Short week, Tbird is for real almost finished. Carpet finished end of last week, cleaning ladies finished on Tuesday, we hired a broker to list the office for rent. There's legitimately less than 8 hours of work to get Tbird done, and that's really exciting.
Any podcast now I may have an update on getting Tbird leased up, that day will be worth celebrating for sure.
