🔥 **Red Hot:** **Jacob Fatu**, **Roman Reigns**, **Penta**, **Oba Femi**, and **Trick Williams** are building serious momentum and look like major stars moving forward.
🧊 **Ice Cold:** WWE’s **tag team division**, **Jordynne Grace**, **LA Knight**, and **Gunther** may be losing steam after WrestleMania—and I explain why.
Is **Jacob Fatu** becoming WWE’s next breakout megastar? Is **Roman Reigns** still the center of WWE? Has **Gunther** cooled off? Is the **WWE tag team division** officially dead?

For hot, for not, this is the series where I look at the four hottest wrestlers from the last PLE, WrestleMania 42, and the four not hottest wrestlers, Colt, if you will, also from the last PLE, still WrestleMania 42. And I actually stopped doing the series because I thought nobody liked it. And then I got a couple people who were like, yeah, I did like that actually. So this one's for you. And if you want to see this series going forward, let me know and I'll keep doing it. And if you want to win this championship belt on my shoulder, well, then all you gotta do is comment below and subscribe to the channel, and you can win at 30,000 subscribers. I'm giving it away on my quest to quit my day job. People, comment, subscribe so you can win. It's not a toy, it's a replica. All right. Our first hot wrestler is Ciro Mieto himself, Penta. He's like some fajitas. You can hear them in the restaurant as the waiter, waitress comes to your table. You hear how hot and sizzling they are, and you look, and you just can't help to be like, ooh, and that's what Penta is. Penta right now is doing a great job after WrestleMania. The Intercontinental scene is very lively right now. We got Javon Evans kind of helping him out, but you know, kind of probably eyeballing the Intercontinental Championship as well. Rusev going at Penta, and and Penta did beat him on Raw, but it furthered the storyline. Ethan Page, a call-up from NXT, has entered the pitcher. I mean, Penta just defended it in a great ladder match at Mania. Yeah, I think I think the Penta experiment with the Intercontinental Championship, it's working. All right. Who's not hot? Oh, this one pains me, but I'm gonna have to put Gunther on this list. Now, Gunther, he's probably more lukewarm than anything. And there's a lot of lukewarm talent right now in WWE. Let's focus on Gunther. He'll be the poster boy for lukewarm on my cold list. And again, I love Gunther, but he's more like a cup of coffee, like black coffee, that's just been left out at room temperature. It's still really strong, but lukewarm coffee just doesn't do it for you. And what is going on with Gunther right now is just not doing it for me. Gunther retired John Cena, AJ Styles, and some other guy, and then he goes into WrestleMania with just a two-week build because, well, they I don't know, because just because. And he faces Seth freaking Rollins in what people are saying is the best match of WrestleMania 42, though I would say Robin CM Punk is, but what whatever, it's a good match nonetheless. He wins, and then what happens? The next week on Raw, he gets a backstage promo about how he's gonna go after the world championship, but then Jacob Fatou goes after the world championship. And then the next week in Raw, he isn't even featured on Raw. Like, what are we doing with this guy? Yeah, he's still strong, I guess, when he returns, but yeah, he's just a lukewarm cup of coffee. Hot Trick Williams. Ooh, boy howdy. Trick Williams right now is my current favorite wrestler in WWE. He is just, he's a breath of fresh air, and that's how hot he is, actually. He's like fresh donuts, like they're just like they're fresh. Everybody wants a piece of one of those donuts, and we just want-I just want Trick Williams on my screen. He just became US champion, so he's moving on up the card. And now coming out of WrestleMania, his storyline is still captivating me, and it's based around a stupid gingerbread man and Sammy Zayn. And I'm loving Sammy Zayn again because of Trick Williams. That storyline is making both of them, both of them interesting and fantastic. Sammy could be on the hot list right now, too, even though he lost at Mania, because a loss doesn't necessarily put you on the cold list, and it's that storyline with Trick, his personality and everything that is making him interesting. Heck, there was a backlash against celebrities in WrestleMania, and somehow, somehow, Trick got little Yachty, kind of like the celebrity pass, and he's still with them, and we're all like, Yeah, you know what? This little Yachty Trick Williams pairing is good. That's because Trick just makes everything work. He's fresh, he's hot, like some new donuts out of the oven. As cold as can be, the