Can you start off by sharing a little bit about who you are, about your work, what is your magic all about?

Hello, hello. I'm very excited to be here as well. Thank you so much for having me. My name is Huda, and I'm from Morocco originally, and I live in beautiful Bali, specifically in Ubuntu. And I am a Kundalini activation facilitator. So I help people dive into their soul and to their life force energy, awaken it, activate it, work with it, which is the essence of who we are. And once our kundalini has awakened, we finally connect to our soul's purpose and our gift, which we came here to do. And I do that both in person here in Bali and online, and both for private sessions as well as in group sittings.

Beautiful. Thank you for that introduction. What brought you here today on this episode? What is the question that you have for me?

I'm very excited to learn from you. That's why I'm here today. And the question I have for you is I see a lot of trust that people have for me when they meet me in person. And my question is, how do I translate that trust into my online presence as well? So I can confidently sell a premium offer to clients who haven't met me yet.

Beautiful. I already have a lot of directions that I can go into with that answer, but before fully diving in, I'm gonna ask a few more questions for some context. I know you shared that you're doing in-person and online with Kundalini, right? That's right. And what type of offerings do you currently have?

Currently I have private one-to-one sessions. So that's approximately one hour and a half that I spend with the client, giving them a direct energy transmission as well as holding space for their intention and their goals. I do that both in person if the person is in Bali or online. And next to that, I host uh group sessions as well. Uh so it's a similar setting of transmission and intention, but more in a group setting where people can share together. And here in Bali, I have a new offering which is cacao ceremony and kundalini activation workshop, which is a longer space where people can also dive into things like journaling prompt, vulnerability, openness, and sharing. Beautiful.

If I was still in Ubud, I would have for sure wanted to explore that. Kundalini is also something that really appeals to me. I've done it only once, but yeah, there's so much power and so much magic in it. And I fully understand also the bridge between people who are watching online and towards how are they actually going to hire you? How are they going to choose you? There's two layers to that. Because first of all, there's also the person that might not know what kundalini is and is a complete beginner. But what I know to be true for myself is when I choose someone with kundalini, I am very careful. There's a lot of people out there who do kundalini energy and work with it, but I don't fully feel safe to surrender with them. And this is also something the same for breathwork, actually. And I think a lot of people underestimate the power of energetics in breath work versus kundalini, but I work a lot more with breath work. And even there, the spaces I choose to put myself into, I make sure that I know who is holding the space. Or I make sure that I know I can hold myself in that moment, which I think is a little bit of the difference with breath work versus kundalini, because kundalini is a bit more about you actually guiding them through the process. Yeah, that's right.

And what you think becomes even more important. Yes, hundred percent. And I get that because same was what you shared, and the same. If I'm being held into a space like that, I want to be sure that I feel safe with the facilitator, which is my goal right now, is how to make people feel safe with me when they only met me online through social media, for example. Because when they meet me in real life and have we have a talk and they feel my energy, there is an easy to trust in me. So that's what I want to translate into the online presence.

