If you have people who adore your content, binge your podcast, save every post, and tell you, “I’ll work with you someday” — but that someday never seems to arrive — this episode is for you. In this conversation, I share why the issue is rarely your pricing, your audience, or the quality of your work. More often, it’s that your business is missing the architecture that turns admiration into investment. I dive into the difference between being loved and being understood, and why premium buyers need a clear pathway before they’re ready to say yes. If you’re ready to stop collecting internet besties and start building a premium business by design, this episode will shift the way you think about sales forever.

If you have people in your world who are watching every story, they save your posts, they opt into your free things, and maybe even buy your low-priced offers. And they tell you, I absolutely love your work. One day I will hire you. And sure, some of them might eventually become your client after six months, twelve months. They hire you for a group program, a mid-priced program, maybe even that premium offer that you have that rarely sells. This episode is going to hit for you. Because the problem is probably not that they needed more time or that your whole audience is broke. It's also not that your work is not powerful enough. It is that your business is missing the spine that turns interest into investment. And when that spine is missing, people don't always say no. They stay warm, they say maybe, they stay around, they circle, they consume. They keep calling themselves not ready yet. And sometimes they quietly move on, and then all of a sudden they buy from someone else who actually had that pathway and made their decision feel clearer. Not because they love that person more or that person had better skills, but because that person actually knew how to lead them towards making a buyer decision. Welcome to the Bolt Expansion Podcast. You are here because you know your business is meant for more. I'm your host, Ame Drost, and this is where you'll learn how to make more money, create transformational offers, and step into your truth as a leader. Through premium strategy, identity work, and my signature method, Millionaire Breastwork. Each week you'll get the strategy and the shift to expand your wealth, your impact, and your freedom. This is Bold Expansion. Are you ready? So many coaches, healers, facilitators out there are misreading the problem. They think I need to post more, I need to nurture them longer, I need another freebie, my price is too high, my premium offer is too big, I should create a low price thing first, I should just sell one-on-one sessions because that feels simpler. But then what happens? They create more pieces. A free challenge here, a low-ticket offer there, a mid-ticket thing, a one-on-one container, a random workshop, a discount beta version of something, a private intensive, a wait list, a bunch of content pillars, a hundred conversations in the DMs. You're probably recognizing some of these pieces in how you are showing up in your business. And instead of creating more clarity, it actually creates more fragmentation. Don't get me wrong, I love that you're showing up, that you're creating, that you're pouring into your business, but that does not equal sales. Your audience may be loving what you're putting out there, but they still don't understand the buyer path that you're creating for them. They don't know what is the main thing that you sell? What is the transformation that you are known for? Why is this the next step? Why should they move now? How do your smaller offers connect to your bigger work? What is the premium offer actually helping them become, solve, or create? Why is your one-on-one not just time with you, but an actual transformation? And this is where warm leads stay warm for months because they're interested, but they don't really get it. They're attracted to what you're doing, but they're not activated. There is some trust that's being built, but they don't really understand why they should make this decision now. There's a gap. The gap between I love your work and I'm ready to invest today. And that gap does not close by throwing more random value into the void. It closes when your business has a spine. At the end of this episode, I have a special invitation for you, if you are serious about giving your business a spine. Because if people are taking months to buy from you, most often it's not the objection that they say it is. It's truly about you not being in leadership energy in your sales path and them not seeing where you're leading them. Admiration is not investment. And that is where so many brilliant coaches, healers, facilitators get confused because they mistake attention for buyer readiness. It's the same in dating. If you get attention from someone, it does not mean they're actually interested. It does not mean that you're actually gonna take it to the next step with them. Attention is not the same as being ready. A heart emoji is not a checkout. A this is so powerful DM is not a sales conversation. A person can be deeply resonating with your work and still not understand why this offer, why this transformation, why this price, why now, and why you. And that's the piece that we need to look at. Because resonance does open a door. It's a good sign that people love your work, that they engage with your energy, that they're excited about you. But it does not automatically walk someone through that door that you just opened. Someone can love your content and they can trust your depths, they can feel moved by your message, they can think that you're brilliant, they can even know somewhere inside of them that probably they need your work and that they will hire you at some point. That someday maybe energy is not the energy you want to build your business around. It's too easy to just blame your audience or blame the people in your