#53 - The 3-Day Barcelona Mastermind: Being invited on stage & What's Shifting In My Business (S4)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
I just got back from three days in Barcelona at my $20K mastermind's in-person event — and I'm still processing everything it cracked open in me. In this episode, I take you behind the scenes: the triggers, the breakthroughs, the moments of not belonging, and the one stage moment that made me cry and completely changed the direction of my business. This episode is about what happens when you put yourself in a room that's bigger than where you currently are — and what you discover about yourself when you finally stop hiding your most natural gift.
Key Takeaways
⚡ Why putting yourself in a room of 60 high-level leaders accelerates your identity faster than any strategy — and what the "mirror effect" taught me about how I show up online vs. in person
⚡ The moment I switched my mastermind gift from strategy to Millionaire Breathwork™ — my leg was shaking, and what happened next changed everything
⚡ Why I've been hiding my most powerful gift and what finally made me stop — plus the 85/15 shift I'm making in my business right now
⚡ What "inner millionaire" work is and why it's a completely different portal than inner child work — only 8 out of 60 hands stayed up when I asked
⚡ The be-do-have principle that Shoshana kept coming back to — and why most coaches are doing it backwards
⚡ My audacious goal of 30,000 followers by end of year, why I'm saying it out loud, and the business model reason behind it

This is bold expansion. Are you ready? This crazy journey for me of being part of this mastermind started about three months ago, and it all went really, really fast. It wasn't that I had this mastermind on my vision board that I was saving up for it. It didn't really make sense that I joined because I was already part of another mastermind that I'm still in as well. But it just happened really quickly, and I trusted my intuition, I trusted my gods, I know who I'm becoming in this lifetime, and I made choices aligned with that version of myself. So when I was with this mentor, I was following her already for about two years, but I wasn't really interested in hiring her. And then I joined one of her programs, and she just really got me, she really sold me. It was trusting my intuition, it was being decisive because I know what it means to not make a decision. Waiting is also a decision. And of course, I know how to create money, I know how to make that happen. That is a reality for me that I've been living in for many years now because I have a business that can help me achieve everything I want, not the other way around. So when there was this opportunity to join, I did not have all this cash stacked up to join her program. I did not have the intention to find another mentor, but I made it happen. And one of those reasons was that the offer was so insanely good. The offer was obviously her mastermind and everything that it includes, which isn't a killer offer. But this time when she was pitching, she put something on top that I just couldn't ignore. And it was the in-person Europe experience, which, if you are more familiar in this world of coaches, heaters, facilitators, if you're following multiple mentors, I think you know that if you are mostly tuned to the mentors in Europe, which is a choice, which is a flavor, there aren't that many in-person events in Europe, and that makes me really, really sad. There's some smaller events here and there, obviously. I've been organizing my own events with Millionaire Breathwork, festival type of events, really focused on coaches, healers, and facilitators. But in the US, there's a lot more like these events happening. And I flew in last year to experience it myself. I flew in for Freedom Cream Life from Bridget, which was an incredible experience. It was my very first time flying into the US, and it was a massive experience. So when I heard that this other mentor was actually gonna do an in-person event for her mastermind, and I was already sold the two weeks before on the idea of joining, that was a moment where I knew I had to be in. So I didn't even know yet where in Europe it was gonna be, but I knew okay, it's gonna be in fly distance, I'm gonna plan my summer around this, I'm gonna show up for this. Because being in the room with 60 leaders, the whole mastermind is bigger, but not everybody flew into Europe. Most people from Europe came and a few people from the US also joined. But this was really something that I knew I wanted to be in that room. So compared to Freedom Queen Live, it was a different experience because there it was an open event. Anybody could join. Anybody in the US who had 500 euros, they didn't need to have a background of investing into Bridget. I wasn't in Bridget's bigger program. But this was really part of the experience of my mentor. And for those who want to know who she is, Shoshana Raven, she can trigger the fuck out of you. She is this incredible woman who just decided to go all in on life, is living her best life. She talks about the war on happy people, and she is just going for it. And she does it with a business model that resonates so much with mine. For the first two years, I was not ready to work with her. I was not ready to hire her. I hired other mentors because I wasn't there. I wasn't in the match for