Come on, freedom and the power of letting go so you can fully step into who God created you to be. Welcome, welcome, welcome again, Dr. Stephanie Johnson. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Well, tell the people something they don't know, girl. Tell the people something they don't know about you.

SPEAKER_00

Um well, I guess because I'm living it and breathing it right now, as it's part of uh my testimony, but I am a stroke survivor. Um I am about seven months out from having a stroke, and actually, when I had the stroke in September, found out that I actually had um one prior uh back last March, so a year ago. Wow. Um and with the one in September is the one that sent me to the hospital and which and which I'm going through therapy now. Uh but I'm a survivor, I'm a survivor of his grace and his mercy, and um so this is just it's another part of everything. And so the Nello company was actually I have been trying to figure out a structure uh for the the the grandeur of the company, right? And um and the the name Nello was birthed um in my hospital bed in September. Um and it was a little because I wanted a little bit of me, but I didn't want it to be about me. So um I took the um last for um letters of my middle name and I was scrolling at like two o'clock in the morning as I was in the hospital, and I read this story about Anne Lowe and her legacy. And if you don't know about her, she's the first um African-American um couture fashion uh designer. She um designed Jackie Kennedy's wedding dress when she um and she did some things for her mom and and some um back in the day um Hollywood elites and socialites within New York. Um but she designed her wedding dress, the the infamous wedding dress. And what uh and why I I took a part of her name is because she symbolizes everything I was going through, still am, but I'm getting through and I'm gaining through, right? Um life adversity. Yeah, and that is exactly I wanted to be that and and the legacy that can come out of it. And I was like, I I literally sat up in my hospital bed and I was like, mellow. And it just the way it ran and just you know rolled right off the tongue and mouth. I was like, that's it. So yeah, you you'll start to see a lot more of that. Um and that that's the basis of the company, and and the whole thing is help other people discover who they are and to really amplify their legacy in the presence and far beyond the years um that they will be here, and that's what I'm I'm here for.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, amen. Well, that is awesome. Well, number one, thank God, thank God, thank God. Yes, I'm so glad that you are here. I'm glad that you are healthy, I'm glad that you are walking in your wholeness and in your healing and restoration. Thank you for sharing that with us, and thank you for being so strong to be able to come on here and share your story with us. So we're gonna get right into your story with that, which makes it even more powerful. See, the enemy is trying. That lets you know.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah, the enemy has power, definitely try, but no, so we have the faith in our Father, our God. Yes, never win. Yeah, so we sit back and we laugh at the enemy.

SPEAKER_02

Amen. That's right, that's right, because we win. So why don't you tell the people a little bit about who you are and where you are in your forgiveness journey and the kind of relationship that your journey took you through, um, through your story. So can you share the story with us?

SPEAKER_00

You know, uh if we would have done this um like a year ago, the story would have been about a relationship that I had um that was very promising and very loving. Um a relationship that started out in a very strong friendship and it ended in not that way. And I was very heartbroken behind it. Um but you know, I'm in this now, I'm definitely in this time in this season. The forgiveness is truly me forgiving myself. Yeah. Um one for uh working um over and over above and beyond my my body's capability. Um I was, you know, it's one of those that uh trying to really live in a world of perfection. And I know so many women like myself, like you, um we that that's what we try to because we want to be the best mother.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_00

