The shiur focused on discussing the laws and regulations surrounding various activities prohibited on Shabbos, particularly in the context of building, writing, and agricultural work. Yitzie led the discussion through several melachos (prohibitions), including building and striking final blows, plowing and weeding, and writing two letters, explaining the conditions under which each action would be considered forbidden. He emphasized that even a small amount of work could be considered Chayev (liable) if it meets certain criteria, such as lasting beyond Shabbos or improving the work. Yitzie also touched on the concept of writing two letters with different intentions or tools, noting that the action would be considered Chayev if it involves marking or permanent writing.
