Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back to Wild Already, where we are on the path to discovering our wildest self, and I'm here to help you discover your highest potential. I hope you enjoy today's episode. I heard something that I really want to share and explain with you guys, and that is that a lesson is gonna be repeated until it is learned, and that is such a reflection mastery sentence for me, because reflections are gonna pop up again and again and again, even if it's just like 0.1% still in you, it's still gonna pop up again because your higher self is just not gonna let you get away with anything but a high mastery of things. If it is in your contract, in your soul contract, to get a high mastery of this thing. And I believe that a lot more people have don't have the life that they want to have because they're not getting the masteries in the fields that they want. Because a lot of times we're just like, okay, yeah, 20% is enough, okay, yeah, 30% is enough, okay, yeah, 80% is enough. Because 80% is pretty good, yeah. I think I will settle for that. And we don't even realize we are settling for that, but thanks to this, it will be learned, it will be learned again and again and again and again until it is really 100%. You can get 100% mastery over things. So let's say you get um you have the mastery skill of public speaking, you have in your soul contract that you're gonna be an amazing public speaker, and I hope this resonates with someone because that for sure is a message for someone out there listening to this. So let's say your um mastery skill is public speaking, and you have had a traumatic past, like say you were laughed at when you gave a presentation when you were little or you were out there talking to your classmates, and you just had a complete blackout and you couldn't say anything, and then you were like, Okay, I'm not gonna public speak again, especially not for something that matters. Okay, you can public speak about like the history of sponges, but you're not gonna public speak about the thing that you are really passionate about. Great. Now you have this limiting belief. Now, first we want to get rid of the limiting belief, and then we want to improve the public speaking. Because the public speaking is not gonna come easily to you if you still have the belief as soon as I tell people something important, they're gonna laugh at me, or what I'm saying is not important. Those things are memories that we have uh saved up, like burned into our brain, and those are the things that are keeping us stuck, but we got we got this because our higher self was like this is a lesson to be learned to get to the 100% mastery of public speaking in this lifetime. Okay, so what we want to do is first of all, what I find fascinating, any memory that we have still is in our brain that we can remember because we have emotions attached to it. So if you have a memory of yourself as a child about anything about playing on the playground and something happening, you can still remember it because there is emotion attached to it. So if you still remember anything public speaking, like in your childhood or young adulthood, there's most likely an emotion behind it, and if it's not a pleasant one, it might be one of the uh times that your trauma came through, and it was either at it was the beginning, the first drop of water into the pond that started the ripples, or it was one of the ripples that continued like this trauma response. Because um it works like this: so the trauma is that um whenever you say something important, no one's listening, no one takes you serious. It started maybe this first time that you were public speaking, and then it pulled through and you felt that way again and again and again and again. Okay, so what we want to do is at one point be like, that is not the ultimate truth. That is not the ultimate truth. I might have experienced things that in my perception were um confirming things that I was believing at the time, like not important, blah blah blah. But that is not the ultimate truth. I have talked a lot of times, and people were listening, and people were fascinated, and they wanted me to talk more, and I was really getting through to people, and those are the times that you want to focus on from now on. Yeah, I want I'm gonna give you tools as always. So, to get rid of the old thing, I want you to whatever you need to do in general. Okay, I gave you a little sh push in the right direction, but whatever feels best for you, you can do. You can put on a song, scream, cry your heart out, remembering this time, and get all the emotions out, all the stuck emotion that you no longer want. Okay, that's gonna be super helpful. It's called somatic release, and to get emotions out, because if you're in a high emotional state, you can't be like, Oh yeah, I forgive you and I'm so grateful for you. No, you can't do that. You first need to get the emotions out. And if you want to cry, cry, if you want to scream, scream. That's the first part. And afterwards, there are more steps that would be beneficial, but it's like individually always different. But I would also recommend like writing a letter to your younger self about this situation, like what you know now, that it was like all planned, and that you now get to overcome it, get more tools thanks to that situation, and be like even better at it now, thanks to that. That would be like the letter I would write to my younger self. I always like to um write letters or explain it to myself because that gets my brain on board. Okay, so trauma healing 101 for you today. Now, we once we've done that, we can start with okay, this is like kinda healed, and I don't want you to think that you do this that it's like a one-time thing. It's not, it's absolutely not. Every time it comes up, you're gonna do it again and again and again, because a lesson will be repeated until it is learned, and that's the same thing with trauma. A lot of people think you just do it once and it's done. It's absolutely not like that. Because who here has seen like a football player, like I um right now, um I don't know when you're watching this, uh listening to this, but right now there's the something football, something soccer thing, um, and there's this player called Haaland, this um I don't know, Swedish Norwegian Norwegian guy, and he's all over my for you page because he's kind of funny, but he's apparently a great player and can jump really high and is really really fast and really really scary. Um not scary like personally, but scary on the field. Great, he's a great player. Do you think he got there from practicing some I don't know, footwork for um soccer, for football, uh once, or do you think he did it a lot of lot of times to get good at it and now be a professional player? So, what which one is it? It's most likely the one that he did it a lot of times. So why wouldn't it apply to anything in your life? If you want to be good at something, you have to do it a lot of times. If you want to improve something, you have to do it a lot of times. And it might be tedious and you might be like, but I already did it. Yeah, but did you do it in this way? Did you feel it this way? Did it come through to you this way? Did you did you have the opportunity today to chip at it again and again and again? And you should see it not as oh it didn't work last time, I have to do it again. No, I chipped at it again, something fell off, now I can chip at it again, it's gonna get smaller, smaller, smaller, smaller, smaller, until one day you're just not gonna think about it anymore, and it's gonna be I I mean we're never 100% healed because we just heal at different levels, and then the next level is gonna come. It's like a video game, but in general, it's gonna be more healed, and you're gonna be more healed, and the more you work on yourself, the more you're gonna improve and the better your life is gonna get. It's just how things are because the things you work on, the things you focus on are gonna improve for you, whatever it may be. I hope you enjoyed today's episode. And if there's anything more I can do for you, reach out to me. Everything you need is in the description box, and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
