Welcome to the Soul Burn.fit podcast. Before we get started, I just want to let you know that I am grateful for your existence. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to listen to my words and what I have to say. It means a lot. My intention is to help you become the best version of yourself possible. That is literally my whole goal, is just to help you improve. Human evolution right in front of our very own eyes. That is what I am looking for. Radical transformation, growth, human development, self-discovery, self-awareness. I want to deliver you to embodied states, productive states, creative states, generative states, radiant states. I want you I want you to just tap in to a fraction of the greatness that you have inside of you. And I don't say that facetiously, and I don't say that lightly. That it there's so much to this personal development and human evolution. Let's just call it what it is. Human evolution. Okay, you know, I embody the highest version of myself, and I help you do that, and you help another person do that, and that person helps another person, and every person helps another person, and all those people help other people, and together we can collectively raise the frequency in which the world, the universe resonates at. Let's contract our muscles and expand our wills, and let's just experience radical transformation. All right, that's it. Get off your ass and and go do something to improve yourself in any way. I don't care if you go walk around the block, go do 10 push-ups and 30 squats or something like that, do a bunch of jumping jacks for two minutes, go write something, go write a letter, or better yet, ask yourself some introspective questions. Ask myself, ask yourself like, who do I want to be? Or ask yourself if I keep doing what I'm doing now for the next 10 years, what will my life look like? Ask yourself that question. Ask yourself, what are the top 10 qualities that I value in other people and in myself? Ask yourself some of these questions, think deeply, get into it, and stay tuned for the next episode because I'm about to show you fire.
