That title is somewhat sarcastic, maybe 50%. The eviction has been completed, but the work has just begun. Getting this shop empty of stuff is my #1 priority for the time being. Every day that spot needs to produce $250+ per day, so every day I'm NOT making $250 and that drives me bananas.