where she was energetically. And I'm not saying that she's higher or lower, but at this point in my life, she is someone that I want to anchor towards. Like an energy that I feel I can learn from. She's not the only energy I'm anchored into. I'm not a mini her. We all learn our own things. And she also makes this really clear. This is what I make really clear in my programs. You're not meant to copy your mentor, you're meant to do your own thing. And I'm saying this in case you're like, oh my God, Shoshana Raven triggers me. I cannot work with MA now. That is not per se true. My mentor doesn't need to be yours. But if you are curious and if you want to have a little dose of insanity, I would suggest to follow her. She has an incredible book written, she is doing incredible things. But yeah, she triggers. One of the things that you do need to watch out for when you hire your mentor, which I look out for, is that sure, there should be a healthy trigger, but you also need to feel at home. Like, yes, this is someone I want to learn with, I want to grow with. Even when there is no's and there's reasons not to join, that inner voice, when it's loud, it gets really loud. And everybody has a different way of hearing your own inner yes. So I challenge you to find that and to probably already know that. I want to talk with you about Barcelona. Because she put Barcelona in the offer, I knew I needed to be there, and I was excited to meet her, a little bit triggered still. It's not completely gone my trigger towards her, but also really excited to meet the community. Her offer is very community-based, very energetic based. There is a lot of strategy in there, but a lot of people just join for the vibes. There were some people that were actually beginners that joined for the vibes. I would not recommend that personally, but they were really fun to be around because they had a certain caliber around themselves. And this is also the reminder that you do not need to be in a certain place yet to carry yourself in a certain way. Then there were also multimillionaires in the room that I could calibrate to again, which was one of the reasons why I wanted to put myself in that room. People that I had been following for years on Instagram, and just to see them in the space and to experience how they were being. This was very interesting because sometimes it was a match with how I had perceived certain people online, and sometimes it wasn't. And they were much more quiet or much less social than I would have expected. And maybe they just didn't like me. That could be the case as well. And this is one of the gifts that this experience gave me again, and that sank even deeper after the second in-person experience because I saw the mirror effect. I saw the mirror effect of recognizing people from online and having a totally different experience of their presence. And now not just mirroring that on them, but mirroring that back on me and seeing what that meant for me because I also realized people are not perceiving me the exact same way as I post. You might not have a full image of who I actually am. My energy is very radiant. I laugh a lot, I bring a lot of humor in, I have a lot of lightness, I have a lot of depth too. And I have a lot of seriousness, directness, Dutch directness, but there's a lot of lightness around me as well. And that was one of the things I wanted to bring more into my content after realizing. And also the connection to Tantra and the spice. I have been a little bit more vocal about that the last year, but not that much. And it is a big part of me and who I am. So this was a beautiful mirror that I got, especially because during this event I made a different choice than I did at Freedom Queen Life. At Freedom Queen Life, I thought I need to have my own hotel room because then I have my sacred space where I can just retreat and be myself. Also, I didn't really know anybody at this event, so I didn't even know how to connect with anybody to share a room. But this time I already realized from the last experience and from feedback from others who had amazing experiences with sharing the room with someone. So I decided to find a roomie and to share the experience. And oh my god, I'm so happy I did that. I was in a WhatsApp group with some European people from the from the Vortex, the mentor the mastermind I'm in, and some people were already talking about sharing a room, and I decided, okay, I'm gonna book one of the rooms and I'm gonna find someone that I feel I resonate with, and I can share the space with. So there was one woman that I already had seen. I loved her energy. I wanted to see if she wanted to be roomies with me, and she wanted that, so yay! And that made me feel more excited because going to these events, especially going alone, can be a little bit nerf-wracking because you don't know what to expect, you don't have your anchor point in the room, and it's a bit more lonely, right? And when you put yourself in these rooms, even if you've never been to anything like this, but you've been to festivals or just to retreats, there's always this initial beginning where you're kind of wondering, how do I fit in? Where do I fit in? There's some judgment going on, and having a room it really takes that away because I had someone to kind of have this pre-conversation with or like what do you wear? How are you preparing for this? Which