Deal #2, Thunderbird, the office building was supposed to close today. Waiting on lender docs for 2 days now. Whenever I hear that I just imagine the lender playing video games all day just not doing anything at all and using lender docs as an excuse. Real estate deals are usually pretty fickle and this one is no different. I hope we can close this week because I'd like to get started ASAP.
