. She was across from me. And don't you know she had a sign-up that said Mount Shasta? And that's like the missing piece of my puzzle, you know, me trying to figure out how I'm gonna get to Shasta. She's doing a retreat there. Um, it's going to be during the Brighton or Adams County Body Mind Spirit. So I had to choose, you know, do I want to do the show? Which I should. I mean, it's it's by my home or close enough to my home, but no, I'm going on the adventure. So she was there. Um I met someone two booths down that had all of my guides in candle form.

Right there. I sent that picture to you. But the most interesting piece, it was the clients that I had. But I'm not gonna name names because like I don't have permission, but I was I was pretty busy during the day on Saturday. Well, busy with clients and busy with shopping, but nevertheless, I was busy. And um I was on the way to I grabbed my purse just so you know it wasn't left unattended, and I was like, okay, I'm going to find the bathrooms. It's like three o'clock. I don't know what time it was. Pick time, right? I'm going to find the bathrooms, and I round the corner and I run into you and someone. So you share that. Like I'll pop back in with the story, but go ahead and share that real quick.

Yeah. Well, why don't we call our K. So this is a um a person that found me through their Pleiadian guide team. Um, their their guide team guided, if you will, them to me. And we had some talks about what she needed what what she was trying to align to do. And long story short, we did um some healing together, including um a full-day session, and she stays in touch and she's just an awesome human. And she came to the she had seen us, you know, advertising the booth, and so she came to the booth.

Wait, pause. And when he says us advertising, this is not me. He's talking about M and C Z with their chakra artistry.

Yep. Okay. Yep. So we're social media advertising, and she follows me and always likes the things. And so she comes and I run into her and I'm like, yay, you're here. Um, and it it's just always and I love um shout out to all the QHHT family because another, you know, eight or ten of you guys came. Um, and I just I truly like love catching up, and that that is a connection point where I get to see people again. So um, anyways, she's there and we're catching up, and she's like, So my back and things are bothering me, and and she's in good spirits, like she wasn't down and out, but she's like, I got a couple things, and my my guide team is telling me I need Reiki, and so what do you think? And I'm like, Well, I don't have my and immediately, like quite literally, before I started speaking, like I knew I was gonna refer to you, but I didn't want to immediately be like, Nope. So, and so and and and I wanted to rationalize it, which made sense, says like I only have chairs here, and the healings that I'm doing, like, I don't know, I if you're one in your back worked on, or regardless, like I don't have a massage table, so let's go talk to Muse. And also, she um does cosmic Reiki, and immediately Kay is like, Wow, they told me if I didn't do it with you that you were gonna recommend somebody and I was like, Cool, yeah, she also does light language, and she's like, Wow, and they told me that there would be light language involved, so there was this amazing alignment, and so we're just laughing, and we're already walking towards you, and that's when we ran into you like on the aisle of your um row, and you guys synced up, and from what I heard and saw, she had a great experience, and then she came back Sunday and was back on your table, right?

Yes, yeah, so I could work on the back, and by working on the back, like we're not talking like massage or you know, anything right like that. Um and I I do want to say, like, I I'm not using my table in Denver, I do use my table, but a lot of my appointments are like virtual over Zoom, right? I can work chair or table, it just kind of works better because you can lay down and like relax, you know, whatever. Um, but yeah, I because I didn't see anything with the back, but it's funny because on that Sunday she just immediately like face down on the table, and I could see her back, and I was like, whoa, okay, wow, I didn't see this. Um, but you know, it's funny. She has a daughter named Hannah and a daughter named Haley. She told me that, yeah, for sure. Name Hannah and a daughter named Haley. Yeah. Yep. We were just like quite, we're the same age. I think I'm a couple months older than her. Um, but yeah, I was like, whoa, and she is I had Mary Magdalene pop in during that, but just popping in didn't really do much.

You know, she just popped in, but that was really the first person that I've worked on where it was like 99.99999% galactic. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She's she's such a cool person, and um she's so she's another one of those like so well connected to her teams and where she's at, but also so like new to everything else that it's just a it's really fun that she kind of almost started with like trust, but like was is still very like new in the metaphysical spiritual community that she just like they want me to do this, but I don't know what that is, and I'm like, okay, then go do this. And then she comes back of like, whoa! Like the things happened, and so yeah, that was that was good stuff. But I agree with you. I think that the energy of Art and Soul is much lighter, and it's almost like a networking event. Like we were the same, we didn't have I mean, we did well enough to make it worth being there, like break even ish, and then CZ had her clients, which she would have had at the house on a Saturday regardless, and I did a few clearings, but the neighbors and like just being a part of that type of community is it's just a special feeling like the vibes are high and you know shaman joe was bias and so it's always nice to see you know him and um obviously like lock and key were next to us which was cool because they make some of the product that she sells and like our daughters hang out and so it just it's like one of our the the gem lady that was next to shaman joe I don't know if you ever go to her I think her name is Kelly um she was kind she kind of said it well of like I could sit at home and make probably more money than I do here but like then I'm by myself and like this is just nice. It's nice to be out and be around people and the vibes are high. So I appreciate Amy for doing that and I you know like you said to start like no knock on either organization but um body mind spirit they're not really gatekeeping anybody that goes there. Amy for sure like wants to know what your booth's gonna look like and I don't think she I I'm not sure there's ever been a scenario where she denies someone but it's not renewal by Anderson and some of the other like any as long as you have$595 and an email address like you have a table there. She does a really good job of you know bringing together you know this nice mix of like artisan stuff and healers and healer artwork together and you know I feel like everyone that's there just jives. It's not this yeah like churn and burn kind of a thing that the the bigger fairs can be and her prices are well her prices are much more reasonable as far as like the healer space goes it's it's kind of comparable to Body Mind but I feel like for the retail spaces it's almost half the price.