was really, really fun. I didn't want to be tired from the flight, so I took like a chill flight, and I arrived at a good time in the afternoon, and the event would start in the evening, and there was someone hosting a workshop during the day that sounded really cool, was about branding. There was a lot of cool people attending. So, okay, this would be nice to already get to know some people, but I also felt like I wanted to really settle and to find my energy, find my ground, to just be in a hotel room. I had some work that I wanted to do as well as I was there one or two hours, and so I decided to do that. And I was also sharing the flight with two other women, two Dutch women who were also coming. There were actually quite some Dutchies, which I really loved. There were really, really cool Dutch people there attending, and there were cool people anyway, that were like everybody was really unique. My mentor also says sometimes that it's the female burning man for entrepreneurs. It was a bunch of weirdos, but in the best way possible. And the more I got to know them throughout the days, the more I started to see how much it made sense, and the more I started to see how human everybody was. So the first day I skipped on that extra masterclass, and I went into the room, my roomie was there. That was the first moment meeting her. It was really nice. I felt really good about that. And she actually went to the workshop, so I had some time by myself in the hotel to settle in and to prepare myself and to do a little bit of work. And when I'd done that, she came back. We dressed up together, which was one of the fun parts of having a roomie, especially as a woman, you know, you want to look good. We got this dress code for every day of the event. And at the end of the event, there was also a content day or content midday, and I didn't know what to expect from that exactly. There wasn't that much information shared, so yeah, I packed for that, but that was also a bit of a conflict with my own presence and style guide and how I want to be perceived. And it was very the last day, it was very much pink and panther. That was the style. For the first night, we had the welcome party at the rooftop, which was rock star white. So everybody was in white, and that was really fun because when we were going up towards the rooftop, we could already see everybody wearing white. So you could recognize who was going here, who's part of this, and yeah, I didn't know almost anyone of them. I had seen some of them in the Zoom calls in the Zoom room, but not like this, right? So it was a little bit of like, ooh, testing the waters. Who am I gonna talk with? So I just decided to talk with a bunch of people and to see their vibe and to just make connections and feel how I was feeling, but also I knew that my energy was a bit low, my bleed was coming up, so yeah, the two days before that, my energy drops, my brain gets a little bit more foggy, and socializing is not what I would normally do in this time. But I also don't believe in completely using everything as an excuse. My psycho is here, so I cannot do XYZ. And I knew this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be in Barcelona, and I constantly chose to override my natural energy flow. I come from burnout, I've had one and a half years of severe burnout, and I know what it means to test my limits, to test my boundaries. I spent about three hours socializing, I met incredible women. There were some awkward conversations where we were all kind of like, who is this person? What are we gonna talk about? Obviously, there was some judgment in my mind. There were some moments that I was standing by myself, and I was like, Okay, who do I approach? But it was all good, it was all part of it, and I was slowly landing and finding my place, and yeah, it felt good. And then there was this moment where I met two women. We were standing at the same time at this spot after the group photo, and we just started talking, and it flowed so nicely. This is the type of conversation that I would imagine when you completely feel at home right away from the first moment. It wasn't the first moment. I had some conversations before that. I also had met my roomie, which was really nice. But this was really the moment where I was like, oh, now it makes sense. It all makes sense, and this feels good. And it doesn't mean that after that the whole event never had any trigger moments anymore, or that I didn't feel like I belong, or that I wasn't looking like, okay, where am I gonna sit today in the conference room? But it felt really good. It was a beautiful conversation about human design and where we lived, and we went into all these rabbit holes of things that I love to geek out about anyway in the coaching industry and facilitation and just talking about our gifts, our powers, what we're here to do. Oh, it was such a juicy conversation. And at the end, when one of us was gonna get some drinks and we knew that the magic triangle of our conversation was gonna break, we just went in for a group hug, and that was really beautiful. And then I went out to find the toilet, and I was in the hallway, and I felt my own energy again, away from everybody, and I realized, okay, yeah, this was really good, and there's a few more days, so it's okay to protect my energy now. I stayed a little bit on the hallway to have another conversation