The 3:31 Podcast
This podcast is all about interviewing interesting and influential people in the Lower Mainland and around world. I’ve been a paramedic for over 18 years and I love hearing peoples life stories. My goal is to provide an outlet for people to share their journey with us and to hear the wisdom they’ve learned along the way.
I also love music. I feature a band or solo artist at the end of each episode. None of them suck.
The 3:31 Podcast

Starting off the new year with a bang. Fred Fox and his family have raised over a billion dollars for cancer research in Canada. We talk about Terry’s childhood, what the days were like for his brother running the Marathon of Hope, and what happened on the last day of Terry’s life
The artist I’m promoting was featured on the BBC. It’s Eva Layne and The Dolls with their song “Cry.”
