The 3:31 Podcast
This podcast is all about interviewing interesting and influential people in the Lower Mainland and around world. I’ve been a paramedic for over 18 years and I love hearing peoples life stories. My goal is to provide an outlet for people to share their journey with us and to hear the wisdom they’ve learned along the way.
I also love music. I feature a band or solo artist at the end of each episode. None of them suck.

Geoff Taylor is an Advanced Care Paramedic, and after 27 years of service, he’s hung up his stethoscope. He’s a friend and colleague of mine. We talk about how he got started, how he copes with the stress and trauma that come with the job, and the lessons he’s learned along the way. It was an honor to talk with him after his last ambulance shift, and I hope you enjoy it.