with a really cool person, and then I decided, okay, I'm gonna go to bed, I'm gonna wind down. And I did that. My roomie came in a little bit later, and yeah, we just had a good night of sleep. And in the morning, and this is something I'm really happy about, I do my morning jumping. I call it jumping, but it's like this routine of 15 minutes of doing lymphatic drainage exercises that really feel like a cup of coffee. I don't drink coffee, it makes me really hyper. And since I've been doing this about seven months in now, almost every day, there's been one period where I was sick for three weeks, but besides that, almost every day I'm doing these exercises. So I asked her, Would you like to join me? And I do this always when I'm staying somewhere, when I'm traveling, you don't need anything for this routine, you just need to stand and jump. And I invited her and she wanted to join. So, since that day, every morning for three days, we did the morning jumping together, which was really fun. Best roomie I could have asked for. And she also told me after that she is continuing this. There are so many people out there now who are doing this jumping because I introduced it to them, and that feels so fun. So the second day started, and this was the official opening. This is where we had the opening from Shoshana, where she walked in in her tutu. She's a little bit crazy, crazy, crazy, but yeah, there is a lot of gold in what she does as well. Would I ever wear an outfit like that? Hell no. But do I love it for her? Yes. And it's this big permission slip of being expressed, being yourself, truly being authentic. Because this is authentic for her. I believe her. I believe this is her. And I believe that there's a lot of value in staying open around her energy fields because there's a lot that I can learn from her. So we found our seats for most part of the day, and this was the hot seat coaching that we normally also do in Zoom every other week or so. And this actually was in person, which was really, really cool. I was quite upfront, so it was really nice to see how she was responding. There were really brave questions, and they came from all different angles. They were about identity, how to hold yourself. They were about how to get back to six-figure months when you've had a dip because of external factors, like very vulnerable questions that expanded my world, expanded the problems that you get at a higher level. And also just some questions that you just need to be reminded of sometimes, where you can see it for others. I can see it for others. I'm a business coach, so I can coach my clients very easily, but sometimes you don't see your own shadows. And when you listen to these questions, there's always some gold in it for you as well. That's why I love masterminds because sometimes people ask the question you didn't even know you had. And then after this hot seat part, we went into mastermind in groups. So we were divided in groups and we ended up with seven women, and we all had to do 15 minutes of give and take. And give is you give something to the group, whether that's a strategy that has been working or something else. And the take is a question where you can use their brains. These women are all they're all top-notch. This is not the same as sitting with a business bestie who is also unexperienced in business and doesn't really know what they're talking about. It's amazing if you're doing that, but don't use as as a distraction to actually learn from people who know what they're doing and who have done what you want to do. That's a very big distinction here. So we had this group, and there was a group leader who was timing us, and we all did our give and take. When it was my turn, after about four rounds, I really felt that I wanted to shift what I initially had thought to give as a gift. I wanted to give some strategic gifts that had been working really well for me and my business, but I decided to switch it up and do a little bit of millionaire breath work. My methodology with breath work. I only had a few minutes, so I dropped them in really quick, used some music to guide them and really helped them activate their inner millionaire, connect with their inner millionaire, feel their own power so that they could land even more into this mastermind experience. Because this was one of the things I was missing a little bit, the drop-in moments where it wasn't all hype and upward energy, but also where there was more grounding energy. That was something that I was creating for myself throughout different moments of the day. But this was something that I missed from the organization. It was very chaotic, it was very hype, very high energy. And that is amazing for moments, but for me to really let breakthroughs land, this was what I was missing. So I decided to bring that in. And it was very interesting because as soon as I did this breath work, which I've been doing that for years by now, I noticed my system being nervous. Nervous around giving this to these women to really quote unquote out of myself as the part of breath work that I share, instead of just going to the easy way of strategy, which feels easier to me, which is not actually true because breath work is even more easy. It's so natural, it's so natural for me to just put on music, guide people through some portal, and to let them connect to their highest self. So when I