We want to be the best wife, right? We want to be the best CEO or or leader that we can possibly be. We want to be the best and the perfection and trying to live in perfection as we think that God wants us, but not connecting and listening to how he wants us to, because God will tell you that you don't have to be perfect, you just need to be you. That's it, that's it, right? You don't have all that right, because we never will, he's the only he is the only thing the only perfect thing. Come on, and we how we even get close to perfection is the fact that we're living as what he has designed, we're taking the steps and the path and the assignments that he has given us, and that we're go we're doing that, and but when you try to steer that wheel, that's when the perfection monster steps in, and that's where the enemy, you're allowing the enemy to come and attack, right? Right. Um, and you're in just but you're trying to do everything, you're in survivor mode, you're you're in the planning modes. Like, do you ever feel like you're constantly always planning, planning, planning? You're like, when is something gonna come to fruition? Yes, you're like, God, why why hasn't this happened yet? But it's not that it's the fact because you're you're working on a principle, a principle that can never be achieved, and that is perfection. Come on, he says, I'm the perfect one, you are my child, and I've given you an assignment, and you need to listen to me. So when you're not listening, that's why nothing ever seems like it comes together. Because when he had it together, he got you to the point, and then he was giving you the new assignment to take it even further, you were still stuck on because it didn't look like what you think. But God said, That's it. Okay, now next. And then he's stepping forward and he's like, Wait a minute.

SPEAKER_02

You know, I'm in this time, and so sometimes we can get out of the will of God by trying to operate in this perfect state. And so what you're saying is that's why we have to, when we recognize that, really forgive ourselves because we overwork ourselves, we overburden ourselves, we take on so much more responsibility, especially as women, you know, like you said, especially as leaders, you know, um women in leadership, CEOs of companies, running companies, or you know, founders, and even mothers, you know, like you said, um, we do. We tend to take on the world because the world tends to put it on us, right? It's always been that way. And like you said, we can wear our bodies down. We can wear our bodies down. And so to your point of forgiving yourself, when you when you recognize that you were operating in this perfect state or this perfectionist flaw, because that's a flaw for us wanting to be perfect, knowing that we can never be perfect, right? So, how did you navigate forgiving yourself?

SPEAKER_00

You know what? Um, I'm not even a hundred percent there if I I can be transparent and honest.

SPEAKER_01

Amen.

SPEAKER_00

Um, because I'm still going through it, right? Um, but and and especially now within the last month or so, like I had um for over a year I've been planning to have uh the women's conference, and um and I was supposed to have it in September, September 25. And um that's you know when the stroke came. I wasn't sleeping, I just thought I was tired and I I realized I couldn't write um and everything, but I just thought, you know, and that had actually started around March of 2025. Um, but like I said, you know, the doctors in September said you already had a stroke and now you have this one that's landed you. Um but I just thought I was tired, right? Right. And so in September, you know, I had a stroke in the hospital and and everything, and then back home and recovering. And do you know within less than a month, what was I back to doing planning for this event? Um, and I was supposed to have that last month, and I had a whole nother episode, right? And God was like, I didn't yeah, I told you that you can begin to start to put the plans together, yes, but I didn't tell you that you can have it. Come on, and so now, you know, uh for you know a few weeks there, as I'm going to physical therapy and occupational therapy and and doing that and back and forth from the doctors and and everything just to move forward. Um I and I was ashamed. I was ashamed because I felt like I let so many people down. And um and yeah, I I I yeah, is that I let people down, you know. I'm sitting there looking at my bank account, you know. Um, you know, people bought tickets and everything, but there's so much more that, you know, um, and I'm sitting there like, oh my gosh, these people think I'm probably a quack, and and majority of people that's not even what they're thinking.

SPEAKER_02

It was all in the exactly the enemy tormenting us, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and it was just like because I failed to just sit down somewhere and truly recover. That's important. Who has a stroke? Not just one stroke, but two strokes, and within the street.