DMs because the truth is it's not because your work is not valuable, it's not because they're not ready. It's not because you need to pour another free training, another valuable post, another carousel, another behind-the-scenes story out there. It's not about nurturing them more. It's about leadership. They need a pathway, they need to be able to see themselves in your transformation. They need to understand what changes when they actually step in. They need to feel the cost of staying where they are and the possibility of what becomes available when they actually move. Because when those pieces are missing, they don't always just say no. They say maybe, they keep watching, they keep circling that someday may be energy. And then sometimes the most annoying thing ever happens. That loyal person to you that hangs out underneath all your posts and leaves comments about how amazing you are, they make a move, but with someone else. Someone who has a clearer pathway, a stronger message, a more defined offer, a business that actually leads them towards that decision. And you're sitting there like, wait, what? Three weeks ago you told me you didn't have the money, and now you're investing double the price with another coach? Raise your hand if this has happened to you. I know it has happened to me in the past. They weren't lying. They didn't have the money for an offer they didn't yet understand or prioritize or felt let into. And that is the real gap between I love your work and fuck it, I'm in. This is exactly what I need. And that gap does not close with more vibes, it closes with architecture. A lot of you out there are not really building something bigger than this month. You're just showing up. And this is what I call love bombing launches. This is where you are showing up for your audience for a couple of weeks because you decided it's time to go back into the content cave to launch and to really show up and to suddenly be like, I love you, I see you, you're powerful, you're meant for more. This is my free training. Here are 19 stories describing exactly why you need to be in this masterclass. Here's my offer, doors close tomorrow. And then when people don't buy, and you've just given it your all to love bum your audience for this launch that you channeled under the shower and that just felt forced because you needed to do something because you hadn't been showing up in a while, and then you were like, This is it, this is what I need to do. And some people were excited because they're always excited when you show up, but at the end, people don't buy. And then you think, okay, my audience isn't ready, or my audience is broke. But babe, did you build trust? Or did you just emotionally sprint at them for 12 days? Because those things are not the same. A love bomb launch can create attention, it can create some hype, it gets people to watch, but if there's no deeper architecture underneath it, people feel that energy, but they don't necessarily feel the certainty. They might love what you're saying, they might even be moved by what you're saying, but they still don't understand why they need to take the next step with you. They don't understand why this offer is the bridge, they don't understand why now, why you. The quality of what you say has to be stronger. The depth of your architecture has to be stronger. Because there's a difference between content that gets you applause and content that creates buyers. There's a difference between content that makes people say, oh my god, I love her, and content that makes people say, oh my god, this is exactly the room I need to be in. I'm gonna move mountains to be in here yesterday. There's a difference between being visible and being positioned clearly. There's a difference between being inspiring and being understood as the leader of a specific transformation. And that is the missing piece. You might have the sparkles in your business right now, the vibes, the loyal audience. You might have people who are listening and commenting and saying, I absolutely love this. And I really want to celebrate you for that because it's not that you're doing something wrong. Your brand can get attention, your message can make people feel seen, your content can build relationships, but your architecture is what moves them into the sale. One of my clients, Charlotte, she had an amazing podcast for two years running already, loyal following, five-star reviews. People had been listening for those full two years. And oh my god, I've even been listening, and I've been binging it because her voice is amazing, how she brings things is amazing. And when she hired me, I went a little bit deeper into listening to her podcast and understanding why it wasn't landing. Because she hired me for a reason. These people were not buying, they loved her, they trusted her, and they were hanging out in our world. It wasn't like she needed to become more talented, more magical, more qualified, or go create 97 more free episodes to prove herself. She had all of that. The people were already there, but the pathway was not. And it wasn't until we created her spine, her core premium offer, her clear transformation, and a strategic content plan that actually pointed people into that transformation that buyers started to come in. I'm not talking in some sort of heavy, dramatic, slow burner type of way, let me convince you for six months. People were asking about her offer and easily paying four figures within days of their sales call. This is the power of architecture, because when the spine is there and the content starts doing a different job, it's no longer just about expression. It's about direction, it's about intention. It's no longer just post and pray and showing up and creating random podcast episodes that don't really work together, and it's just a book that you read last week or a conversation that you had or a guest expert that wanted to do an exchange with you. No, we bring in