was doing this, my my leg was shaking a bit. And that's a cue. That's a cue. Something is up here, something doesn't feel like it's my natural state. So I took note of that. And then we went on to the other gifts and asks, and the gifts were amazing, the asks were amazing, the asks got really good answers that I was also taking notes on. And then at the end, we all wrote a little note to each other with some takeaways. If we had extra takeaways that didn't fit in the time, and we had to vote who had the best gif. So I voted for someone that already inspired me, and yeah, then later on, the best gifts from all different groups would be called on the stage so we could all receive the best give, which is a very excited moment as well. We had done this mastermind experience before online as well. This happens once a quarter in my mastermind, but this was really beautiful to do this in person as well. One of the things that I already started noticing here for myself was the connection. Connection between wanting to give strategy and then moving towards breath work, where it was more of my excitement, and how little I had been sharing my breath work the last couple of months, and how much I had been prioritizing strategy, even though my heart really lights up from this, and it's something that I feel in my power when I'm giving this, even more so than with strategy. So this was also a note. During the whole event, I was just taking notes for myself, paying close attention to my thought process, my limiting beliefs. And another cool thing with my breath work was that I asked them because I love co-creating breath work, I asked them to say one word of a trigger that they had felt being in this space. And also a positive outcome that they wished. So I kind of co-created it. But what stood out to me was the trigger that I asked because these women that I really had high, like I really saw them and I really felt their power, their presence. And they mentioned triggers that I had been feeling too. Some said quiet, some said belonging, or yeah, there were all these triggers that made sense in my world. After the masterminding, we had lunch, and then there was a presentation from the group leaders to announce the winner. I saw my group had one clear winner. Those who didn't had two papers who had a tie and they would throw it in the in the head, and the one who was chosen was then the winner. And I saw my group didn't have that, so I figured, okay, for sure that I didn't win then because I didn't feel I was the strongest. And then it was the turn of our group. She pulled the cards, and guess what? Everybody voted for me. Well, I don't know if it was everybody, I don't know the counts, but I was the winner. And I noticed because I was paying attention to myself, I noticed a part of me was like, huh? And another part was like, obviously, because it was really good. So there is this inner duality where I haven't fully claimed my power within my breath work, even though when I'm sharing, I get this insane feedback. I have insane testimonials. I've had clients doing a $28,000 launch after doing my breath work, just one breath work because they were about to give up and they didn't sell any spots for their mastermind. And then they kept going for another week and sold three spots. I've had someone pitching their highest offer yet, $21,000, and selling it because they felt freaking confident after that breath work on that sales call. So they were like, fuck it, I'm worth so much more. This is the actual price. I'm embodied in it. Let's go. And they said yes. I've had someone who was stuck for 23 months between the $120,000 and $180,000. 23 months, she created her own invisible ceiling here. And we did one millionaire breathwork and we broke through her ceiling. We broke through her ceiling that month she finally reached the 200,000. And before our breath work, she didn't see it happening. The strategy wasn't adding up to that outcome. Millionaire breath work is an amplifier. These are results in strategies that they were already executing. But also the breath work does identity work. You become such a powerful version of yourself. You connect to your purpose again, to your vision. You feel your confidence, you understand your why. Like this is serious. And I've been hiding it. I've been hiding it because a part of me feels scared about it, scared about the power. And so I won this round from my group, which meant I had to give my gift to everybody. I get to give my gift to everybody. But I was about to start my bleed. I wasn't feeling as confident. I felt a little bit shaky. So I just sat with that, I was like, well, whatever is gonna happen is gonna happen. And I started to realize that my subconscious put me here by changing my gift to breath work and realizing these people are the perfect match for millionaire breathwork. These people are the ones that can really receive the medicine because what they're doing, they're already in their power, they're already moving, they're already doing the thing. And then putting millionaire breath work on top of that, that's a game changer. So luckily, we run a bit out of time. So the gifts could only do until group four, and I was group five. So I would start the next morning. I had a bit more time to prepare. And then in the evening, we went for dinner. I had a beautiful night, had beautiful conversations. We were