Rob’s journey into wellness began after moving to Playa del Carmen, where he founded PDC Fitness Club. What started as personal training quickly grew into a thriving community built on group workouts, collaboration with local businesses, and a shared commitment to healthier living. His vision is to create a legacy of connection, accountability, and health consciousness promoting a wellness culture rooted in community-driven experiences.