intention with how we show up and how we build our legacy business. When you do this, it becomes here's the world I'm building, here's the problem I solve, here's the transformation I lead, here is why your current way is not working, and here is the next move. This is what a lot of coaches, healers, facilitators miss. And yes, we love the person who finally says yes after two years. But if your whole premium sales strategy depends on people eventually connecting the dots on their own, that is not architecture, that is hope. And that is what we built with the architecture. We really build and design a business where she can see herself in the offer way faster so that I can support her faster, so that you can support your clients faster. Especially if your audience has been nurtured for two years, it doesn't take that much to bring in the spine in your business and to design a pathway and to invite people in, taking that next step with you. Like if you have been doing that, if you have been showing up for two years, really creating a movement, community, and you're ready to blow up, please hit me up in my DMs. Because this is the same Charlotte did. And as soon as we started working on this, she earned 20k pounds within just a few months. And before that, she was making less than a thousand pounds per month for a full year. Sitting on this gold mine of people that really resonated with her work but were not buying, collecting internet besties left and right. If you have people listening to your podcast every week, tuning into your content, liking everything that you do, feeling deeply connected to you, loving your work, but they are not leading themselves to a buyer decision because you're not leading them there. They are inspired and they're emotionally supported, but they are just not clearly seeing that bridge between your free content and the actual program where you can transform their lives. This is why the depth of the architecture matters, because your premium offer cannot just be a link. It cannot just be the words DM me if this resonates. It cannot just be something you mentioned when suddenly you decide to launch. Your premium offer needs to become part of the world that you're designing, part of the message, the movement, the way people understand your leadership. So when they hear your content, they're not just thinking, oh, she's good. They're thinking this is it. This is the method, this is the bridge, this is where I want to be, this is what I have been missing in my transformation. And when that happens, the sale becomes so much easier. I hear this all the time from my clients where maybe in the beginning they even had resistance towards sales and marketing. Or they were curious, but it felt like something hadn't fully clicked yet, and they were trying strategies here and there, kind of duct taping their business strategy together. But when you start to treat your premium offer as the spine and the center in your business, everything else becomes easier. You are not trying to drag people across the finish line. You are not trying to manufacture urgency out of thin air. You're not trying to become a completely different person for launch week, love bomb launch week. You're building a permission-based, relationship-based sales pathway where people can give you more and more permission over time. So you're taking them with you on this journey. They can listen to you, binge, scroll, opt-in, they can feel the message, and everything works together. You're not just creating a free masterclass there and a challenge there and an opt-in thing there with a mini magnet or a quiz. Everything works together. And that's when sales become a lot easier. And that's when someone is ready to join you within days, not weeks, months, or years. This is what happens when people start binging the bold expansion podcast. And you might have been feeling it all along as well, where you're like, okay, there's something here. There's something that I've been missing in my business, and I can see that MA can help me with that. I've had many clients come into my world as strangers, binge my bold expansion podcast, go through a bunch of episodes, and then they're just ready to join expense, my signature mastermind, that is four figures, five figures, depending on the offer that you join. And that's not just a one-time thing. It's strangers from the internet who choose me over and over again because of how I design my episodes. And it's not just the strangers, it's also those who hang out with me a little bit longer and they need a bit more time. But if you only have Sandra who joins after two years of binging your content, that is not working. That's not a business by design. And of course, some people take a longer time to join. It's not always about speed. Because when you build this architecture, sure, some people will be ready within days, and others will take longer. But we're not in a rush here. It's about building trust, it's about giving them permission, the depth of the pathway, and knowing that people are moving forward, not randomly, not on referral based only, not a business that is super irreliable and where your nervous system gets stretched and you don't have recurring revenue stacked, so every month it feels like you're starting from scratch. That is not the vibe. That's not what we're building here. And I want you to bring all the sparkle into your business, right? Because yes, we love showing up aesthetically, we love showing up and sharing from the heart and even a little bit of excitement and love bumming here and there. I am not opposed. But it cannot be the whole business model. It cannot be the whole way you communicate with your audience. I want you to build a brand people cannot forget. And I want you to give that brand a spine. Because sparkles without structure, they get attention. But sparkles with architecture, they create a movement. And that is when people stop just loving your