close to the beach in Barcelona. Not everybody went to the same dinner. We all were in different little groups, and I met some people going to the beach. I was like, okay, that sounds fun. I'm gonna join you guys. My roomie joined, some other people I spoken to joined, and there were just beautiful conversations about the day, about the breakthroughs, about life. These women really get me. So this sense of belonging started to grow, and with that, also my confidence in the breathwork share. The only thing was that I knew the give could only be five minutes, and my give in the masterminding was nine. So I had to find a way to shorten the breathwork even more and have a little bit of an introduction. So yeah, that was on my mind. After the dinner, I decided to walk home for 40 minutes. Two other women joined me and we got our steps in, and then I was home going to bed. And in the morning, I was gonna wake up a little bit earlier to prepare for the breathwork that needed to be shortened. Again, that morning with my roomie, we did the jumping, which felt amazing. I did feel quite tired, but I slept a lot and I felt ready. I felt ready. So we went downstairs and to the conference room. I went in a little bit earlier to talk with the music guy to prepare everything for my five-minute breath work. And yeah, it was time to wait for the opening. There was a little bit of a dance, a little drop-in moment of this gorgeous woman who was such a beautiful dancer. And right after it was my turn. I was announced, I was called up on the stage, I felt a little bit shaky, but I was walking with the fur anyway because that is how you grow. And so I had this mic, I was asking the group, who year has done inner child work? All hands went up. 60 hands up in the air. Then I asked, okay, who year has done inner millionaire work? Only eight hands stayed up, and that's where I got their attention. So I explained why this work is so important because you can look at the past, your inner child, and you can heal the past, but you're still in the past. And if you want to build something extraordinary that you haven't done before yet, that many people have not done, and there's not that many examples, you need to tap into a different source, a different source of power. And this is what I call the inner millionaire. And this is where my breathwork journeys guide you towards to talk to the highest version of you that is also on the highest abundant timeline. And so, in these final minutes that I had, the introduction was about 30 seconds. I had about four and a half minutes of music, and I guided them through this journey of meeting their inner millionaire and asking them the question of how they could get even more out of this experience. Imagine asking that to your inner millionaire and to hear what your inner voice has to say. Millionaire breath work is not about me forcing my ideas on you, it's about you connecting to your body, your inner world, and finding your truth within that. So when my session ended, they opened their eyes, they stared at each other with power, and then they all applauded. When I walked back to my seat, I got hugs, I got people whispering, Oh my god, that was amazing. And I received it. There were three more gifts, and they were also incredible. And then it was time for a break. And during the break, it really landed for me because so many women went out of their way to speak to me and to thank me for this five-minute breath work. And I would say seven, I'm pretty sure there were seven, who walked up to me and said, Wow, that was amazing. I cried, and there was a little voice in me that was like, Well, that was only five minutes, it wasn't the best that I ever did, it wasn't the strongest transformation. I do bigger breath works normally of 35 minutes, where really portals are opened. And there was another part of me that knew, of course, of course, you cried. Millionaire breath work and inner millionaire work is powerful, and this is a room that can meet that power. And also the big realization came back that I had been feeling the day before, I had been hiding it. Breath work is my most natural gift, and I had been under playing it. So I was looking at okay, what do I do? Because having this breakthrough is one, but then taking action with it is what actually moves things. So, right now in my business, it had been about 85% strategy and 15% breath work. I'm gonna make a shift here. It's gonna be more 50-50, it's gonna be more equal, and this comes from knowing the power of breath, knowing the power of intention, slowing down identity work besides strategy, because it's always be do have. And this is something Shoshana was also talking a lot about in her answers during the hot seats, in her just her being, in her talking. It is about be do have, be the version that is a match for the outcome. Do the things that that person would do, and then you can actually have the outcome. It's not the other way around. You cannot focus on having, having, having because you're doing it from the wrong energy. Bringing in more of the breath work was something that I was inspired by when I was living in Bali for six months, where almost every meeting was opened with a drop-in. And I had been doing that in my mastermind, and I am devoted to bringing that back, but not just in my mastermind, because I also realized I have been hiding millionaire breathwork