You know so that's why there's a lot of people that were there like there was so I met I didn't meet you there but I met you at the one last year I I popped up there to meet up with you last year. And that was the first time that I had ever been to the event and there was this place I cannot think of the name of it but they're out of North Glen Rise and Shine or something. They sell soaps they have face oils lotions things like that um tallow and I love this stuff. Like I love the scents there's this honeysuckle well I got Southern blossom I didn't buy it this time I bought honeysuckle but they were there and I haven't seen them like I've looked at all the body minds looking for them um and you know the place that has the um it was at the end of your I think it was at the end of your row they have the Himalayan lamps yeah in the balls. Yeah they're not gonna be at the body minds anymore.

Yeah a lot I mean a lot of people have started doing that yeah even lock and key they're just like we can't it's just not because they do they do double booths and it's like we talked about the same thing. I mean you have to really show up for body mind spirit to have a double booth.

Yeah that's an investment for sure and you know I think that that's why there's a lot of people and I talk to a lot of these um vendors as well like the one that has the um the picture that Sean Joe had I ended up buying the picture. Let me send it to you I have a it's it was 17 bucks it's cute it's in a little frame um but at the end of the show I went like after hours they hadn't even torn down yet and I bought this but oh nope that's not one well they do have one like this but anyway it's her husband I'm pretty sure it's her husband because she said our property they live somewhere up by like the Wyoming border and I was like is he the one that takes these pictures and she was like yeah so I think it's her husband anyway um I thought I took a picture but I can't find it I'll have to take it in a little bit but anyway um they do a lot of these arts and craft fairs no I found it and so a lot of these vendors they're at random art and craft shows and I was like what so yeah that's why I don't see them at body mind and that's why I didn't hit you know a lot of these booths because they're not at body mind and I just didn't have the time so yeah there I sent you my cute little frame this picture that we're talking I'm telling you we're we'll post this that was so amazing. This picture Shaman Joe walked up with um he had a big version of it but yeah yeah this they actually traded he gave that guy an a really awesome um ocean drum for that oh wow yeah but the one the print that he got is like a full lithograph like not original but um yeah so cool yeah I mean the one that he has is big I mean I don't know how big is that do you think that is it was like 24 by yeah 24 by 20 or 24 by 36 maybe yeah so so beautiful whereas mine is like in a little four by six or five by seven frame so I mean the size difference mine doesn't even look as vibrant as the big one but he walks up with this and I'm like huh the photographer and I wish I knew that the name of this company I don't even know where I put their card I think it's still in my car the picture's still in my car um I'll have to track down the name of that and we'll put it somewhere comments or something but um they didn't even tell like the park rangers in Utah this was a cave in Utah and the park rangers in Utah um wouldn't even tell him where the cave was but you know they kind of maybe hinted a little bit but they wouldn't show him how to get there and so he stumbled upon this cave on his own and you can talk to again I think it's his wife I mean the way that she was talking their property but if it's not his wife my apologies for mislabeling but she can tell you all of these pictures like this was taken and this was an overlap of blah blah blah blah blah like anyway when I saw this picture I mean there are so many synchronicities for me that weekend and you know you're right when you said I mean it's about the connections right it's about networking but anyway this photo it's inside of a cave but looking out and then you can see like the Milky Way or you know whatever galaxy but when I journ not journey when I astral travel I fall through the earth I get up I come out like I'm underground but I come out of this cave and then there's an open area out there and it is eerily similar the only difference is I don't have a crater like at the end of the cave like if you look at the picture it looks like a little crater there. That's not there and outside of the cave it's extended out like where you can walk outside of the cave like a cliff you know that's the only difference between that and so yeah I went and bought one um like a memory you know what I mean like hey this is where I go you guys sometimes it's ice world and it looks a little bit different but I would say like 80% of the time it looks identical to that.