work and they start seeing your offer as the obvious next step. That is when your content stops floating around on the internet, collecting likes and attracting internet besties, looking pretty, and it starts becoming a sales pathway with intention. That is when your audience stops saying, one day, and starts saying, I'm in. Let's do this. That is the gap. It's not about making more content or doing a louder launch. It's not another three-week love bombing campaign where you suddenly act like your offer is the center of the universe and then you disappear when the door is closed. It's the depth of your architecture. It's the quality of your message, it's the clarity of your transformation, it's the consistency of the pathway. It is the spine of your business. Now I want to be really clear here because this is important. What I'm talking about with this, I don't do things half-assed. And I know you're the same. You're not showing up here to just create a random business that you do on the side as a little side project. You are here to build a legacy business. And legacy businesses are built by design, not luck. This is where I want you to zoom out for a moment because there's this really big pattern that I see with coaches, heaters, facilitators who are selling premium and it works. People in the world love them, they trust them, they refer, they watch them quietly, consume their content for months or years, and when the timing is right, they start to buy. And we love that. We love the referral, we love the random person buying after two years of watching. We love the woman who has been in your audience for two years, who has never commented on anything and never replied on an email, and then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, slides into your DMs and is ready to work with you. We love Sandra. We love her, she's amazing. I keep mentioning, I keep calling her Sandra, I don't know, I just really resonated with that today. But if the entire premium sales strategy is waiting for Sandra to wake up, waiting for the referral to come through, waiting for the right person to happen to be around at the same time that you are talking about your offer, then what we're talking about is not really business architecture. We're talking luck. And I don't know about you, I'm not saying luck is bad or referrals are bad or organic momentum is bad, because they're great. Let's be real here. It's amazing when you build a brand organically and that people show up and that they trust you and that they resonate and they comment. But when you're building a legacy business, you cannot build the whole thing on just hope alone that people will eventually connect dots on their own. You cannot build a premium ecosystem on the hope that your audience will somehow understand the depth of your transformation and that they will feel the urgency of the timing, that they will know your offer is the right next step, that they can smell it, and that they will move themselves into the room without the business actually being designed to support them making that move. Because a legacy business is not built by accident. A legacy business is built by design. And that is especially true when you are setting premium. Because premium buyers are usually not buying because they saw a cute post, they felt a tiny impulse and they thought, sure, why not? Premium buyers are devoted, they have a burning desire, they are committed, they are looking for something that feels deeper, more sustainable, more held, more aligned with the level of transformation that they're actually ready for. So if your business is built around premium, or if you're thinking about making that transition, of course you can just try and do it half-assed, which I'm not gonna lie, I've done that when I started out because I didn't know about this. I didn't know it's possible to create a whole design, a whole architecture that will make selling premium offers feel so easy and light and natural that you just know that the next one, the next sale is around the corner and that you can stop thinking, was this the last person? Have I dried out my audience? Because when you have the architecture in your business that creates a pathway that matches the depth of the decision that you're asking people to make, that is when sales just come in. Because making a premium buyer decision, it's not always a full body yes. You're stretching your identity, you're stretching who you're becoming, so it's not always gonna feel comfortable. Some of you here are now listening and thinking about joining expands and you already feel that, oh well, I don't think that's for me. And that might actually be the reason why it is for you. Because your old identity is screaming, no, no, no, I want to stay where I'm at because that's comfortable, even though I don't love it and I'm miserable about the results, and I feel that I've so much more power inside of me, but you're still choosing that reality because it is comfortable, it's familiar. And when someone makes a premium buyer decision, they need a premium buyer path. There is only, I would say, 5% of people that can really hold themselves through premium decisions. If you're in a market where people have bought premium before, that becomes a little bit more of a reality because people learn how to walk themselves through those decisions. I've made so many premium buyer decisions in my last five years as an entrepreneur. I've invested 100,000 in business coaches and another 30,000 in personal development. And every time that decision becomes easier and easier because I understand what I'm doing, what I'm investing in, what I'm saying yes to. But not everybody knows all of that. And even for me, I need to be sold to for a premium offer. I'm not just randomly throwing 2,000 or 5,000 or 10,000. 