SPEAKER_02

But I just want to touch on something you just said. I did not sit down and fully recover. And so we're speaking to you know, you women who are carrying a lot, you know, of responsibility emotionally, physically, physically, you know, psychologically. But it it's it's interesting to hear, and a lot of us do that, we will work ourselves to the bone, to the bone, overextend ourselves, you know, to every capacity. And then we break down physically from this, and physically and mentally, and then we feel the shame, right? Well, we're trying to recover in a body that's broken down for being overworked, and so this is where you know learning to forgive yourself really comes in because we don't realize how much we'll abuse our bodies getting out of alignment with God's will. Like you said, you know, we're not hearing clearly, and when we don't hear clearly, we get out of alignment. And when we get out of alignment, then we open ourselves up for attack, right, from the enemy. And he loves to attack that body because he knows our spirits are strong, he knows the flesh is weak, right? But we are so hard on ourselves, and so we have to learn to be gentle with ourselves, come on, and yeah, and and forgiving, you know, when when you're um, you know, you you you try to show up and be there for everyone else, and nobody is saying, please slow down.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, come on. I can't, you know, you have to listen to it. And when God is saying to you, yeah, you have to slow down. He may be saying, Yeah, go ahead, come up with the ideas, get the notebook out, right? Right, right. You know, but that's all he wants you to do, right? List ideas, right, right? Because when he's ready to for you to take the next step, he's gonna give you that sign. That's right, and then that's when you can start moving, you know, taking all the imaginary post-it notes and putting each idea in all four corners of life, yeah. But you know, when you're sitting there and at the time you're thinking, I have to do this, I have to do this, blah blah blah, and blah blah blah, right? You're like you look, and those post-it notes are all it's a bunch of mess and it's chaos. And you know, the interesting thing is God was giving me all the signs. Um He was telling me, Yes, you're healing, that you're growing, you know, because I'm I'm coming up with all these the right things to do, and and I'm helping others. Uh, you know, I'm sitting there, I'm looking at my inbox of messages from women saying, Thank you, this and you know, and everything, but I was not being honest in the fact that I I wasn't ready. I wasn't ready, and God again had to set me down. Yeah, and I I thought about it and I was like, okay, God, I hear you, and and I apologize. And he's like, Don't apologize to me. I need you to apologize to yourself. Yes, but you know, the first thing that I'm sitting there thinking about is everybody that I've disappointed, everyone I felt like I've wasted their time. Right. And but the the lesson is no, they needed to see this. You are still you've given a lesson because the lesson is you have to slow down and you have to truly heal. You cannot operate on a half-empty, that's right, even a quarter-filled tank. Yeah, because there are people that wish they could just stop. Right. There are people that are not here because they didn't stop. And so it's you know, God is like, is that what I have to do for you to stop?

SPEAKER_02

And he loves us so much that he will stop us, right? Yeah, because if you had a kept going, going, going, and and it wasn't that you were doing anything wrong, you weren't doing anything bad, you were doing all things that would give God glory, right? All things that are good things. But sometimes, like you said, we can hear part of what God says, but we get so far ahead of him that we don't hear the rest, so we get out of alignment, right? And then that's when things start to happen. But the beautiful thing about God is he's gentle with us, you know, he either orders or he allows things to happen. Either way, it's for his glory because he's sovereign. We say he's in control of all things, right? So he allowed you to go through this situation so that you could see you, so that he you could see the woman that he created you to be, and he knows that you have intimacy with him, that you have relationship with him. So he Just needed you to come back to the secret place because he has that and more for you. He has so much more for you. I know who you are in the spirit. You know, I've always known who you are in the spirit, and you're a powerhouse in the spirit. So the enemy said, I've got to shut her voice down. You know, I've got to stop her because she is an influencer, a woman of influence. And so God needs you. Right now, you're just in an incubation stage. He said, Come back in the cocoon.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Come back in the cocoon. Okay. Yeah. I got everything you need here, but I just need you to forgive you because I've already forgiven you. Right? Yeah. He said, I need you to release you because you weren't in control of all that. I'm in control. I'm God. Right.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly. And that's the part where, you know, uh uh, you know, feeling embarrassed, right? That the enemy like he's like, you know, I need you to be a little bit embarrassed. I need you to be embarrassed so you can teach others that to know when it's time to sit down, when it's time to crawl, when it's time to take that first step, that's good, and when it's time to just move in full capacity, but you can't do it disjointed, you can't do it um not aligned. When you're walking, and you should be like this, right? Like think of it as your spine, but when something happens and he pulls your spine and you're in front of a millions of people, and that spine starts to shift a little bit, and you fall on your face, and you're you're so worried about the embarrassment instead of this is the lesson. Right, right. See how I'm laying here, right? And it was for me, it was a check, check, right? It was checking myself, but also teaching others when enough is enough. Come on, you need to sit down because we need to be aligned. This your spine of life needs to be aligned, it can't be disjointed.

