Welcome to Bird of the Day! My name is Sam Rodgers, and I’m a 13-year-old birder from Eugene, Oregon. This is an informative, entertaining podcast about anything and everything birds. If you have a hummingbird feeder, you know these birds fight each other—a lot! The Rufous Hummingbird is notorious for being the feistiest of them all. It's also very migratory, and it breeds the farthest both of any hummingbird. This bird has a lot of personality, so take a listen and learn more about it!