20,000. I'm not throwing that around. I respect my money. So, yes, please sell to me. I love being sold to. And you need to do a good job at that. I'm not just randomly gonna buy something just because you want me to. It needs to make sense to me. And that's why I see so many people get caught because yes, you can have a beautiful offer, a powerful offer, real body of work, and people are paying attention, they're making some sales, but the whole thing still feels too random. A little too dependent on referrals, a little too dependent on someone finally being ready because of their own two-year process that they went through that had nothing to do with you being in leadership in marketing and sales. A little too dependent on launching when they need cash and hoping their audience comes with them. That's a difference between having offers and having a real ecosystem. Because in a premium ecosystem, your masterclass, your group program, your challenge, your stepping stone offer, your spine offer, your VIP offer, your mastermind, your free event, your paid activation, your subscription, your higher level container, all of these pieces are not just random things that you throw into the world because you had an idea and needed something to sell. They each serve a different purpose in the architecture of the business that you are building. And again, this does not mean that you need a million offers or that you need to map out some complicated product suite when you only have one or two things that are actually selling. It simply means that as your business matures, the pieces that you create need to have a reason for existing beyond just I felt like launching this somehow this month. Because a masterclass is different from a challenge. A challenge is different from a group program, a group program is different from a VIP day, a VIP day is different from a mastermind. And every offer needs its own positioning, needs its own place in the ecosystem, in the architecture of your whole business model. And when those things are just floating around separately without a clear relationship to the bigger body of work, the business can start to feel busy, but not necessarily built. And you're still running around collecting small offer prices left and right and trying to chase your leads down because you need more of them, because the volume is not adding up with the price that you're selling. And you haven't locked in your monthly recurrent revenue yet, and your nervous system is a little bit on edge, even though you are making okay money. There is still a gap between feeling really safe and knowing that the next six to twelve months you do not need to worry about anything because new money is coming in, not just the savings that you've created for yourself, but literally having contracts and people paying you and your month not starting at zero. I am not talking about forcing people, pressuring people, or turning your business into some rigid machine that kills the magic. I'm talking about building with enough intentionality that your offers are not random, your launches are not random, your masterclasses are not random, your challenges are not random, and your premium containers are not just sitting there waiting for the occasional Sandra to wake up and realize she is ready. Because yes, Sandra might buy, and yes, the referrals might come through, and yes, someone may be watching quietly right now who is going to become an incredible client later. But the question is, are you building a business that depends on that happening accidentally? Or are you building a business where the right people are being intentionally invited into the depths of your work? That's the distinction. Premium sales can happen by luck. They can happen through referrals. They can happen when Sandra finally decides it's time. They can happen because your energy is incredibly strong that month. But a legacy premium business is not built on waiting for that. It is built by design. And that is exactly why I want to invite you into the premium authority architecture masterclass. Because if what we're talked about here is landing, the answer is not to create another random offer, post harder, discount your work, or wait for the next referral to magically come through. Your business does not need more scattered effort. It needs a spine. It needs the architecture that allows your work, your message, your offers, and your buyer path to actually hold the depth of what you do. Because when your premium sales feel inconsistent, and it's usually not because your work is not powerful enough, it is because the business around the work has not been built to lead people clearly into your transformation. And that is what we're going to map inside this masterclass. I'm going to show you how to stop relying on random launches, referrals, and people eventually getting in and start building a premium business that compounds. We'll look at what actually needs to be in place for premium clients to see you as the obvious choice, trust the depth of your work, and move into your offers without having to over-explain, convince, discount, or perform. This is for the coach, the heater, the mentor, the facilitator, the guide, however you like to call yourself, transformational leader whose work is powerful, but whose business model and your messaging and your sales process right now is not yet reflecting the depth of what you know you can deliver. And especially if you've been eyeing Expand, if it has been on your radar, if you have been feeling that pull, if a part of you knows that this is the kind of business that you are here to build, you need to be in this masterclass. Because this is the conversation underneath expand. The architecture, the premium buyer path, the strategic spine, the shift from scattered offers and inconsistent sales into a business that can actually hold your power, your next level. The Premium Authority Architecture Masterclass is happening on Wednesday, June 24th at 1 p.m. Lisbon time. It is free. It is 90 minutes, and the replay will be available for four days only.
