Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back to Wild Already, where we are on the path to discovering our wildest self, and I'm here to help you discover your highest potential. I hope you enjoy today's episode. Want and fear are two major components when it comes to changing your life. Because what we want to have is that we want to have the want for it low and the fear for it also low. Because if you have a want for something and we really really want it, then it's kind of like you trying your best to get water out of a gardening hose and squeezing the hose super super tight so the water can't even come out. Okay? So the want for it, wanting something is like being obsessed with it, and the more you want something, the more the thing doesn't want you. If you want a dog to come to you, it is a bad thing if you start chasing the dog because the dog is gonna run away from you. But if you start running away from a dog, it's most likely going to chase you. So what we want to have is the want low, so that the thing that we desire to have is chasing us. Because what we really want is for the things that we desire to come to us and not the other way around. Because if we really like someone, we want them to pursue us. If we want the money, we want the money to like coming to us and like staying with us, and not us desperately holding on to the money and the money like slipping away in little ways all the time. That would be what we don't want. I mean, if you want that, go for it. I personally don't. And why we want to fear for something low is because if we have high fear of something, it's most likely that we are attracting that. If I have a fear of, let's say I'm really scared of people thinking I'm embarrassing and people thinking I'm cringe and all those things, then if I'm scared of that, it's more likely that I'm going to attract those things happening to me and me perceiving them as happening to me. Okay? But if the fear of something is low, then we are not attracting it. Because fear gets written in our creative field. If we have fear still in us for something, for anything, then it is written in our creative field and it's not out. How we get the fear out is like living through the cycle, and I'm gonna talk to about this today. So, first of all, the want for things. If we want the want for things lower, what we can do for that exercise is making a teacher. I know you've heard it before, but I'm gonna say it again. And to truly master something, it's not enough to hear something once and be like, yeah, I heard that, I'm done with it. Yes, but have you implemented, have you mastered it, have you done it so many times that you could do it in your sleep? If not, the answer is it's a good thing you hear it again, and we're gonna learn it again today. So, make a t-chart for something that you want. Let's say you want more money, and on one side of the t-chart, you're gonna write all the things that are great about having more money. Like it's so great because you can buy all the things you want, you feel secure, you love it, you feel important, blah blah blah blah. Great. Now the difficult part. The thing that you want, I want you to find equal parts that you've just found positive aspects about it, equal parts negative aspects about it. Let's say people would come to you with their money problems, they would come to you and they would see you as their personal ATM, things like that. The bad things about having more money, you would have to pay more taxes. Okay, there are a lot of logical reasons, but I also want you to go into yourself and find things that are like maybe it doesn't make sense for everyone else, but for me it makes a lot of sense. For example, having a lot of money can also be dangerous because it puts a target on your back, because people who want to rob someone are most likely going to rob people who have a lot of money, okay? So that might be a like unreasonable, more unreasonable reason to not want money, but for me it makes a lot of sense because if I were a robber, I would rob someone with a lot of money and not someone with little money, because for a lot with people from a lot of money, I could get more stuff. So that's kind of logical in my heart. I hope you understand what I mean by that. So that's how we try to get our want down, and if it comes up the really, really desperate want, and you do the t-shirt and it comes down a little and it comes back up again, then what do we do? Did the t-shirt not work? No, we do it again and again and again because think about it, how many years have you already wanted desired, wanted money, more money for yourself? Probably a lot of years because money is very present in the current society and very important. So doing something once will not change, change years of your programming. So, what we want to do is do it again and again every time it comes up. Every time it comes up, we do the tool, we do the tool, we do the tool, and every time it's gonna chip away at the problem, and one of those days it's not gonna come up again, and then you can say, Okay, we can move on to the next thing. But as soon as something comes up that's limiting, I want you to work on it because that's how we truly implement all these tools into our life. Because I'm always talking about you have to implement that and use it daily, but how do you use it daily? Every time something comes up, you take a break from your regular life and try to solve it to the best of your abilities. And if you don't have time in the moment, I want you to be like, okay, but I have a break in 20 minutes, I can do it then. Perfect, amazing. You just implemented the tools we've learned. Great. Now for the fear part. For the fear part, um, you could also do a t-chart, same principle as before. One side all the great things about it, one side all the bad things about it. This time the bad things are gonna be easier for the t-chart because um I can think of easily more things right now um that are bad about let's say losing a loved one than there are good things. But remember, we live in a world where everything is equal parts both. So we have to find the ways that are equal good things about the tragedy of losing someone. Our human self would be devastating, but higher self and source they see everything as equal parts, good and bad. So there are possibilities of equal parts good and bad, and I want you to find them and write them down. It's not that just because you wrote them down you're gonna believe them, but let alone seeing that there are equal parts, positive and negative, that you were able to find is gonna help you so much with the fear of the things that you want to get rid of. And only by getting rid of the fear are we not creating it, okay? Because if we are fearful of things, we are thinking about them constantly, they're in a creative field, and we are attracting them. Like an effective way, there are more effective ways, but an effective way would be to be scared of getting more money because then we are thinking about it, we are scared of it, we don't want it. It's kind of like a good mix of the things, how we want to attract things. Um there are better ways, but it's a good start, and it's a fun exercise to be like something that we usually all want more of. Be like, why why should I be afraid of it? I I pretty much like the thought of that. Um, what you could also do with the is I like to do an exercise where I say I call it the worst case scenario exercise, and pretty simply um you think of the worst case scenario, and then you think of the reason why that makes no sense that it would come true, and how even if it were to come true, it would be great because this, this, this, this, this would come great things out of that. I really like that exercise because it also changes the way you think about the worst case scenario. Like worst case scenario, you go to work and you get fired. Why would that be a great thing? Let's say you could finally pursue your passion, you could do the things that you really want to do with your life, you could go home to your kids and finally spend the whole day with them like you've promised them weeks ago. And why is it not not even gonna happen because it makes no s logical sense because you are one of the highest performers in your office? Let's just say that it that is how it is. But still the fear can be there even if it's not a logical fear. Why would it be logical to fear heights if I've never fallen off something high before? Why do I fear heights? It doesn't make logical sense, but the fear is still there. And to get rid of the fear, we don't push it down, push it down, push it down until we can't consciously see it anymore. We work on it. As soon as fear comes up, we work on it. Please implement those two things, and it's gonna be amazing changes that come from this because so little people are implementing daily in their lives, and that's where real change comes from. Not from sitting one day at a week for 10 minutes and doing some journaling. I mean amazing if you do it, amazing, great, but doing it in the daily moments where fear comes up and you recognize the fear, and maybe you do it in your head real quick, or maybe you write it down even better if you write it down. Um, amazing. That it's amazing, and that's gonna bring real lasting change for your life. I hope you enjoyed today's episode. And if there's anything more I can do for you, reach out to me.