in my highest tier, in the X-Ben Mastermind. Once a month we have a session, and they all have access to 45 plus breathworks, all in the three pillars of the inner millionaire method. And this is only available inside the X-Ben Mastermind. So I don't know how yet, but very soon I'm gonna launch the Millionaire Breathwork Club, which will give a lot more people access to this powerful medicine. If you want the invitation for this, if you want to be on the wait list, DM me the word club on Instagram. But also, I wanted to do something now, and I felt inspired, and riding the wave of inspiration is so powerful. So, what I am doing right now, I am hosting the Lionsgate Millionaire Breathwork Experience on the 8th of the 8th. It just made so much sense because of the energy we're in right now with this Lionsgate portal, because the 4th of August is my birthday. I am a Leo baby, and also because Millionaire Breathwork just really fits all of this. Meeting your inner millionaire during the highest peak of the Lionsgate portal. And I'm gonna do it for free. You're invited, you can find your invitation if you DM me on Instagram, Lionsgate. Then I will make sure that you get the invite, or come and hang out under my posts and just ask for it there. And invite your friends because the frequency in the room matters. Everybody is part of this experience. Yes, I am the initiator, but as the participant, you bring your energy to the field as well. So after this experience in Barcelona, the event continued. We did more hot seat coaching, more incredible questions that just gave me so much inspiration and so much more respect for the women who were standing up and being brave and vulnerable and sharing. And it was such a safe space. You could see that all these women were able to drop. And I think a big part of this was also because we all knew every single person in this room was part of the bigger experience, was part of the vortex, the full year program. Every single one in this room joined for at least one year. And for me, that was more than 20,000 euro investment. So most people in that room had done a minimum of that investment as well. And that creates safety because we put our intention in this is what we really want. And money is a big symbol for that. And after this final hot seat coaching, we went into the part of the content day. The part that I was very curious about of this experience, but also a bit nervous because there were a lot of women, and this was one of my triggers, who were very expressed, very expressed, and very loud and very comfortable having their phone up all the time, filming everything. And that was actually one of my triggers. There were some dancing moments, some spontaneous dancing moments, which is pretty cool that that happened. But I am used to aesthetic dance. I'm used to bare feet, eyes closed, not talking, being in my zone. This was not that. So I felt triggered by this. I tried to surrender into it. It didn't really work, I'm gonna be really honest with you. But also, good on them that they felt really comfortable with this. After this, I did feel a little bit scared for the content day, and also we were promised that there was a little bit of guidance, that we were gonna do some preparation and thinking about it, but we actually did not. And for me, the content day was a very stressful experience. I was very blessed with the women who were supporting me, and some people had thought this through beforehand, so some people had a vision, and I was standing next to someone who had, and I kind of tagged along, and that was really nice. So my phone also didn't have any storage, so I still need to collect some of the videos that we made from those who helped me with that, but yeah, it was overall an okay experience, but my nervous system was really on edge, and because of that, I wasn't able to create really good content, and I was not prepared, I hadn't really given it much thought beforehand, I didn't know what to expect, but yeah, this is what you see on Instagram when you see a big group of women creating reels together, and actually it was kind of fun, but yeah, I think my nervous system wasn't fully prepared for this. So, would I personally bring a content day like this to in-person experiences if I would create them? Well, the answer might surprise you. I would say yes, because yes, I would. I think it's really powerful, but I would completely design it differently. More somatically approved, more strategy behind it, more structure. Yeah, it was an experience. And at the end of the content moment, there was a group photo that I missed half of it from because we were doing a shooting for someone that needed a bunch of women for her women retreat. It was the end. And the end meant that the official guided part was over, but most of us were staying another day, so we had more time to connect, spend time together, to have lunch the next day, which was incredible. Also, in the evening, we went on a little walk to do more photos with another group of women that I met, also from the Vortex. So there was still a lot happening, and yeah, it was it was beautiful. I got so much inspiration from this event. I'm so happy I went. I'm so happy I'm part of this mastermind. I actually got inspired by this as well to create my own retreat inside of my mastermind expand, which I was already doing. It's called Rich and