Our lives are defined by the choices we make and the things that we do. Sometimes, less obviously, they are defined by what we have inherited, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. The stories and words passed down through generations are held not only in memory, they are imprinted in our bodies and nervous systems.
This episode tells the story of how healing began when one client's self-compassion led him to a deeper understanding of his life. His curiosity and courage enabled him to make a powerful connection to his childhood, which created a profound emotional and physical release.