SPEAKER_02

That's right, that's right. And we need to be here to be aligned, and so I I love that that you said the Lord said, I need you to be a little bit embarrassed, right? And see, the Lord He says he chastises those he loves, he corrects those that he loves. And so I love when he corrects me, right? I love when he corrects me. But girl, I love how you said he said, I need you to be a little bit embarrassed because I need you to know that when you hear me, you hear me. Okay? Yep. And loud and clear. Loud and clear. Right. Right. And this is, and I love the lesson in that because you know, we have to be authentic, even when God is good and he's in the blessing business, and when God corrects. Because it it's it's everything is a life learning lesson, right? And I want him to correct me if I'm out of order. I don't want, you know, how do we say we have a loving God if he's gonna keep letting us go down this path? Right. He always, you know, gives us a way of escape. Now, whether we take it is up to us. But sometimes he has to allow things to happen to get us to sit down and listen because there could have been something far worse that the enemy could have tried to put upon your body, you know, on you know, sickness and and we just it could have been far worse, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

And so in this time of being reconsecrated with the Lord and drawing back in with him, um, what lie about yourself did this situation try to plant in you? And what truth did God speak over your identity and your worth instead? Because the enemy tried to get you very easy.

SPEAKER_00

Come on in help somebody. The lie was I could do it all on my own. Um that that was the the biggest lie, right? You know, I I have tons of support. I have people on my team. You know, um, what can I take off your plate? Oh nothing. I I I got it. I got it. Or if you know, I start to I start to explain, but also realizing I wasn't explaining what I needed. I was explaining how I'm going to do it, and that the expectation of others to say, okay, and to be able to fill in every other word as I would say it. No, that's not that's not how you ask for help. So now I I've learned I have to ask for help and I have to trust that that help is going to come through. It doesn't need to look like the way Stephanie Johnson is going to do it, right? Um it has to look like the way that God has instilled in your help to do it and trust to know that it's all in the same will between God, yourself, and the person that's gonna help you. Because the right help, they're not gonna do anything to defy you or destroy you. Yeah, they're going to do it as God has given them the power to do. Yes. Also that as a team, yeah, as a community, as a family, you deliver what God has asked everybody to do together. Because, you know, a team, we all have our oh we're we're like a link, right? We're all a divine link to the ultimate thing that God wants us to do, and how dare any link think that they're bigger, regardless if you are set for to be the leader or not, you still are only a link, and not every part of that fence for that community are you supposed to be at post for, right? So you have to allow God to assign to the others that are there to help you do what God needs you to do, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So you have to be open to receive that help. And so that's something that you had learned through this process, and that's it's so powerful that you share that because uh a lot of us, you know, we we're doers, you know, we're natural doers, and then we we we can suffer for that with because delegation also gives you peace of mind, right? Yes, God didn't equip us to do everything, He said we're all jointly fit together, right? So that we can share the delegation. Um, so in that, you know, you you having to forgive yourself was learning who you were again or who God created you to be, and learning community in a different way, right? Yes, you know, because you said that I have community, I have people that can help me. You I had a support system, right? But sometimes we don't know how to use that. I know I've had an issue with that for me, was I've I'm so used to being a doer, doer, doer, doer for so many years. And then as my body began to break down, as I began to get sick, as I began, things started happening in my body. I'm like, wait a minute, I prayed for the right kind of help. Why am I not utilizing my team? And why have I done this to myself? And so that goes back to your point of self-forgiveness. We have to forgive ourselves for putting ourselves in a situation where our bodies could be attacked, you know. Um, our armor was off, you know, we didn't have the armor on.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I uh to be honest with you, it's it's about really trying to live bigger than what all of it is supposed to be intently to be, right? It's all part of the identity. Um, I know earlier, and I'll I'll just say it so the listeners can hear, you know, I was talking like, oh my gosh, I don't know, like my hair's not done.

