Advocating for yourself at work isn’t easy — but it’s one of the most important skills you can build if you want to grow your career with confidence.

In this episode of Inside Work with Lindy: Helping you grow and lead with confidence, I’m sharing practical ways to speak up for what you need at work — whether it’s support, training, or fair compensation — and how to handle it if the answer is “not yet.”

You’ll learn:
✔️ How to ask for the resources or clarity you need to do your best work
✔️ When and how to ask for training or development opportunities
✔️ Smart, respectful ways to approach compensation conversations — including how to research salary ranges and come prepared
✔️ What to do (and how to stay confident) if your request isn’t approved right away

This is something I’ve personally worked on — and continue to practice — and I’ve learned that advocating for yourself isn’t about being demanding; it’s about being intentional. It’s about knowing your value, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of your career growth.