So so cool. Yeah and then I got my favorite clothes right yeah yeah for sure that dude's a good dude he he really is he um I I got to chatting with him towards the end of the show um and he does a ton of he said he does he has he does like events that size and obviously body mind spirit and he does he does those in he said four different markets he didn't tell me where markets as in city like major city cities but he also does a lot of the like he does like every farmer's market like all the things to the tune of like 300 ish events a year.

Um and you know now he has uh Stacy the gal that's running it she is the feather hair lady yeah and she's close friends with C Z and so it's just cool now to see like that he uses and has like local authentic people not just this crew that shows up from God knows where and you know like I said churns and burns the fares so I buy so much stuff from him yeah for sure I mean you know they give vendor discounts but he's gonna have to give me like a repeat customer discount or something as much money as I spend there you know you should try to catch him next time when we're setting up he offered CZ like a wardrobe to wear for the weekend to keep I mean just to be like a fair model so look which is a smart idea that I represent his clothes pretty well in fact I was telling Stacy I I really want the pants like I love the pants right and then he ended up bringing some more on the last day which I wish that I would have bought even more but I was like shut up stop it oh my gosh and for Shasta um one of the nights it's a full moon ceremony and you have to wear all white and so I was like hey can I borrow the skirt and so I took the skirt and I went over to um D and I'm like hey I know it says white but this is off white like can I wear this and she was like oh absolutely so I ended up buying a complete outfit there's like a little tube top that went with it.

Yeah so I got a complete outfit for Shasta I'm gonna add a little bit more to it but um yeah I was but I I told Stacey I was like my current outfit came from Boulder my favorite um um beloved and boulder and so now I wished why don't I know the name of his booth I don't know the name of any of these booths I can't I honestly can't remember it either I don't even know that I've like known that I suppose I could go back and look at the numbers but he doesn't have like a banner or anything.

Okay so that's known it is sad. I spent all of it at the show I could have well I said like I'm not even kidding when I tell you this that I could have if I wasn't a vendor there right not a yeah new era distributing oh right yeah new era yeah I knew that yeah which I did not know that but that's what it says playing name but he is a cool dude and they do have nice stuff and obvious you know CZ and I are pretty particular so a lot of their stuff is 100% cotton and they have a lot of cat manu stuff which I like supporting. Yes cat man do that's my pants which you know as a vendor I could probably go online you know to pick a place I know that shoot I don't know the name of the website but like through Benjamin International there's a lot like I could get you know wholesale prices for it but I'm lazy and I like shopping right right also I made a pinky promise with CZ that I would die I'm literally going to die like I gave up my life I sacrificed myself if I buy anything at Body Mind Spirit in color I don't know if I said it for both or just Colorado Springs but I said I am not going to buy anything at these shows or like I will die if I do unless it's those clothes or your booth I said I'm not buying anything else yeah and then she's got some things still set aside for you I mean yeah your wish list is pretty strong but look I I risk my life on this but then after we we locked pinkies in everything like I said I will die like I'm just I will die I'm I will sack it's serious but then I said I could always send Lucy to go shop for me that's that's such a cheap code that's not the same there it has I was surprised she didn't buy anything this time and like she didn't really want much and I had even told her because she had really good grades last quarter I was like if you find something you want and she's like nope I think who are you well I think it's because she didn't have me I mean she had me but she didn't right that's true that's true we we enable each other and I think it's because she had a friend I already I don't know her friend's name what was the Chloe Chloe yeah yeah she had Chloe there to entertain her you know what I mean instead of this grown woman that just wants to spend money yeah but anyway that is a a recap of my experience our time is kind of growing short today because um you know we we bombard you guys with really lengthy sessions and I know how much you love to talk to us but sometimes we just gotta cut it a little bit shorter for your sake um yeah any well high level high high level last words go find find the next art and soul the the August one will be um down in the springs on August 22nd or 23rd or and save the date for November 7th and 8th at Arapaho County fairgrounds it really is a cool and I sincerely it's it is a nice event and it's laid back and it's got great vibes from both you know the patron and the vendor place. So I I look forward to continuing the to be a part of her group. Yeah and don't forget the body mind um I have a a couple seconds left um you're also doing some music sound festival tell me about that yeah um it's called Bliss and Bliss Sacred Sound Fest and this was um we were turned on to this by um Mariah it's kind of billed as like a festival if you will and it's got a pretty high ticket price but you get like there's events and things throughout it so there's sound baths and um you know meditations and vibration tables and things set up and you can you just once you're in you can do all of those things and free food um and it's more sound like practitioner oriented but again has vendors. I know like Michael Cutter's gonna be there with his drums and things I saw that Mush Love um is there so it's like it looks like it's gonna be a cool summer experience that's um August 14th through the 16th out at wild um cider garden in Longmont and it looks like it's gonna be a really beautiful place and space so they were all booked up I could have brought my vibro acoustic pillow that would have been sweet.