SPEAKER_02

She was trying to comment on y'all, she was trying to cancel y'all. I was like, your hair is fine.

SPEAKER_00

And I was like, well, you know, sure. I mean, we can we can postpone it. And I was like, because my hair is just not even and it's you know, it's not even about the hair, right? And then it it's one of those things, and when you said something to me and I thought about it, I was like, see, that that's it, it's about being perfect. I needed to be on camera, not perfect, and that's not how God intended is intending me to show up, he's talking, he's intending me to show up as my whole self, yes, authentically you, true, true me. Like I had a little bit of makeup on, I don't have a full beat up face, right? But that's okay because there's a time for that, yeah, and then there's a time when we just have to show up natural with a little bit of blush on, a little bit of lipstick on, show up naturally because we might just show up, and so that's what hair is natural, and it's looked back, and and you know, okay, it's all right. I can't.

SPEAKER_02

And you look good, girl, and you look good, and you did good, and and that goes into you know, just a life lesson. You know, ladies and gentlemen, just show up, just show up for yourself, be gentle with yourself. Maybe you haven't lived up to the expectation you thought you should be at. Maybe, you know, you felt you've disappointed yourself, you know, maybe um you've been holding on to you know uh past goals that you felt you couldn't accomplish. Well, here's the thing you're right where you're supposed to be. Exactly. God is in control and you're okay. Begin again. Be gentle with yourself today. If you don't take anything else from her story, you know, that's to take care of you, really forgive you because you don't want it to affect you mentally, physically. You don't want to break down your body psychologically. You know, we don't want to go into depression or isolation. And so And it's so easy to do. It's so easy to do every day, so easy to do. Yeah, and forgiveness is a process, and it's okay. It's okay to say, hey, I messed up, or hey, you know what, I just didn't do right, you know, or hey, I wasn't disciplined. I reset every day, I repent every day and begin again. Okay, I I will never arrive. I will never arrive. That's why, you know, King Jesus laid down his life for me because he knew Keisha would never get it together all the way. But we strive every day to be gentle. So I always tell everyone our coaches be gentle with yourself and forgive yourself. Because if you don't forgive yourself, then it's gonna be impossible to forgive somebody else, right?

SPEAKER_00

Right, it's truly impossible. And and that's the thing. And you know, you asked me about what did I learn about my identity, right? Because you know, I'm an identity coach and and everything, and and the thing is that how can I be different when and that that because that's part of my identity, right? Is to be different, not to be grander than the next, or you know, or or anything, or shine brighter than any, not in that way, because I'm a very giving person, right? Uniquely you um be uniquely, yeah. I mean uniquely me, right? And how can I how can I truly fulfill my identity, the identity that God has given me when I don't even listen to him. And Jesus, you just brought some old nuggets, right? So you're not even listening to him. But you want you want to be, you want to have this identity. You're I everyone has an individual identity, even a twin or triplets or quadruplets, right? They it takes four, three, two individual beings to have that same gene connection, but they're still they're one, everyone is different. There's something, you know, they may look alike or they may sound alike. In some form of fashion, they may have these unique um mannerisms that they share, but they're still different. And so here I am not being the identity that God needed me to be, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Um, because I wasn't listening. And that that's so important. I'll say that for anybody, you know, it doesn't matter. Like, you know, I I coach people that are in business and they're trying to find their find their their their selves, right? They're trying to find their own individuality, their own niche, and all that, right? And it's like, you know, or someone may say to me, Well, you know, Dr. Steph, I can't do that because everyone's doing that. Okay. They may be doing the words of that, but they're not doing what you're doing. Right. Because only you can do it. Right. And so when I'm finding myself I'm not listening to him, yeah. Right? Because he's given me the skills to do things.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And as an individual, but where I start to fall out of line is when I'm not being obedient and listening to him.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So that's a part of my identity, is what I've found is that I can only be uniquely me when I obey his words. When I am and not when I think I hear him, yeah, but when I hear him because the tone is a little different, right? Yes.