Yeah, exactly. And I think there's a few layers to unwrap here. One of them being how can I make them feel my energy online? That's one of them. But there's a different aspect to this because even in person, when you show up, because a lot of my clients work also in person or only in person, but most of them are focused online or transitioning towards also having a space online. And there is something that is a lot easier when you meet someone in person, which is they get to feel your energy, they get to feel your presence. And there's a lot more of the unspoken conversation happening than there's actually happening on social media. Now, when you show up on social media and you don't know what to say, that's awkward. The algorithm is not going to like it, people are not gonna like it. When you're in a room and you don't know what to say, you still have your aura, your presence. So there's a lot more you can do with that. And especially when you're a really good facilitator, you can lean a lot on energetics and energetic sales. And there's also a lot of people that come to me who've only been working on energetic sales with previous business coaches and they own that. They own the room. It's so easy for them, it's effortless. You probably recognize this in yourself, right? That when you have that conversation, you're really confident that you can help them. Yeah, 100%. Because people have that's a space to ask questions as well. It makes it easier. Exactly. So there's less heavy weight on you to say the right things because they get to ask you questions. There's more time because social media also has a very fast pace. So you need to be really good in your hook and how you get attention from them, which is also strategically. But the other thing that you said about they have the space to ask questions is really important. Because marketing, to me, is just having a conversation. It's getting clear am I the person for you? Is this the offer for you? Is this the timing for you? Can we do this together? And in that process, there needs to be a conversation. But on social media, it asks you to step up more as the leader because you are leading the conversation. There's a lot less time to be dependent on them to ask you the right questions. There needs to be this introduction of you that is so strong that within seconds of landing on your profile, those people, your people, decide she is for me. Then they start following you. But that's not it, because following is not the same as actually buying your offers and trusting you enough to show up in the spaces. So the next step is okay, your content needs to also hook them. So that is the hook. I'm mentioning it a couple of times already. It's the first sentence of your post. It is the thing that makes them decide if they're gonna read your post yes or no. The first couple of times that your audience is new to you, they have a different relationship with you. They're still in this dynamic of having a cold relationship, if you think in terms of cold, warm, hot. Cold being they might know about something about you, or they might have found your profile, or they might have seen your offer, or they know what it's about, but there's not really a connection. They don't understand why it's for them. Moving up that ladder, going to warm, there's already more of a connection and they understand who you are, what you do. They have been thinking a little bit in the direction of finding a solution, but they haven't really connected the dots yet. And then in hot, hot audience, they are so freaking ready. They see your offer, they're like, this is it for me. This is the person for me. I'm all in. The these stages, people can land in your world in different stages because the warm, the flow of cold, warm, hot, it is not only depending on their relationship with you. It is the relationship with you, but it's also the relationship with what is going on in their life, the problem they have, the solution they want. And when they're very problem solution aware, they might be hot in terms of, I know I need kundalini, I know I need it now. Who do I hire? Which is going to be a much easier sale than someone who doesn't even know what it is yet. So the big tip here already, how you can show up in socials is to not speak to the person that doesn't know they want a transformation yet, but to really speak to the person that already knows. So that's one shift because when that person lands on your profile, they are ready. Then building a pathway for your clients to become ready. This is really important. This is being a leader in marketing, and this is what excites me most about marketing because when you do this, you help your audience move forward faster. That's the power of marketing. It's not about being manipulative, it's not about tricking them into something. It's really about saying the right things in the right time to the right person. And when you start to understand that and bring that into your content, you will start to see a shift. You will start to see more engagement. You will start to see people that want to have conversations with you in the DMs. They want to take it to the next step. And this is also really important because a lot of you out there, when you look at social media, you think, let me just show up every day. Let me just be consistent. And that's already great because that gives that determination and that level of commitment. And sure, you're gonna have a few posts that are gonna do great because you're talking about what you love. But when you start to translate that and have the right messaging and you start to speak for your audience and not just to your audience and speak in a way that makes sense to them, then they will have conversations with you in the DMs because they feel like, yes, this is my person. That's the first selection. And a lot of people, they drop it there. They focus only on how can I make better content. But it's not just the content that makes someone feel safe to buy with you. It is also the next step. Have we ever actually built that relationship? Are we going from cold to warm to hot? And you can do things in your content that make people know you better. There's different ways of content, long-form content, going on Instagram lives because there also you have more of the energy already being transmitted in the posts. But when you have a conversation with someone in the DMs and you know how to hold that conversation, or you know how to invite them to a sales call, and you know how to hold that sales call, that's when someone really turns over and becomes your client. Is that making sense?

Absolutely. Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. You're speaking to a lot of pain points in Bib and challenges that I've been going through. Can you share a little bit about that?

What has been a life for you and maybe also what you have done so far to tackle this problem and to potentially buy a course or hire a coach to see how you have been approaching, moving through these difficulties?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so I've been learning about like how to show up online, indeed, how to translate my energy online. So from just using posts or cursors, moving more into reels, into content of myself, talking to the camera, using my voice. That was a game changer for me. Moving from written words to actually move using my voice, showing my face, which is one of the main ways how my energy can be shown on screen. And lately, like the last couple of weeks, started using some engagement on the stories, like asking questions, using polls, just to get more that personal connection with my audience, answering their questions, getting to the ends rather than when I started, it was a lot of one-way street, just mean me giving information. And now slowly moving into making it a conversation and exchange and a value for people. In terms of courses, yeah, I've been I joined a group to learn more about more of the specificities of personal branding, of marketing, of strategies, which is also a big step for me because something I hear heard also from your previous post podcast episodes that spoke to me is about leading my business from an energetic space or from my soul, which is what I've been doing for a long time. And now I'm ready for that next step, which is scaling and growing and offering something bigger to my audience where they can live and go through transformation.

