Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back to Wild Already, where we are on the path to discovering our wildest self, and I'm here to help you discover your highest potential. I hope you enjoy today's episode. Today I want to talk to you guys about the things we can learn from the inconveniences that happen in our everyday life. Now, a lot of times we feel like we are living the same day again and again, like always the same thing, always the same thing, but that is actually not 100% the case. Because in the positive sense, there are some things that might be better than the week before, the day before, the month before, the year before. So if we are able to see all those small things that are working out better for us, it is constantly improving. But that's like the easier version because we love to focus on things and focusing on more positive things like hard. But what's even harder is when things are not going our way, how we can see that it's actually also working out for us. So it's like level 90 difficult and level 100 difficult, I would honestly say. So, what can we learn from the daily inconveniences that are happening to us? What we can learn is that those things make us feel a certain thing and are like shining a light on where we are not in balance. I want to tell you a personal example about my life. Last week, the week before, I can't remember properly, I had a car accident. Now everything was fine, no one was hurt, all is well. But there was an accident and someone backed up into me and I had damage in front of my car. Now, that was obviously like a scary situation because I was just standing there and they're all of a sudden like ramp me, like backed up onto me. So now it can be like, oh woe is me. I got car damage, like it took up so much time, I was so scared, I was so stressed, woe is me. Totally. We want to feel our feelings, we want to let it out, we want to finish the cycle of those feelings. Like I cried a little because I was scared. Fine, totally fine, all is well. So we finish the cycle, but now we want to look at okay, why was it happening to me? Like, in what sense what was I a match for something that was like not desirable? Like, I don't nobody wants to get like damage to their car done, especially not if I'm sitting in it, and they could have like gotten so much worse the situation because they could have speed up sped up, whatever. So we want to look at it when we catch it in the smaller things. Like when I caught it with this accident, I've probably not listened a hundred million times. They were trying to get my attention on this, but I wasn't listening. Now that was an imbalance that was brought to my attention again and again and again. And it probably was I spilled something on my shirt, I stopped my toe. Stop stopping my toe is like up there in the more than hundreds, but it starts small. And if we ignore it and ignore it and ignore it, ignore it, then one day it has to come back to us in something big like a car accident. And I would prefer if you guys learn from the small things so that you don't even have to go to the big things like a car accident. So it was showing me something. Now, whatever it is that it's showing you, we could both have a car accident, and it's showing something different to you than it is to me, because it's always perfectly managed for the person that it's happening to, okay? Like for my thing, um, it was more like um the person wasn't watching out for me, so where am I not watching out for myself? Okay, that's like what we want to get. If you have let's also say a car accident, and you feel like um they were being reckless, where are you being reckless in your life? Where do you feel like you're being reckless in your life? And remember that is not the ultimate truth, okay? It's not the ultimate truth that I'm not watching out for myself, but I wasn't seeing it. I was not in balance with seeing how I'm also watching out for myself. So if we want to get back in balance, we have to see all the ways that we are watching out for ourselves, okay? In this case, myself, and that is how we get back into balance. I've already done an episode about reflections. I would highly recommend you watch it and you listen to it again because I've explained a lot of the basics in there, but that is essentially a reflection, and we want to catch them as small as possible, see what it is they're showing us, and then see how the opposite is also the truth. How we weren't reckless, we were very clever in um booking the flight and watching, I don't know, how um the statistics and being like, oh okay, flying is not as dangerous as like driving my car really recklessly. Good to know. Okay? So I want you to see the opposite of the thing that it makes you feel that is that we get back into balance. We don't want to see how it's only one side, how it's only the other side. We want to see how it is in balance, how it is both. Okay, so in one sense I can be reckless, and another sense I can be not reckless, and we want to see how it's both, how it's perfect, how it's everything. And that is something that is always really hard. And we can also change it in more of the positive ways. Like if we feel like our days are always the same, always kind of boring, kind of nothing is improving. We want to start to see how there are little little things that are improving. Okay, those are also very important things for like getting to overcome those daily obstacles that we have. Because, in one sense, those daily obstacles that might seem like small things, we are a lot of times don't know that they are trying to show us um the imbalances that we are experiencing and that we need to overcome and see how it's actually also the opposite, like it's actually both. But if we are getting the experience of I'm just being reckless, we want to focus more on I'm actually not at all reckless, I'm really safe here, here, here, and here. So we balance it back out. Okay, we always want to be in balance. That's the law of soul balance. And when we feel those things, and then we kind of register them as things not going away, things like not improving, but we always want to see how everyday things are improving for us, because it helps so much in your growth, even if you have the same thing for the last 20 years, okay. But if you can see how something went better that day, how something went better that day, how something went better that day, how you have improved every single day from yesterday to today, and from yesterday to in three years, who do you think will have a more fulfilled, better life? The person who tries to see that everything has improved over the last three years, or the person who's just like, oh my life is so boring, it's always the same. Well, I'll let you decide. But uh in my opinion, I would prefer to look for how I'm improving and how I'm making everything better every single day. And in that case, the most important thing is that even if things are not going right, even if we have those daily inconveniences, small or big, whatever it is, you know, maybe for someone else having those car accidents and it's it wasn't like a huge, huge damage, so I'm like lucky in that sense, and maybe that wouldn't have been a big deal. For me, it was a big deal. Maybe someone stabbing their toe would be a huge deal. For me, it's also a huge deal, but maybe someone um with a lower pain tolerance would be an even greater deal, even though I'm kind of a baby when it comes to pain tolerance, so for me it would be a big deal. Maybe spilling something on your shirt for me, it's not that big of a deal because um a lot of times, especially when I'm working with animals, like I get dirty. It's kind of it's kind of the thing, especially in like a stable with horses. You kind of get dirty, you can't prevent that that much, especially if you're like mucking out or feeding them, you kind of get a little bit dirty. So for me, it's not that big of a deal. For someone who's like really um precise with the outfit and they're planning it, and they're like, maybe that would be a way, way bigger thing. So look at the inconvenience that are having, the look at the inconveniences that you're having, yeah. Look at the severity. Preferably you um start with the severe ones because they've tried your higher self-has tried to get your attention multiple times and has now resorted to going to greater lengths. And if you've started with those, then start working your way down the most important list to the kind of like, oh okay, it's annoying, but I can live with that. Like a stain on my shirt, I would be like, Okay, it's annoying, but I could live with that. Uh stubbing my toes, and that's something that really hurts. I don't want to live with that, and I absolutely don't want to have another car accident. So I'm gonna look at it. Look at the inconveniences, look how it makes you feel, and try to feel the other way, okay. Um, I would recommend just like talking yourself, like being your own lawyer in your mind, and talking yourself into no, actually, I'm also the opposite of the thing that I'm feeling because da da da. That would be great. And every day seeing how things are improving for you, especially if you're feeling like in a rut. That would be the tools I would recommend for you. And I know it always sounds so basic, but it's a hard thing to do, especially if you do it every day. So I would recommend you do something for you that you are like, I totally did improve today. For let's say you listen to this podcast today, you totally improved today because you learned something new. And if you already knew all this information that you were hearing today, first of all, amazing, great job. And other than that, you just implemented it again, you listened to it again, you learn it from a different person, you learn it from a different perspective, and you're always learning something more, even if it's information that you already know. Because have you mastered it 100%? Have you implemented it 100%? The answer is mostly no, even in my case, like no one is always 100% perfect. We can always improve and we can always do more. So that is your call to action. I know you can do it. I hope you enjoyed today's episode. And if there's anything more I can do for you, reach out to me. Everything you need is in the description box, and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