tag team division. I don't like to just do entire divisions, but like I'm talking across the board, the the tag team division. It's like it's like toe tag in the morgue dead. Very dead. Look at the SmackDown Tag Team Division right now. Who's it held by? Damien Priest, R Truth. They won the titles on what, like their second match? The women's tag team division, which was hot last year. Well, who won the title there? Uh, Bree, Bella, and Paige, both of them just returning. And so, like, no chemistry whatsoever, just hey, we're here. They win the matchup. And then on and then on Raw, I guess it is Logan Paul and Austin Theory who are part of the vision, but let's be honest, it's just two guys that kind of came together and they won the tag team. These are not really cohesive tag teams that have the championships, and there's really no storyline attached to any of them right now. I guess you just did have the street profits come back in return. So there's a little bit of a story on Raw with the tag team division, but for the most part, like the tag team division are such an afterthought that it's painful. It's painful for someone like me who grew up in the attitude era when we had like the new age outlaws, engine Christian, Hardy Boys, APA, the Dudleys, or or back in the 80s, Demolition, A Walking Destruction, Legion of Doom, Road Warrior, same team, Fabulous Rougeau Brothers, the Rockers, Orient Express, the Tag Team Division. He's dead. Now let's do the part timers. Part timers are on a special list of their own because usually when a part-timer is here, they're gonna be hot. And uh when they're not here, well, they're not hot. Logan Paul, I consider a full-timer now, so he's not on the list. John Cena has retired, he's not on the list. Brock Lesnar, he's retired, he's not on the list anymore. But if he was, I would have put him over as red hot. But but he doesn't qualify. So who's left? AJ Lee still is considered a part-timer. I'm gonna put her as cold because I feel like her appearances were too sparse that every time she came back, it was more of a chore because I was just like, we gotta continue the Becky Lynch storyline. I mean, Becky Lynch, she's the best in the world, and that's not just me saying it, that's Sports Illustrated. Love Becky Lynch, but I was so ready for that feud to be done. Becky Lynch did win, and it does seem like AJ is gonna leave for a little bit. I hope when she comes back that it's something, it's a different direction because I was not feeling this run of hers, which is very unfortunate because I was very much for like 10 years really hoping she would return. And like the first month was great, but then when it was just like months in between appearances, not so great. And the other part-timer, Roman Reigns. Now, honestly, maybe Roman shouldn't be on this list right now because he said he's gonna be here all summer long. But I'll just keep Roman on the part-time schedule for now, and we will reevaluate next time I do this. But Roman Reigns, red hot, red hot. He's a son, he is the sun right now. I usually don't do analogies for the part-timers, but I will say that he is the sun, and we are all orbiting around him like freaking hot, hot as can be. Won the championship, making the world title relevant, raising Jacob Fatu up in a program. Like, we just need more of those bloodline segments sprinkled throughout the show, and then we're back. We're back, baby. We're back. But yes, Roman Reigns, the tribal chief, had the best match of WrestleMania with CM Punk. With CM Punk, you know, takes two to tango, and they had one of the best programs of WWE as well, except for that last week where they just respected each other or envied each other. But yeah, no, Roman, love it, love it. This is the tribal chief that I know and love. He is still a uh baby phase right now, but he's definitely exuding heel tendencies, and I hope he goes full heel. Join the dark side, Roman Reigns. You are so much better on that dark side. All right, let's go back to our list. We got two more on each side. We got cold, and this one also pains me, but I gotta try to leave out my personal feelings and just go by how I see it. Call it down the middle. L8 knight, yeah. Unfortunately, is on this list. He won his match at WrestleMania, but kind of like Guther, he he had nothing going on afterwards. It's like he's kind of flirting with Gunther and Jey Uso right now, but I I'm not seeing anything. This guy's one of the most overacts for the last two or three years, and we consistently and constantly have nothing for him, unless it's yelling at him on Unreal Season 2. He's kind of like, I'll put him like fast food fries, McDonald's fries that have sat in the bag for too long.
