SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to the Soulburn Dot Fit Podcast. Alright guys, just to sum things up, you've gone through the four elements fire, water, earth, wind, you've gone into the shadows. Now it is time to become luminous. The luminous aren't those who never broke, they're the ones who broke open. Okay? The heart after the shadow. You've met the darkness. You've seen what you're capable of, both the pain and the beauty. Light work begins here, in the integration of opposites. The radiant heart doesn't deny the dark, it includes it. From compassion for your pain comes compassion for the world's pain. Every time you forgive a part of yourself and accept a part of yourself, the universe brightens a little. What part of your past could you hold with love instead of resentment? This can continue off of the last episode and whatever aspects of your shadow that you discovered then. Or it could be something completely different. What part of yourself that you do you resent, or do you is there any part of yourself that you hate or you dislike or you wish you could disown? What part of your past could you hold with love instead of resentment? Just try to love. Hating. Hating. Every day. Looking in the mirror, being disgusted with myself. And now those same parts of me like No I don't love those things that have happened to me, but I love myself for it. What part of your past could you hold with love instead of resentment? Let me talk about the light of presence. Light is not something you project, it's something you radiate. There's a difference. Presence is the frequency of light made human. When you are fully here in this breath, in this moment, others feel safe to open. This is what makes the luminous powerful. They don't force, they emit. Your presence is your practice. The more present you are, the more luminous you become. Ask yourself this question: How often do you truly arrive in your conversations, in your breath, in your body? How often do you truly arrive in the moment? Being where you are and doing what you're doing. Now, if we return to fire a little bit just for some inspiration, let's look at compassion as fire. Fire transforms when it passes through the heart. It becomes warmth instead of destruction. Compassion is the highest form of power. It's strength with understanding. The radiant heart sees pain but doesn't absorb it. It transmutes it. You can love fiercely without losing yourself and without losing your boundaries. Compassion is not weakness, it's strength with clarity. Can you let yourself care deeply without needing to control or fix? For yourself for others. Can you let yourself care deeply without needing to control or fix? Let's talk about light in relationship. Light work lives in connection, how we hold space for others. You can only meet others to the depth you've met yourself. You can only meet others to the depth you've met yourself. The luminous soul doesn't preach, they embody, they practice, they be. Every act of listening, patience, or forgiveness radiates into the collective. You teach light by the way you love. Okay. Gratitude, generosity, service to others, kindness, compassion. Again, who in your life needs your light? Not your advice, but your light, your calm presence for you to just be. Who's been trying to talk to you but you haven't been listening? Maybe it's yourself. That's a valid answer. Now let's dive into the practice of becoming luminous. Let's return to the breath, the bridge between the body and spirit. Practice compassion daily. One person, one moment, one honest act. Let gratitude be your grounding. Remember, illumination is not a goal. It's a state of being that grows as you live in truth. Repeat after me, I am light, grounded in love. I see, I feel, I forgive, I shine. I am light. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you are beneath the noise. And this is also just a reminder that love is the highest form of intelligence and presence is what turns awareness into illumination. Before we close, here are a couple light prompts for you. Where can you practice gentleness today? With yourself or with someone else? Where can you practice gentleness today? What old pain is asking to be met with understanding instead of resistance? How could you become a calm presence in someone's storm this week? Again, maybe that's your own storm. Totally valid answer. What would it mean for your light to be quiet yet undeniable? Quiet as in it doesn't need to yell. It can just exist there. The sun is completely silent to us. We don't hear it. And yet it illuminates our entire world. So just remember that. To become luminous is not to rise above the world, it's to love it more deeply. The radiant heart burns softly, not to destroy but to illuminate. And as you walk forward from this moment, let every step, every breath, every act carry the warmth of your awareness. Because this is what the world needs. Not more perfection, but more light that feels human.
