The 3:31 Podcast
This podcast is all about interviewing interesting and influential people in the Lower Mainland and around world. I’ve been a paramedic for over 18 years and I love hearing peoples life stories. My goal is to provide an outlet for people to share their journey with us and to hear the wisdom they’ve learned along the way.
I also love music. I feature a band or solo artist at the end of each episode. None of them suck.

On October 29, I interviewed two people experiencing homelessness in Greater Vancouver: Larry Yargeau and Randy Peterson. We have a very honest and open conversation about life on the street—its challenges and possible solutions.
This episode also features a musician at the end of the recording: Balynut, with his song Need U.