I love that. Yeah, what you said also about the story is very practically to bring in the engagement there, it's a very good way to invite people into your world. And I think a lot of people out there are making that mistake of sending and just talking to them instead of talking for them, which I just mentioned that it's a very big difference because when you create your content from a place of what do they need to hear to move forward in their process versus what do I want to share today, it's a very different energy because a lot of people out there are using social media just as some sort of diary, which, yeah, if you get triggered, then the content is going to be about that. And it's very reactive. And what you're describing is this shift of not just being intuitive in your business, but really allowing yourself to build something bigger than you. And I think this is true for so many listeners and for you and for me, when you have a soul mission, sometimes we get caught up in the beginning of building that in the human behind the soul mission, like making it too much about you and how you're showing up and your fears and your triggers. And when you start using social media more to build a movement and to really show up in a different energy of leadership energy, it doesn't mean that much anymore when you don't get engagement on a post or you get triggered because nobody liked your post. It's really about, okay, I'm building something for the long term because I know that this is something bigger than me. And then you step out of that process of month-to-month decision making or even day-to-day content creation, which there's nothing wrong with day-to-day content creation. Sometimes I do it as well. But what makes my content more powerful is that there is a direction behind it. And I think this is also what you're mentioning because I know you don't have a premium offer yet, but I think you also see how that could be the next step of actually scaling beyond what you've built so far, right?

Yeah, yeah, that's right. It's 100%. Oh I had a thought and then I lost it.

Maybe it comes back. I can fill the space until you have to do it.

Yeah, no, it's yeah, no, it's back. So it's what you're saying there's was resonating 100% again. Because you talk a lot about I I saw myself in you when you said being a soul-led healer because I feel like I have a gift and it's way bigger than me. I am in service to humanity in a way, and saying this in all like humbleness and modesty, natural place of ego. But it's so much bigger than me that I want to just give it, let it flow through me. But sometimes I don't have the tools, I don't know how. And from there, wanting to build that bigger container, that's what yeah, what we call then in this case, premium offer, for people to be able to receive what I have to offer.

Yeah. And I want to bridge this with your question because this is everything. Like when you have a premium offer at the center of your business, I see it as your backbone. Every time I moved away from my premium offer and I went in different directions, I could feel how I didn't have my backbone in my business, how I wasn't standing up as straight anymore because I wasn't sure where I was leading my people. When you have this premium offer, this home base, which in my case is the expand master mic right now, the home base for coaches and heaters, ready to scale beyond where they are now to five to 10k consistent months. It's really the home base where I invite everybody into series about this level of scaling. And all the other offers I make, they are created around that. So they're touch points, and I make them intentionally for my clients. So it's an offer that I know is validated because my clients already need it. So I know everybody else also needs it. From that point, you have these touch points of the offers, but in your content, this all cycles through. This is all having a clear direction towards the bigger transformation. So when you're creating content without the backbone and you show up and you need to type something or you use ChatGPT and you're lost for three hours because it doesn't sound like you, and you get carried away with writing the best piece of content, it's very focused on short-term thinking because it's not gonna be one post that's gonna shift your audience. It's gonna be how you're showing up consistently over the next three months that is gonna create that snowball effect that in four months from now, you have your client base. And if you keep going, you keep growing and growing. But in the beginning, of course, you need to go first with your premium offer. You need to pave the path and really create the transformation that they desire, which, yeah, when you do that, you create that backbone in your business that everything else can lean upon. Because when you know this is the backbone, and with backbone, I also mean your core methodology, the way that you guide people through that transformation. And know that's not the same as what you've learned in your own certificates. Creating a premium offer really asks to step up as who you are as a leader. So not just copying anymore what you've learned in a certificate, but really adding the things that are true for you. And I know in my space specifically, and especially soul led coaches and healers, you have a lot of experience, a lot of different tools, a lot of different things. And in a premium offer, you can bring that all together without feeling restricted or limited. Because in a one-on-one session, often you cannot give it all. And that feels, oh, I didn't do a good job, or I didn't give everything I had. But you're not meant to give everything you have in a one-on-one session. When you have the backbone and the strategy and the framework in place, your other offers they become much clearer containers. Because yes, I can teach you all of this, but in the bigger container. The things that I can teach my clients in four months or in 12 months instead of expense is very different than what I can teach in a three-hour immersion about mapping out your year in 2026. It's a very different place where you can put different things. But because you have the clarity on the bigger offer, you also gain the clarity, what can I put in the smaller offer and what makes sense because it needs to lead into the next thing. And then when you have this in place and you know what you're selling, you know what content you can post. And that is how you create, I call this the premium buyer path, where you create intentional touch points and decision moments and activations for premium buyers to see themselves in your offer and to recognize the transformation they desire and to recognize you as the person that can help them get there. So that is a little bit of the answer on like how can you shift that energy in how you're showing up online so you can build more trust with strangers. But the magic here is that it doesn't just stay with activating those strangers. When you become clear on this and you start using this message in the real world, I think online is also real, but in the world where you're meeting people in person and you start speaking from this energy and you have your energetics, it almost becomes impossible for the right person to not say yes to you. Like when you're showing up in that energy of this is who I am, this is what I bring, and you bring the clarity of this is how I'm gonna get you to exactly what you know you want, that's when sales become really easy.