SPEAKER_01My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
SPEAKER_00You went to you went to McDonald's, you made your order, you're going home, but you forgot something at the grocery store, and then you spent too long in the grocery stores. By the time you sit down, you got your Netflix on, and you're eating the fries that are all floppy and soggy. Yeah, that's uh that's LA night. Just there's nothing for him. He wins, there's he still fries, right? He's still like, I'm gonna eat those fries, I'm still gonna cheer on LA Knight, but yeah, floppy fry, a cold floppy fry. And I I that that's a shame. That's a shame because if you eat McDonald's fries, they're really, they're really, really good. And I think LA Knight is really, really good, but we get the floppy version because because triple H. Because triple H. Hot is Jacob Flat 2. We've already kind of spoken on him, but Jacob is like, I would say he's like a forest fighter, man. He is, he is just an uncontrollable forest fighter. Good luck trying to put him out. He has now stepped up to the tribal chief. He's like, I don't even want your your tribal chiefdom, I just want your money. I just, I'm just, I just am jealous of you. That's how you that's how you say you're jealous of somebody. I want your stuff. I really do appreciate the honesty of Jacob Fat 2. I just want your stuff. That's that's a unique way to start a feud. And I love it. I love it. Honestly, Jacob Fatou, then also bringing back the tongue in death grip. Oh my gosh, Haku Ming, use that way back in the day. I popped hard when I saw that. And I love that you can say things like I popped hard while being a wrestling fan, but you can't say that anywhere else in in this world. Jacob Fatou, he's now face to face with Roman Reigns. He looked like he belonged. Now, I don't think Jacob Fatu is going to beat Roman Reigns, but just being in the ring with Roman is actually gonna elevate Jacob Fatto. This is a situation like after WrestleMania 14, where Mick Foley fought Stone Cold Steve Austin. Nobody thought he was going to beat Stone Cold, but it did put uh Mick Foley, mankind, dude love's name in that main event scene where in about a year or two that mankind was able to become the top champion. So that's what I see this right now, and this forest fire, they're not putting it out anytime soon. Even a loss to even a loss to Roman won't really diminish what this forest fire is doing. Bold right now, and this one, this one sucks. It's Jordan Grace. Jordan Grace. I don't understand. Even in NXT, I feel they didn't really give Jordan Grace the the respect that she deserved. And then on the main roster, she has done pretty much nothing. I I know, I know that there has to be winners and there has to be jobbers slash losers. But Jordan Grace, she was the one who who WWE brought into the Royal Rumble, like when she was part of TNA. She was like the first crossover promotion person, so I thought that she was almost guaranteed a spot. And no, like consistently she just loses. I would say she's like, she's like forgotten about leftovers.
SPEAKER_01We'll never be chosen. I know.
SPEAKER_00And if you don't, if you don't clean up the fridge soon, there's gonna be mold on those leftovers. So, like, can we can we do something about this? Because Jordan Gray's cold and then hot, red hot, molten hot, Oba Femi. Oh my gosh, Oba Femi is like, he's like uh, let's stick with McDonald's. He's like a McDonald's apple pie. You're like, ooh, this is good. Look at this apple pie. And then if you eat it too quick, careful, McDonald's apple pies are always a little hot.
unknownNo!
SPEAKER_00That you are gonna get third-degree burns from that apple pie sauce, and you're gonna love every moment of it. You're gonna be like, uh uh, it'd still just go for it because that apple pie is so good, and obafemi is so good. His build to WrestleMania, that was my favorite feud, actually. His build to WrestleMania against Brock Lesnar, I couldn't believe it. I was like, oh my gosh. He he answered the open challenge, he he punked out Brock Lesnar, and then every week he pretty much punked Brock Lesnar out. Never showed fear, and then he won. He totally won. And not just that, Brock Lesnar might have gone into business for himself. I think he did, and he said, Okay, I retire. I retire. So now Oba Femi not only just dominated Brock Lesnar, then he retired him. Holy cow! The only thing that would make it better is if he had an actual storyline after WrestleMania. No, he but but at least they didn't take him off TV like Goonser. I will say that. And he now has an open challenge. He's such a big deal that Oba Femi can do an open challenge with no title on the line. So I I do feel that there have been too many open challenges, but there are plus sides to it nonetheless. And yeah, you know, Oba Femi, you can just see it, you can just feel it. He's a big deal. Very rare does the internet, the live crowd, and management all agree that this guy is special, he's the next big thing, and somehow, someway, we all believe it to the point where not it's not will he become champion. The question is now, will he be champion at SummerSlam or next WrestleMania? The dude has it, the dude is it. Man, I love it. I love it. I love Oba Femi, I love McDonald's apple pies. Red freaking hot. And that said, if Oba Femi does wrestle at SummerSlam, who will his opponent be? Jacob Fatu or Roman Reigns? On yesterday's video, I gave a case. Should Jacob win, should Roman win? Go check out that video right now so you can help me in the algorithm from one video to the next. It helps out a lot, and you can see why either should be facing the ruler, Oba Femi. All right, boys, all right, girls, you're hot. See ya bye.
