I got my second deal UC a couple weeks after Grand. Things are moving fast! This office remodel project will be a lot of fun and MUCH less work than Grand overall.
In this episode I go into detail on the deal, how I got it, and what we're doing with it.
I learned a ton from my first deal that made this next one a lot easier to manage. One of my favorite quotes is "It's only hard until it becomes easy" and this applies to deal #2!