Yeah, it really sounds like taking the my audience or my customers in on a journey to a clear point A to a clear point B, and then steps from one to the other, which is what yeah, I would like to give, but sometimes offer oftentimes than that is limited by time during one-to-one or even group sessions where we don't really we just go through one step, but we don't go through the whole journey.

Exactly. And they probably also get less from that container because you're trying to stuff it in anyway, and they're trying to get more from it. But yeah, if you already have a commitment from them to be in a bigger container and they know they're gonna be in there for three months, and you know you're gonna be there for three months, and you're gonna get paid for three months, because that also does something energetically when you are a coach, a healer, when you know you're being taken care of financially and then leaning into a container, it is a very different energy in which you can show up. So for me, like the premium expansion model, the model I teach, it is not just about making more money. Yes, that is what will happen, but it's also about stepping up as the leader that you know you are. And I call this the wealthy leader movement because it's really about owning, I want to make a lot of money and I want to do it while making more impact. And that's the journey that premium expansion really takes you on. Love that. I would love to ask for you do you feel that your answer for the question is here? Do you feel like it is more clear how you can show up now?

Yeah, I definitely have a lot of insights from what you shared to know how to show up more and better online. Now I feel it's more up to me to move into more of the creation step of the offer itself. Like, what exactly is that journey? Where do I want to take my clients knowing where they are today? That will be my next step into uh building and actually making it uh reality.

Exciting. What is your biggest takeaway from what I shared with you or what you game through for yourself?

I would say my biggest takeaway is that idea of having a backbone because now I can see like I've suffered so much, but it feels sometimes like a lot of fluff in a way, and come into this like fine energy backbone. It makes me think of almost like integrating the masculine and the feminine within the business, and the masculine being in the that structure, that core, and then the around that the feminine can flow and be intuitive and come with ideas and creativity. So that's a big reflection for me to take onto my business to do I have a backbone, and if not, it's time to create one.

I really love that Huda brought this question into the space because I know there's so many of you who are spending a lot of time on social media, posting, showing up, trying to be consistent. And if you actually calculated those hours back into real sales, you'll often see that most of your clients are still coming through referrals or word of mouth or when you hosted an in-person event, which can feel very frustrating, especially when you're doing deep embodied work and your energy is so powerful and the work that you do is so powerful. So let me lend this session with three key takeaways that I really want you to sit with and that can help you show up in a different way online. The first one is your energy does really matter. And online, you're not always giving your people the opportunity to see your energy, whether it is about showing up on your stories or in your reels or in Instagram lives, wherever you have the opportunity to show more of your personality and your energy and also your work, your body of work, really making people see how you show up. This matters. And in person, people read the unspoken conversation, they can see how you're showing up. But online, there's a lot that gets lost in translation. So knowing how you're communicating gets really important. The second takeaway is that strategy doesn't take away from how you're showing up with your energy, it is really a container to help you show up stronger for people to understand which direction you're walking them towards. And it is something that you might get away with when you're meeting people in person and you're just talking from the heart, and because people ask you questions and there's a lot more time than on social media. But on social media, strategy really matters. How you're showing up in your content, the hooks you're writing, the call to action that you have, but also the offer that you've created. It needs to make sense because people are not just going to buy online from a stranger because you have great energy. The third one is that without a premium offer as the backbone of your business, everything stays fragmented and everything will feel harder. So when you're actually building more trust in your business and you're helping your audience see why it is you and why this offer, there's a lot of things that a premium offer can bring to your business, meaning that there's more direction, the type of transformation that you're actually guiding them towards. But also everything else starts to make sense. You're not just starting to create content from today and thinking, what will I talk about? Being super reactive. Okay, what am I thinking about today in my life? You're creating content from the place of I'm making it for me instead of for my audience. But when you have this bigger picture in your business and you're not planning from month to month anymore, and you have a home container for your clients to be in and to live in and to grow with you, then it starts to make more sense to create content that leads into that, creating offers that lead into that, having a plan for not just the next month, but the next quarter, the next year, knowing where you're leading your clients, all these things, having vision for your business, it brings structure and clarity and trust. And this is what your people need, especially strangers, when you want them to buy from you just through social media. Now let's be real here. You didn't become what you do just to be an Instagram influencer. You're not just using Instagram to influence people. You're using Instagram because it's part of your business. So let's start treating it like that. Because if you truly care about making an impact, you should be caring about how you actually run your business and how you create your offers. Because that is what builds real trust. Imagine this, like when you're hiring a coach, who do you trust more? Someone who has intentionally thought strategically about how to guide you through a transformation, or someone who's just intuitively channeling. If you know this person, if it's a friend, you might be able and willing to lean in and to trust this person. But if you don't know this person, you do need to know where they are taking me.
