We read in the Bible, that by God’s spoken word everything was created. We also read in Hebrews 4:12 that his word is,
- Quick or alive as we would say today.
- Powerful, it is life literally life changing.
- Sharper than any two edged sword, it goes to the core of who we are and changes is from the inside out.
There is power in the word of God and we must obey and have it on our hearts. For us to truly understand how powerful it is, we must:
- Realize the authority of God’s word.
- Recognize the power of God’s word.
- Respond to the power of God word.
