Becky is a recognised and respected professional nurse and healthcare leader, who has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, governance, and leadership within the health and social care sector.

In her role as Chief Inspector of the Jersey Care Commission, Becky leads the implementation of a comprehensive programme of Regulatory and Inspection reform across Health and Social Care, including children's social care. Her responsibilities include overseeing governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, and fostering financial stability to safeguard quality care standards. 

With previous experience as the Head of the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme for the Government of Jersey, Becky successfully led the Island's largest vaccination rollout during a critical period, managing high-level political stakeholders and executing a £5.5 million public health project.

As an Associate Chief Nurse, Becky provided professional leadership for over 2,000 nursing staff during significant changes, ensuring quality care delivery and driving nursing and health improvement initiatives.
