Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back to Wild Already, where we are on the path to discovering our wildest self, and I'm here to help you discover your highest potential. I hope you enjoy today's episode. Tenacity and how to keep going no matter what. Because I believe tenacity is a skill that you can all learn. I believe everything can be a skill that we can learn if we are not if we believe we are not really creative. I can guarantee you that if you try more things that need creativity, it's gonna develop faster. Because our brain, as science has proven, is plastic. Which means it can change. It can change how it is formed. Because a lot of the time in the past we thought a child was had the ability to learn things and then it was like over, game over, you wouldn't learn anything. Which was false. We can change our brain anytime, any day, any second we want to. Because the more we think about something, the more it changes our brain, and the more it's it's not gonna stay that way because you're not gonna change your brain once, and it will never change back because it works in our favor, because we can change limiting things in our brain. It also works in our detriment because if we've changed something and we fall back into the old patterns, it's gonna change back again. Which, if you see it like that, maybe it's good because it can show you again how you're not creating the things in life that you want. So, our brain can change anytime, any day. And tenacity is a thing that we all need in our lives. Because if you are tenacious, you are a go-getter. I don't mean like hustle culture, I mean like you keep going no matter what, because you know what you want and you have decided to get it. So if you want to have a great healthy body, you need to be tenacious because the great healthy body is most likely not gonna build itself. Um, you can have beliefs that are support of that, and you can work towards creating those beliefs, and that's gonna help a lot with creating a healthy, great body. But if you're not tenacious, if you're like I'm still gonna eat McDonald's every single day for every single meal, um, it's gonna be way harder than if you're like I'm tenacious and I I don't know, cook my own meals and eat those meals and bring those meals to work because I want to be the healthiest version of myself. Amazing, that's a tenacious thing. And if you want to be great at your job, you have to be tenacious, you have to keep going, you have to show up consistently. Because if you show up one day and it and never again, just one day, and never again, most likely any company would fire you. Okay, and I'm not saying that there are not people who've done that, who've done like one thing and have gotten super successful and rich, but that was more like a soul plan. And the difference between a soul plan and something that you do out of your own um tenaciousness is a soul plan is gonna your soul decided that, and it this your soul is though and your soul, your higher self is taking up all of the planning, all of the getting, all of the aligning because it wants you to get that, but a lot of time it wants you to get that to get a lesson. And as we've learned so far, getting a lesson from our higher self sometimes is not the best way to get it, because we would rather get the lesson already before we have to go through it in our physical life, because sometimes the higher self lesson can be pretty painful in all areas. So I would rather get the lesson now and then create the things from a soul balance so I can keep them and be happy with them. That's how we desire to create, that's how I desire to create, and I hope you desire to create it too, because it might be faster to get it from a soul place, so your higher self is like involved and wants you to get it, but it's not gonna be sustainable because it wants you to get it, it wants you to get the million dollars, so you know the million dollars never gonna heal you and are never gonna help you live a happy life, and you're still gonna be as miserable, even more maybe with the million dollars than without it. So you got the million dollars, but you're not happy and you're miserable. I don't want that. What we want to have is find out why we're miserable in the first place, save all the time and energy of getting the million dollars. First of all, heal what the million dollars would have shown us, and then create from a place of if I get that money, I'm gonna be super happy with it. And then you can create it, and then you're gonna sustain it, and then you could be happy with it. It's not a guaranteed all-the-time happiness because a lot of times I feel people believe they get that, and it's gonna be a forever happiness, but no one is forever happy. We all have triggers, we all have things to overcome, we all have things to learn, but it's just on different levels. So take with that information what you want. Back to being tenacious. So you want to keep going no matter what. Because even with this work, with this inner work that I'm trying to teach you as best as I can right now, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I'm gonna clean it up. Um with this, you have to be tenacious and you have to keep going with all the tools. Because if you do one tool, let's say um in my last episode it was breathing in for five times with your triggered, if you do that once perfectly, amazing. And if you never do it again, honestly, it