I don't know. It's a tea. It's a tea that I found. I think I do know. It's really good, but it's a tea that I found in a jar. You know, we have our little apothecary in the kitchen that CZ put together, and it was labeled CZ's night blend. And it looks like it's like hand rolled. Some some hand rolled green tea, and I can see that there's a some chocolate mix leftover blend in there, and the rest I have no idea, but it's quite good.

Let me ask you this though. Why it's you know, it's um kind of early in the evening right now. Why are you drinking night one?

I just it was there and I wanted like I wanted some herbal tea and and I hadn't tried it yet, so I did it. I don't think it's like sleepy time. I think she's just labeled it that because it has little to no caffeine so that she knows because all of her stuff is caffeinated. So I think I think it's like more you can drink this later in the day, tea, then like this is gonna put you to sleep.

Okay. Well, I'm doing the opposite.

Um, I had a little backstory. My shoulder is jacked up, like it's been messed up. So two years ago, I'm pretty sure it was two years ago, it could have been last year, but I really think it was two years ago. I went to an orthopedic surgeon. I'm like, I can't, like it hurts, right? Just like waking up, my shoulder hurts. Um and so I saw the surgeon and he was like, hey, you know, let's try physical therapy. It's either going to work or it's not. Like there's not gonna be any in-between.

Um, and so I did the things and you know, the physical therapy, I didn't have very many physical therapy sessions, but you know, had like homework to do in between blah blah blah, and the the orthopedic surgeon, you know, we concluded like, hey, this isn't gonna work. And yes, you know, how do you have that large scanner, like hypermobility? Well, you can look like my joints are winning, blah, blah, blah.

So I don't know why I didn't immediately go back to the surgeon. I think it was the year that I had the tummy tuck and thing, and then like had surgery last year, blah, blah, blah. So just life, you know, is why I didn't go back. But my husband saw his doctor, like his shoulder was acting up.

And I'm like, you know, my shoulder's been hurting. Like, I should probably at some point follow up with the surgeon. But after the Denver, it was Denver Colorado Springs, I'm pretty sure it was Denver.

After that show, I'm like, I hope myself. Um, you know, just even like reaching out forward.

Like, my shoulder was hurting bad. Like, I'd have to grab it and stuff. I'm like, okay, I I can't do this. So finally, like a week or so ago, I called the surgeon's office and I'm like, I need I need to get back in. Like, I need the MRI now. Like, this isn't gonna be electric physical therapy again. You know, I need an MRI to see what's wrong. Um I had that appointment today. It was a four o'clock appointment, and don't you know I smelled coffee brewing in the building, and I'm like, oh, that smells delicious.

So after I climbed down those stairs, I went into their little makeshift Starbucks, and you know, it's not an official Starbucks, they just serve Starbucks coffee, but I'm drinking a caramel macchiato and I listened tonight.

Nice, and this coffee is strong too. One of those like four, so yeah, that's that's what I'm doing today.

And you know, I don't know if I've talked about this before, but with me and caffeine, it's not like I take a sip and like, oh, I'm wired. It's I notice the effects when I try to go to bed at night when I'm like not sleepy or not falling asleep.

This is like I don't know if that's Avalon or Lemuria, but it's neither. It's not Avalon, it's not Lemuria, it's not Atlantis. It's bright here. But like a golden like It's just bright, but like a golden white kind of colour, almost like a crystalline city. It's like I don't see people, I just see me, but I can see me. Like, I have long blonde hair, it's not dreaded. And I'm like in this flowy gown looking thing. That's the same golden white color. Maybe it's another planet. Because like I feel like there's some tropical lush somewhere, but I'm just where I'm standing, it's just hold on. I'm like in a temple or something.

I mean it's still that same color, but it kind of looks like something that you would see like in Greece. Or maybe ancient Greece, but Okay, if I go through this, now I'm seeing like water and lush.

And there's like the green lush all around. Okay. Out there. Okay, hold on. So I go back under and there's the city. I don't have a tail. So like I I don't think I'm a mermaid.

Still hold on. So like there I'm like wearing that gown and I I look normal. And I see blue. I see something blue, but I don't know that my skin is blue. But when I'm like mermaid-like, then I'm blue. Oh yeah, no, like I'm blue when I'm swimming.

There's like a whole city down there, and then like you can go, what's like the surface though? Hold on. They're just lush. It's not like a must, but like I can get I don't know how it's super weird. Um, it's not a beach. You know like a pool, how you just like go to the edge of the pool and climb up and you're out. So I just came out of the water like that, and I'm on this beach, and there's like green. Like there are people. It's like tropical.