SPEAKER_02

And God's okay if you don't, you know, for those that may not understand his voice or hear his voice, he's okay with you asking him to confirm it. You know, Lord, was that you? Oh, yeah. Was that you? Yeah. Okay, was that me? You know, I'll ask him in a minute. I okay, I need to make sure that was you and none of me in there. Yeah, right. So let me ask you. And you have to ask. Yeah, yes. So let me ask you through all of that, what is one step that you can share with the listeners in your journey of rediscovering your identity in him and learning to forgive yourself for getting out of alignment in your identity with him? What is at least one step that you can give someone or one tool, spiritual, practical, that someone listening today could actually use today that you use to help you in your forgiveness journey? Because it's a process, but what is something that you're using to help you forgive yourself?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. The first step I'm gonna say is you know when he tells you to go sit uh go sit in the mountain by yourself intently so you can hear me.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Do it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And that's what what I've done. I had to do that. Um and and really sit back and and listen. Yeah, there's there's things that he's going to have you do. You're not just gonna be sitting there. Cause I wasn't, you know, for me, it was it, it was going to physical therapy, it was going to my my primary care doctor, my neurologist, my cardiologist, my physical therapist, my occupational therapist, but going it alone, knowing I have the support of many behind me that are checking on me and so forth and praying for me. And I felt that all all along. But you know, we get so wrapped up in that. We mean I gotta go sit on an on the mountain by myself, but no TV, no cell phone, no nothing. Wait a minute, being just associated.

SPEAKER_02

I gotta get alone in the secret place.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but you have to do that. You have to do it alone because there's no one other than God that's gonna help you heal, that's gonna help you forgive, come on, that's gonna help you grow, that's gonna help you become whole again and completely aligned, but you and so you have to step away and you have to set yourself down so that you can follow his instructions and not look to the right or the left and to be alone, because you'll find that you're not lonely because every prayer, every inbox message, every phone call, I received that. I wasn't alone, yeah, but I had times where I was quiet and where the instruction was for me to learn the lesson, to learn the next exercise, to do the next exercise, everything to be able to climb that mountain, and I'm still climbing, but that is the lesson, amen. And what I've learned is that when he tells you to go sit down, right? Sit down, and even when he goes down with no one else around you, just know that he is there, yes, he is forever present. Yes, he is, yes, he is, and you will hear the prayers of and the support from all the others, and even the ones that you want to call your enemies, you you you're gonna hear them too. But it's okay, it is okay, right? Because they they they have their own situation, and a lot of times the those that are your enemy, that's what you learn, oh, they're going through something too.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, and he tells us, you know what, and here's the thing number one, our war is not with flesh and blood, you know, and so we we really have to, you know, keep that in perspective. But he even tells us to pray for our enemies. So, in in in all of that, you know, and and people are just playing their part to strengthen your relationship in God, you know, because God is looking at your character, you know, everybody will stand individually, you know, on their own. And so, you know, your story has just inspired many. It's been amazing. I'm just so blessed to have had you on here, just to be so transparent, you know, to help us all to say, you know what, let's really regulate ourselves, let's regulate our bodies, let's make sure we're getting in the staying in the secret place with God and making God a priority. You know, what she is saying, the scripture reference for that is be still and know that I am God, right? We have to get to a place of being still. We're always so busy moving, moving, moving, where at times we move right past the instruction. So we have to be intentional about getting in the secret place, getting before God, because He alone is the healer, is what Dr. Stephanie was saying. And so, Dr. Stephanie, I just want to say thank you for taking the time, for coming out and sharing with us. You did an amazing, amazing job. You are helping me, even to say, Keisha, slow down. Still, did he tell you to move forward on that project? You know, are you jumping a gun? So, for all of us, this was a great reminder. We're here to sharpen each other. Iron sharpens iron. And so we're just gonna pray over the listeners. But I want to ask if there was one thing that you could say to a woman who feels that she's been doing it all, she's been carrying it all, and she needs to release that and forgive herself. What would you speak? What was one thing you would tell her?

