This Is Why Your Business Isn’t Working

You’re not confused.
You know what to say.
You know what to build.
You know what to do.

And then...
You don’t hold it.

You hesitate.
You soften.
You pull back the moment it starts to work.

Not because you lack strategy.
Because you interrupt it.

In this episode, I break down the pattern most women are stuck in and why your business isn’t responding the way it should.

This isn’t about learning more.
It’s about seeing where you stop yourself.
If this hits you’ll know exactly where it’s happening.

And once you see it…
you stop doing it.

This is why your business isn't working and it's not your strategy. If you've listened to some of my previous podcasts, you've probably heard me talk about my time as a yoga teacher. And the truth of that is, I didn't become a confident yoga teacher overnight. I didn't have studio owners calling me and creating space, literally creating a new class for me to go teach at their studio for them. It didn't just happen. I didn't just decide one day that, like, oh, I'm gonna be a yoga teacher and like bam, instantly I felt fully embodied and fully confident. No, I practiced, I repeated, I screwed up, I learned how to pivot in the moment, and I learned how to hold the room, how to guide people in a nice fluid motion in a way to pass what they perceived as their limits and get them into their body. But here's what I see in business, and I see this all the time with the women that I work with. And if this hits, you're going to feel it. Chances are you're clear. You've done the manifesting, you've done the vision board, you've done the visualization. It's like you have clarity. You know how you want your life to look and to feel. You know how much money you want to be pulling in every single month, every day. You know what you want. You know how to build. You've invested in the strategies, in the formulas. You've probably followed the trends at some point. And yet none of it really held, did it? You wouldn't take a yoga teacher training, teach one class, feel awkward, and decide, oh my god, this isn't working. Okay, maybe I need to do another teacher training program for this to actually work. But that's what happens when women start to build their businesses. They get clarity and then they hesitate. They show up, but they soften how they're meant to speak because they don't want to be too offensive. They want to be the good girl. They want to make sure that everybody feels included in their message. You feel the momentum building in your business, and your nervous system is like, holy shit, I'm not ready for this. And so you unconsciously pull back, and then obviously that turns into your reality. Not because you don't know what to do, you know that. But because you're not holding it long enough for it to actually work. Your business isn't failing. You're interrupting it before it has the chance to actually land. When I was a yoga teacher, I didn't question every single class that I taught. I didn't reinvent myself every single week, thinking that I need to completely overhaul my language or my cue patterns. I stayed with it. That's what creates confidence, repetition. That's what builds trust is learning to trust yourself, learning to trust your voice, how you are meant to speak. That's what made people come back to my classes. That's what had studio owners reaching out to me and creating classes in their schedule so that I could come teach at their studio. But here's the thing: you're trying to skip the part where you become the person who can hold it. So the real question isn't, is this working? The question is, am I holding this long enough for it to work? If you can see where you're interrupting yourself, where you're pulling back, where you're not fully committed and you're stuck in this pattern, that's where everything begins to change, is when you can recognize your patterns. And if you are done repeating the same pattern that has you producing the same results, you already know where to go next. Go down into the show notes and grab a copy of the free PDF. You are not stuck. Stop interrupting yourself. Start there and watch how quickly things begin to change. Until next time, move with precision.
