Well welcome. I'm glad you're here today. Are you ready to hear the word of God preached? Grab a pen and paper to take notes. I mean, that's really important as far as my opinion, whether you take notes or not, because some of the things that I'll say might go by quickly, but might have a very special meaning for you. So not to write down the things that I say, but especially to write down the scriptures that are mentioned, so that if you want to, you can study further on God's word for that. Grab a pen and paper, take notes, write down the Bible verses, and uh you'll be able to do a Bible study on the topic. What's the topic? Your authority in Christ. Because Christ has given us this authority, he says we can now come boldly into the throne of grace, not by our own merits or bringing our own sacrifice, but based on his merits and his sacrifice. He's making it possible for us to come to the Father by faith, for without faith, it's impossible to please God. Because of what Jesus has done for us, this is no longer a throne of judgment for us. If you are truly a born-again believer, a spirit-filled believer, we won't go to the throne of judgment. There's a judgment seat for us, but it's it's basically to receive the rewards for those things which you have done for Christ in this world. The people that don't accept Christ, the people that reject Jesus as their savior, they'll go to the judgment seat. But we are going to a mercy seat filled with grace. Let's remember that no matter what God gives us for success, it's not for us to boast about in ourselves. We boast about what He has done for me. And in other words, like I said about these three shows, I didn't I didn't place these shows on 300 stations around the world. God did. Because I don't know anybody in the Philippines or the Netherlands or Ireland. These stations just on their own found my 700 free radio shows and downloaded them and play them on their stations. As born-again believers, we serve the Lord and each other, and that's important too. There's a lot of people that go to church every Sunday, they feel real comfortable with their relationship with Christ, but they don't do anything to serve others. That's pretty normal among most people, but it's not normal for a born-again believer to reject or ignore the problems of others. Now, if you can't get down and dirty, if you will, if you can't go on a missions trip to help people that are in need, as I said, you can support programs like mine, you can support programs that go around the world and evangelize throughout the world. If you are supporting them financially, you'll benefit from them with blessings that are coming from God. Next, your authority in Christ comes from God and it's explained clearly in the Bible. That's why it's important to have a daily Bible reading time. We are Christ's ambassadors wherever we go. If you're a Christian, most people know you're a Christian, and you're his ambassador. So if you participate in the dirty jokes or watch the dirty movies and whatever that they commit, that commit, I should say, like committing a sin that they watch, you're no better than the common man, and we need to be set apart as his ambassadors. It you should be such a good ambassador for for Christ. That is, if you walk into a room and they're telling a dirty joke, they'll stop talking because they know you represent Christ, you've got a relationship with Christ, and it's important for us to live according to the way Christ has told us to live. Scripture reference? We are Christ's ambassadors. God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, come back to God. And that's one of the main things we do as ambassadors. We seek out people who are clearly not living according to God's laws. We invite them to learn more about Jesus. I use compliments sometimes whenever people say, Well, how did you do that? And I say, Jesus, would you like to know more? In other words, they just observe me doing something that's correct, that's right, that's Christ-like. And they say, How did you do that? And I say, By the power of the Holy Spirit within me, would you like to know more? And that's kind of my kickoff to leading people to Christ. It's important for us to be an ambassador wherever we go. We need to live as a Christian. And oh, this is interesting. I've heard this before a couple of times, but it's worth repeating. If you were arrested for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence in your life to convict you in a court of law? For some believers, that's true. For some, it's not.