So like wherever I am. There's like a city underneath, and apparently we can do both. Like, the beach is up there, you know, like this tropical setting is up there. And then when you want to go to the city, you just go down in the water. And then you're back. That's like, do I live? That's the temple. I'm not quite sure where I live. If I live on the land or if I live in the water. But like you can go, but I wonder if this is Sirius A and B. And there's a portal. Like the water's the portal between the two. Because Sirius A is like a crystalline city. Yeah. Which is what I'm seeing. Because I'm underwater, but I'm not like down there. Um you're underwater and like my hair's floating. But I mean it's just like I can walk and talk and breathe and it's not like a sunken city. And then Series B is like your water planet, and I know that I said, but that's like your lush and your mermaid. And so I wonder if I have a portal between the two places.

To swim. Just swim and then You know how like when we do the lower world and then you walk into the body of water and then like you pop out. Yeah. It's like that. Kind of. Okay. But not. That has to be a portal because like it's like a swimming pool type. You know, like I just it's not beach, like you walk into. Like I pull myself out and then I just jump back in and go down. Yes, it's a space between the two realms.

Okay, so I just I left my beach and I just went back down and then I just pop back up to the place that I go when I talk to the council. And they just told me they were like you do whatever you want.

Because I don't have a purpose. And I hold on I can I can do whatever I want. Like I have free not will free reign. Like that they gave me that gift of um hold on what is this word not contortion that word gami like I don't understand what they're trying to tell me manipulate but not manipulation like they're showing me like a ball and it just and it can just twist up and contort and be whatever it wants to be.

Yeah. Why did they give you that gift?

Because I was chosen um because I was chosen I wasn't meant to be put in a container um I was one of the selected that doesn't have to conform and by shape shifting I can reach more places but they're t like this isn't my native tongue. They're like they're telling me not necessarily here but when I go speak to them like at this council that I don't have to speak like this I can speak my native tongue because like they speak it too.

But then I'm like well how am I gonna understand you and like you just know what is the native tongue? Even with my native tongue I can contort that like I speak many languages.

What's the purpose of that?

I was given these gifts so like have you ever met the council so like there's I think that there's a council of twelve and there's different beings like representing whatever nation and I can converse with all of them why because not everyone can do that so there are not very few of us but in comparison there's very few of us that are fluid enough to speak to all of them like my frequency the way that I can shift it allows me to work with all of the beings yeah and I can channel all of the beings I can talk to all of them like I'm a embassy is is embassary a word sure emissary and so the council has a representative from like each of these nations nations isn't the right term but there's 12 of well I see 12 but then I see more fan like fanning out yeah and it's like a stadium like looking down but I see them right and so I'm a representative that can represent all of them yeah and that's why I can identify with so many beings if you've ever heard my talks I'm like you know if you read this list like you can identify with some of everything but I can truly identify with some of everything because I spent time with each of them not those individuals but those races I've spent time with each of them like learning and I can be a voice for all of them or some of them or none of them but there aren't many of us that can do this. But numbers are it's not like us you know when I say not many four right but four for us isn't the same as what they mean not many. So I mean it could be millions but in comparison that's just a very small number right for them.

