Gen-Xpertise
Gen-Xpertise podcast has been created with the goal of giving Generation X a voice, space and platform to share real stories, expertise, and nostalgia while navigating midlife.
Our hope is that we've launched a trusted platform that speaks to Gen-Xers’ needs – career, family, finances, health, legacy, etc. while also having some fun in the process.

In this second installment of our Black History Month series, we shine a spotlight on bold pioneers who reshaped aviation, technology, and emergency medicine. We celebrate Bessie Coleman, the fearless pilot who defied racism and sexism to become the first Black woman to earn a pilot's license. We explore the groundbreaking work of Mark Dean, the computer scientist who helped develop the IBM PC. We also unpack the legacy of the Freedom House Ambulance Service, the pioneering emergency response service team that revolutionized paramedic training and laid the foundation for the modern EMS system in America. Join us as we highlight these as well as other resilient Black innovators. Happy Black History Month!
