Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back to Wild Already, where we are on the path to discovering our wildest self, and I'm here to help you discover your highest potential. I hope you enjoy today's episode. I'm gonna talk to you guys about something that is still a work in progress for me, and that is the time it takes for me between I should do something, the thought in my head, and actually doing it, are way too far apart. The optimum time between those two this thought and this action would be intuitively checking if it's the right thing for me to do and then doing it immediately. And I know it's so scary to do things immediately because just because you have a thought of something you should do, first of all, how do you even know if it's the right thing? Because sometimes we have thought, ooh, I should get McDonald's again, or ooh, I should eat the whole bar of chocolate. Because it's different if it's something that we want and it's like a thought that we're like having for no particular reason, or sometimes it is a thought that's scary and that's something that makes us uncomfortable, but will in the end get us further to achieving our goals. And those are the thoughts I'm talking about. Okay, I'm not talking about every time you think you should have a chocolate, you should have a chocolate. I mean, if you want to have your chocolate, I don't care. But you should act on those thoughts that are scary to you, but that in actuality aren't even that scary, that just might bring you further. Ideally, you would have your intuition and test if it's something that you should do or shouldn't do. And I always like to test it with it is something that is profitable or it is something that is aligned with my higher self. Those are like words I really like to use to test if it's a good thing for me to do. But the thought that you have that is kind of scary, that maybe costs you money and you're not sure if you should spend that money that way, or that's like ah, I'm kind of scared. Let's say, let's say you have a thought to join a workout group, some kind of running club, some kind of CrossFit, I don't know, some kind of workout group. But you're like, mmm, I'm not really that fit, like they are always fitter than me. I don't know if I can join it, I don't know if it's the right place for me, I don't know if I should invest that money because it costs usually a a club like a fitness club like say a gym costs money, and you're like, mmm, I don't know, I'm kind of scared of it. Those are the thoughts I mean, okay? Because I want you to be able to use it even if you haven't developed your intuition yet. So the thoughts that are kind of scary but that you know would bring you further in life. Like, let's say you want to start exercising and you need like this club, and you're like, mmm, I'm not I'm not sure. That is the moment that you should go, you know what? I'm gonna do it. Because whether I do it now or in three months when I finally have the balls to do it, it's gonna accelerate your life way more if you do it now. I know it's way scarier because a lot of times we just need that time to think about it, to mull over it, to be like, and this is the positive, this is the negative, and get comfortable with the idea because the longer we think about something, the more normal it gets for us, and the sooner we can start to be like, okay, I can do it. But if you can shorten the time between something that you should do and how you do it, it's gonna be a game changer. And one of the, in my opinion, best ways to shorten that time is to use your intuition. And I already have a podcast up about getting normal yes and no questions, and I want you to go back to that and learn and improve your intuition with it, then you can use it right now. So you have the thing that you want to do that you're kind of scared of. And if you test with intuition that it is profitable for you, let's say in a way of improving your health or improving your wealth, whatever you want to improve, you can specifically say it is profitable for me in my health to do this. Yes or no, whatever. And if you get a yes, it automatically is like a confirmation for you that it is something that is profitable for you, and it always helps to know someone sometimes that you get this little push from intuition that it's like yes, it is good, because you don't really know without intuition if it's something that will really benefit you in the long run, other than trying it out. And trial and error is something really proven, but something that takes time and effort, and a lot of times it's just so frustrating to do something, not see the results that you want, and then you're like, should I do something else? And then you hop from one thing to the next without ever getting the results that you want, because you usually only get the results that you want if you stick to something long enough. But if you don't know if it's this is the something you should stick to long enough, and you don't because it's not getting you the results fast enough, then it's just a frustrating cycle of trying something, not getting the results at the time you want them. Trying something else, not getting the results, because maybe every time you would have gotten the results at some point, but if you don't stick it out long enough, you never get the results. Because everything can be a profitable business, a profitable thing, a great workout if you stick to it long enough. Like in air quotes, everything, because something maybe isn't just isn't just right for you. That that can be the truth as well. So you want to listen to the Intuition Podcast again. You want to look at the thing right now that is what is I should do something, but you haven't done. I can tell you mine. I for the longest time, like since the beginning of the year, and it is um May right now when I'm recording this. I wanted to buy a new jumping saddle for my horse. And I didn't do it because I was like, it's too expensive, I don't have the money right now, do I really need it? Like, we are not really great jumpers, but I wanted one, and I was like, it's gonna look so pretty, and she might feel better in it, and I might look cooler in it, and those things. But I was like, no, we're not gonna buy it because why would we waste that money? But something that I want that I think will improve my life, why would it be a waste? Even if you buy yourself the cup of coffee in the morning from the fancy place that you want to go to, but you never go to, if that cup of coffee makes you feel like a boss, makes you feel like you've made it, makes you feel so good about yourself, why would you not invest in it? I hate the thought of don't buy your coffee in the morning and you can be a millionaire by 30. It's so it's such a weird concept that something you truly brings joy to you, you wouldn't spend your money on. I'm not saying spend your money on just anything you want and buy it and never have your money because you spend it all, but the things that you really want and that will improve your life and that intuition says will improve your life. I'm 100% for investing in that in yourself. And the great thing is if you start having thoughts that are scary but will expand your life and you start acting on them sooner, that's how you are quantum leaping your life. That's how you're gonna change timelines so quickly. Because maybe I have a timeline of jumping really well, and it takes me, I don't know, just making up numbers, like five years. But with this subtle, with this investment in my hobby, maybe I cut it down to three. You do that? You can test it with intuition, but that is something that you can start doing right now to improve your timelines to fast forward, and that way you can also start to embody the highest version of yourself because the highest version of yourself wouldn't snooze on themselves, they would go out there and they would do the things that they know will get them to their goals the quickest because that's a high priority for them, because they are a high priority to themselves. Okay, I'm saying that investing in yourself in the right things is an act of self-love. I'm not saying go out there and buy everything that you ever ever wanted and go into bankruptcy. No, no, no. I'm saying especially invest your time and your decision energy into the things that might be scary for you right now, but that you know your higher self would do. Like maybe you know your higher self would get a massage every once a week, but right now you don't really have the money, so you get it once a month, but not never. Okay, that's the deal. And maybe you don't have the money to go into um a cosmetic studio and get a facial every week, but maybe you can get it once a month. Maybe you can get like there are places that have like massages for like 30 minutes, maybe you can get two massages for 30 minutes, and it's nearly the same price as what so you can split it up and live more like your higher self, and that's how you're gonna quantum leap your life. And I'm not saying you need to get massages, you need to go to a cosmetic studio, but you need to take action like your higher self. And one of the ways that your higher self would take action is if they have a thought that might be scary, but it is expanding for your life, they would do it, they would act on it. And I'm not only saying this with money, I'm saying this with friends' decisions, reaching out to people. Your higher self wouldn't be scared to text a friend you haven't met in a long time and be like, Hey, want to meet up for coffee? Because you thought about them, you want to do it, and why would you deny yourself the chance to first of all meet your friend? Second of all, expand your life in this amazing way, and once you start doing this and try to do it on the smaller scales, like you don't have to invest like thousands of dollars the first time you try it, reach out to a friend you haven't met in a long time, do something at work that you've never done before that's kind of scary. Go to a different gym that you've never been before. Who knows what might be your thing, but once you start doing this uh habit of having an expanding thought and acting on it immediately, you started this habit for yourself, and it's gonna grow and continue, and that way you're gonna improve your life. And I'm so glad that we got to talk about that. I hope you enjoyed today's episode, and if there's anything more I can do for you, reach out to me. Everything you need is in the description box, and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