Are you meant to be a channel for all of those beings yes but no like that's not like I don't have to do that. It goes back to free will. Yeah right so like during the Starseed group right I channel these different beings because I chose to yeah right for that purpose but I don't have to like they're not holding me captive right I don't have to like I don't work for them I'm part of the coun it's weird I'm part of the council like I'm a council member but I don't sit there I go forth like a missionary. Yeah but I don't know what message like I'm not spreading a specific message. It's not like okay today go down until the earthlings we come in peace like I don't do that it goes back to my frequency like I've been attuned like I can use my voice whether it's light language or just I'm like I'm a channel yeah for the council like I don't understand though like I'm part of the council yeah I have a seat there not not that 12 like it's not like my seat's empty and this is the grand council the grand council what does the attunement to the frequency allow you to do why are you given that gift so we each come out as frequency but don't look at it as like okay this is 430 hertz this is this is that right and this does this but the way that you were born your frequency you were attuned to do you know what you're meant to do tell me we flipped the script tell me what you think in your core beliefs that if you had to pick one word to describe you what it is that you are here for teach heal okay you're a healer now you can teach yeah but your essence inside you you were built to heal people in whatever way that looks like right that doesn't mean that you have to be on like top of someone at a table like that's not what when we say healer it's not the same meaning like right here in this earth body when we hear healer we think okay you gonna lay on the table it's not just that and it can come through teaching yeah but there's something that you are attuned to healing people and it's even with your presence like look at what you do you do these meditations right your presence do you think that oh wise ones do you think that when you're doing your starseed group on Friday nights tell me what you think that you're doing are you teaching are you healing? Healing are you sure I think so but are you teaching yeah they can be one and the same and it is one and the same yeah in that instance right because you're taking through the them through this meditation which is healing but at the same time in the beginning when you're talking you're explaining things right that's the teaching aspect so they're trying to show you how it's like intertwined yeah right you're sitting here in this session this is a healing session right we've called this a healing session but you're teaching people things yeah whether you know so like your gift like your inner essence like your DNA was to go forth and heal the people down there but you're not constrained like okay you got to do Reiki you got to go get the people on the table and do your shoku ray and put your hand placements no you're not you're not inside a box either right you were kind of giving free reign to heal how you want yeah right but your fragment when you were made your attunement you were attuned to healing okay even up there so I'm trying to remember I've seen you as this guy that you just stand there stoically like you're a guard. Right I don't know what so hold on so there you're this guardian and you're you're a guard you travel you're um intergalactic you travel too and this mission for you when you come down here oh shit oh wow we're all kind of fluid actually hold on it's such a big wow because there you're very stoic and you just stand there right you're just a guardian like a bodyguard like I don't know if you're gonna beat some shit like I don't know what you do yeah besides your presence there but I mean it's very different when so for this mission so this goes back to like parallel lives too because like I'm watching you one in the same stand there but yet I know that you're right here. Right but for this mission so it's like you're it's not a soul fragment but like your your frequency divides or something right because you're here but you're there. Yeah and so for this one they attuned you so that you come down here to heal in the way that you see fit so what was I attuned to yeah my attunement has always been whatever the fuck I want why do I have free well we do we both have free will up there okay yeah you chose to come down here to heal people so what did I come down here to do because I've always said like well I have these healing gifts but that doesn't feel right in teaching because like I wasn't this doesn't make any fucking sense they're dumb right the second like I don't I just told them that they need to help me understand because it doesn't make sense how they're telling me right like I have this frequency that I can do whatever I want but yet I don't feel attuned to healing but I can I'm really good at it but like it's not making sense I don't understand why can I do whatever I want why did they give me because I'm a council I am a council member and I can do the fuck whatever I want yeah that's why so council members are you a you're a guardian of the council members so in essence you're not higher that your position isn't higher than them and you're not more important than them but you are because it is your job up in this space at the grand council your job is to guard that like so you have a very important job there right yeah so I belong to this council and so wait a minute so we had to like volunteer to even do the council right to sit on this council or maybe we were regardless of whether it was elected or not like you still had to agree to be part of this council okay yeah and in exchange for doing that service we got more but you got this too as being a guardian because it's it's a very important job up there as a guardian you were given more options okay so you know how they say like we come to earth and it's free will and we all have the choice to come here right but you were given more options than other people like Yvonne or Dana or Tracy because of the position that you had do you find that you've had abundance in this life I think so and do you find that you can get what you want in this I'm not gonna say manifestation per se but do you find that you get what you want in this life I think so yeah yeah and that was a gift that they gave you right because of the deed that you're doing up there the guarding up there right so you were given more choices and you chose to come here to heal people in the way that you saw fit you weren't put inside that box. Okay um so let me jump back to me okay so like I am a council member I don't know if I'm the 13 like I just I keep counting 12 although I'm not sitting here one two like I it's a knowing right there's 12 yeah and I feel like I see 12 people I don't see an empty seat hold on it's coming in so one of us travels okay but that doesn't we all travel I know that this doesn't okay so I am a legitimate traveler. Yeah like you are there at all times but you're here this goes back to like these parallel lives right right I too have a parallel life but I'm not fixed in that council I travel so I'm not just here I am traveling to different places is an ambassador yeah I know I I thought we said embassari but this is like ambassador same same yeah so I'm not fixed there but it goes back to I don't really have a purpose here I mean really it goes back I can do whatever I want well that's no fucking help people like I need some guidance like it goes back I can do whatever I want that is their answer yeah I can do whatever I want if I want to heal people but it this doesn't make sense because like healing people that's not what I want to do and so do you know what they just said go do it yeah what does the travel ambassador do in each place why are you allowed to go because why I mean that was the position right this is a traveler yeah um because I can speak all of the languages okay good I can speak all of their languages so I can go from place to place dimension to dimension and I can speak to them and not everyone there can not everyone why was I it's just my it ties back to my frequency. Yeah right because we all have a frequency and yours is a little bit more fluid right like so they're I have these frequencies we're all born this pod right with frequency right right this evolution but hold on it's it's a translation issue hold on okay it's like on this earth how you might be born white you might be born black you might be born brown and then breaking that down right these colors white America white England black Africa black America brown Indonesia brown India brown Mexico do you see the differences in these right just using these three okay color we broke down to color then we broke down to location and then you can break that down even further but you these people that are white born from England that is not the same as a brown born from Indonesia right yeah their DNA is different their upbringing is different so it's like that in frequency um like you're born into something right yeah well that's that's so simplistic hold on because it's yeah okay so with these frequencies right you still have some limits for what you can do all right what are the limitations this is what doesn't make sense like they okay you're telling me about color and region and you're breaking that out but yet someone that's brown from Indonesia can be a doctor sure and someone that's white from England can be a doctor so I don't know what they're trying to like their translation because what we're talking to we're now beyond the council we are like there's layers up there right now we are talking to almost source but don't think source like your God.
