Welcome to the Soul Burn Fit podcast. This podcast is all about identity evolution by means of physical transformation. What that means is I'm going to show you how to change the way you see yourself for the better by means of changing the way you look, move and feel. So changing your physical body and also helping you change your mind, because that's important too. In this particular episode, I'm going to be covering a couple basic ideas.

If you're going to be listening to this podcast because this is not just fitness, this is part of your spiritual journey, your path. This is part of your spiritual journey, your path, and if we're going to look at that path deeply, we need to remove some of our conditions that have been created within us, from society and our environment and our parents and our friends and our teachers and our bosses. We have to look a little bit deeper into who you really are. And also, what's all this stuff about losing body fat, building muscle, working out in the gym, getting your steps in eating nutritious foods, drinking water, sleeping, all these things how it all ties together and makes you realize that you've been this person all along, but you just didn't have access to this person. Didn't have access to this person. So, if you want to get access to that person and if you're wondering what I'm getting at, I'm talking about your higher self, your higher self, your true self, who you really are, because I don't know if this is news to you, but whoever you think you are, I'm fairly confident that you are wrong.

If you think you know who you are, I'm fairly confident you're wrong, and that's a good thing, because subconsciously, there are things that you believe about yourself that are negative and hold you back in life Limiting beliefs, thought loops, falling into emotional patterns that you think you are. Well, the version of you that you are is not who you truly are as a person, unless you've been doing the work. But if you've been doing the work, then I congratulate you.