SPEAKER_00

The one thing I I would tell her is you cannot take care of anything for anyone else until you take care of you. You know, because we're we're givers. I'm a giver. You know, there are people that are natural givers, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And when you when you are one of those type of people, you you give and you give and give, but you can't deplete yourself.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So you gotta hold on to some of it, and you have to take the time to have those days where it's about you. Yeah, I'll take some meetings. Yeah, but you every every ounce of sleep you need it. Yes, prioritize yourself yeah, because the body, body needs time to recharge, yes, replenish, amen, and recover. So remember that you can't you you you can't be a giver on an empty vessel. Allow allow him to keep you clean.

SPEAKER_02

Like that. You cannot be a giver on an empty vessel. So we need to go to the one who can refill that cup to overflow. We want overflow. Well, thank you, thank you, thank you again, Dr. Stephanie. Let me just pray over everybody, and then I'm gonna actually, she's gonna share with you how you can get in touch with her and how you can reach her and all the things she has going on, her books and all that good stuff. So we just thank you, Lord God. We thank you for every listener, every person that will see it uh live, every person that will hear it on the earway on the airwaves. Lord, we just thank you that they heard you, that lives will be changed and chains will be broken, and that your people will be set free. People don't want to be hurt, they don't want to be angry, they don't want to be frustrated, they just want to be love and light, Father God. Give them peace today on their journey. We just thank you for it now. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen, amen, and amen. So, Dr. Stephanie, can you tell the people quickly how they can get in touch with you, what you have going on, um, about your books? I mean, just tell the people everything.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Um, well, I do have a website, coachstephjohnson.com. Um, you can go on there. It's not uh because of everything that's been going on, it's not really up and running, but just every now and then uh go on there, and um you do see um right now we'll have to get that connected back. So forgive me for that part. Um, but you can come in. But in the meantime, please shoot me over an email if there's something, if even if it's you just need me to pray for you.

SPEAKER_02

Amen.

SPEAKER_00

I'm fine with that. Um, or if you want to learn about some things that I do have coming up, I would say about another three months we'll you'll start to see small tidbits, right, coming out of some things in the future. But I probably won't really fully be back up and running until 2027. But heck, I mean that's what three months away. That's three months away, right? Right, right. But there are little things, so um, stay in touch with me on Facebook, Instagram, yes, um, oh, you got TikTok. She's all over social media, yeah. It's Dr. is DR coach staff johnson, um whatever that or that's Facebook, Instagram, any of them, all the platforms. Connect with me there. Um, I'll I'll be putting out some posts. But I will be from time to time putting messages. Yeah, and like I said, you can you can email me at hello at coachstephjohnson.com. Uh again, that's hello. Hello at coachstephjohnson.com.

SPEAKER_02

Um, I do have a couple books, and actually the one thing that my doctor said that I can do right now is write. So I'm in the midst of um formula, just even little um articles and so forth. So I'm just gonna stay, keep your eyes to the um grind there of what I have. Um, I'm doing it quietly, yeah. But recovery is my first thing, yes. Um, but my second um is definitely I'm here to be um a prayer vessel for you. And um, and it's a community, it takes a community. So there'll be some things that are popping up, but just keep the eye, and once you start to see more movement that are going on, I'll keep you posed. Yeah, that's that's how that's how you can stay up to date with me and and kind of and um watch my journey as I recover from the stroke. Amen. Um I know it may look like everything is fine, but you that that's the good Lord having some favor because it He's a healer. I I I don't I don't I don't display what I've gone through and gone through, and I thank him for that. Amen. Um, so keep strength and everything and and stay connected, and I promise I will uh make sure I stay connected with each and every one of you.

SPEAKER_02