Regulated, and there are still some spots. It's happening in November. If you have been eyeing Expand, reach out to me, please, because there's a special deal right now with the retreats included. And I got so much inspiration for hosting that because what I'm designing with Rich and Regulated is really this portal for activating your wealthy leader identity. And of course, there were things that I'm gonna use, and there's things that I'm gonna remove because not everything I enjoyed from this experience, as you have heard. I am a critic, but I loved it overall. It was a bit chaotic at times, the end especially and some other moments, and even the preparation, there was very little communication, and yeah, it was really a practice of surrendering. If you don't like chaos, if you are attached to structure, then this probably was not for you. And this brings me to my final point because at the lunch the day after, with these incredible women that started to feel much more like family at that point already. I was talking with someone who wanted to have accountability buddies for getting more visible, growing her profile. She had grown an account to 100,000 followers before, but now she wanted to grow another one. And I was like, heck yeah, let's go. And now we're in this little group that we're gonna meet once a month with, and we just have a group chat to talk things through about visibility. And I've set an audacious goal for myself. One of the reasons why is because I do want to launch the Millionaire Breathwork Club, but I teach strategy, I know that with a small following, which is the case for me right now, you can make a shit ton of money, you can have incredibly powerful premium offers, but launching a membership is not the most profitable thing. And if you're gonna focus fully on that, which I've done two years ago, it's a whole other story of when I launched my breathwork membership in the beginning when I started this journey. It flopped. I had almost no signups, and I spent three months creating it, and then there was one person in it for four months, and I made 400 euros off it. That is not sustainable. Your business model matters so much in your business. So I do want to launch this, but I do want to make it make sense. So I want to have more followers so that the Millionaire Breathwork Club actually has a potential, has the potential to actually become something big because numbers do matter, and at the same time, you don't need a big audience to have a big business, but it depends on what type of business you want to build. And if I want my membership to be successful, then growing my audience is a part of that. So my goal is to have 30,000 followers by the end of the year. I'm saying it out loud to hold myself accountable. If I can go beyond this goal, it means that I'm gonna put my focus towards top funnel content of growing my audience, of doing strategies to grow, and you can support me with that. If you think somebody should know about my work, if you think somebody should join the millionaire breathwork experience in the Lions Gate, just send it to them. And if you enjoyed this podcast episode or any other, just send it to them. You are really doing me a massive favor here by reaching the right people. So, one more time, an invitation for you to join the Lions Gate. Send me Lionsgate on Instagram and I'll make sure that you get the link and bring your friends. The frequency matters. If you are curious about expand, about the rich and regulated retreats, DM me the word expense and we can have that conversation together. And I want to close up by just saying that I leave this experience, this Barcelona experience, with more inspiration than I could have asked for. So much ideas for content creation, so many new friends that truly get my vision and my ambition. I leave with an open heart because there was a lot of judgment in the beginning, which actually created this portal to go through that and to open more and to see those incredible women for who they truly are, beyond the trigger that I felt. I'm still a little bit triggered, obviously, but that's okay. If there's no trigger, there's no growth. And that's the invitation, not the problem. For me, this experience was really the gift that keeps on giving. Feeling more connected, more motivated, even now that I'm home. Having some conversations to reflect, being in the online Zoom call, and all of a sudden feeling so much more at home after having met these women in person. New soul friends, and of course the Visibility Accountability Group that have three other women in it to continue this path. And I'm so happy that I got to share this experience with you and to help you also find some inspiration because these in-person experiences they change everything. They are portals, they are accelerators, they are so fun. And I would love to organize something like this in Europe. Probably a one-day event, probably in Lisbon. If this is something you're excited about, send me a message about this. Because to organize this, I need people. It's not going to be something happening in the next couple of months, but in 2027, this will happen. So send me a message if you are excited because that makes me make this more of a priority. Okay, loves. This is it. Wishing you a beautiful day. And if anything landed for you from this episode, slide into my DMs. I would love to hear it.