had nearly zero effect because you need to do it again and again and again. That's tenacious, that's keep going, that's amazing, that's consistency. And what we want to achieve is consistency in things that are important to us. And if this work is important to you, this inner work, and if you're listening to this, I believe it is, and I believe you have the capacity and the potential to make great use of the things that I'm trying to teach you guys, then this consistency is so important. And how you can I didn't believe I was a tenacious person. I was always like, no, I always take the easy way out, I only do as much as is necessary, and I never exert myself to the maximum capacity because and I'm gonna expose myself, because I thought it would be less embarrassing to fail without doing 100%. That was my mindset. I was like, if I fail, and honestly, if we think like if I fail, then I'm gonna do it this way, so it's less embarrassing. We have kind of failing in our program, so failing was an obvious thing because failing for me was a horrible thing back at the day. Now I know failing is just finding a way to that it didn't work, and if I keep going, it's not failure, it was a lesson. The only failure, the only true failure is stopping. The only true failure in my mind, and that's how I overcame this limiting belief of if I don't do it 100%, it's not gonna be embarrassed if I fail, because if I do it 100% and I fail, that would be like, oh, see, you weren't good enough. That was my mindset. If I would give it 100% and I fail, that was a sign for me that I wasn't good enough. Very vulnerable right now, and I know you can relate to it at some level because that's just something that I believe a lot of people have and believe in some shape of their own, um, but no one talks about it because it is embarrassing. And the only thing that can be embarrassing is if you still kind of believe that way about yourself, and if you have changed it completely, then you no longer need to be embarrassed about it. So be kind to yourself, even if you have thoughts like that. And how I overcame it was redefining failure for me. If I fail at something, it taught me something I wouldn't be able to learn if I won. So failing is not failing the end of the world, failing is a lesson I was able to get this way the fastest, the quickest, to get a new learning, to improve. And the only true failing is not getting back up. The only backup plan is getting back up again. And I've said this before, and I will probably say it again because I absolutely love that line. And it's not mine, it is from a song, and the song is called backup plan. Getting back up is the only backup plan you need. And that is for me, if I don't get back up, that's the true failing. If I'm from a place of going, this is no longer a line for me, I'm not gonna like getting it anymore, I'm gonna focus my energy somewhere else. That's something different. But don't don't um be delusional and be like, oh, I really want that, but I didn't get it, so I'm gonna um say that I didn't want it anyway. That's not how it works, okay? Just for throwing that out there. So, redefining failure, so you can be more tenacious and be like, even if a quote unquote failed, I learned something new and get back up quicker. That's the that's the thing about tenac tenash tenacity. Yes, there we go. Tenacity about consistency, about keep going. You can listen to all the motivational podcasts you want. You have Gary V screaming in your ear all day long, you can have me screaming in your ear all day long if you want, I could do that. Um but the really big thing is how do you define failure and how do you define getting back again from failure? Because a lot of times people think it is embarrassing to try something again that they failed at before, but it isn't, it isn't not at all. What is embarrassing, I've trained my brain to believe that, so let me give it to you, is not trying again. Not trying again is the true failure, okay? And if you try again, it is worse, then you've learned something new again, okay? Because you were only able to tr to fail if you have implement if you haven't implemented first of all, if you failed and you didn't implement anything new and you tried again with this same tactic, that might be one way to fail. Or if you've tried it again and did something new and it failed again, you have at least found another way that it won't work the way you want it to, and that way you can try again, be tenacious, and I want you to see all the ways that you are already tenacious, keep going, a go-getter in your life. You wake up every morning, amazing, that's tenacious. You um drink, let's say, a glass of water a day, amazing, you are a go-getter, you keep going, and I want you to start at that level because at that level everyone can find something. You listen to this podcast today, amazing, you were there for yourself, and you got better. You got better, and I want you to every day find something that you were tenacious, that you were a go-getter, that you kept going that day. You got screamed at at from someone in your life, but you still showed up amazing, great, I'm so proud of you. And you should be proud of yourself too. Okay? So you got this. I hope you enjoyed today's episode. And if there's anything more I can do for you, reach out to me. Everything you need is in the description box, and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
