I want to be healthy. You want to be healthy? Hi, Pastor Ed Brady, and we're doing God's Promises podcast today on health. Again, the last podcast got good feedback on the topic of health. So we're doing health part two. And as we did in the first one, all the information is coming from God's Creative Power for Healing by Charles Capps. God's Creative Power for Healing, a little booklet that condenses the key verses on healing from God's Word into a little pamphlet that we can study every day and be healthy. First, we look at John 10 10 and John 6.63. You have given me abundant life. I receive that life through your word and it flows through every organ of my body, bringing healing and health. I forgive others as Christ has forgiven me, for the love of God is shed abroad in my heart and by the Holy Ghost. That's from Matthew 6.12 and Romans 5.5. The reason Charles Caps mentions unforgiveness, I believe, in this pamphlet is that unforgiveness can cause bad health. You must forgive others. Jesus said we must forgive others and pray for them. Unforgiveness can cause bad health. So from Matthew 6.12, Romans 5.5, I am free from unforgiveness and strife. It's so important for us to focus on what doing what the Bible tells us to do and not say, well, you know, that I tried that and it didn't work. Well try it again. No evil will befall me, neither shall any plague come near my dwelling. We're quoting Psalm 91, 10 and 11, and Proverbs 12, 28. Psalm 91, 10 and 11, and Proverbs 12 28. For you have given your angels charge over me, they keep me in all my ways, in my pathway is life, healing, and health. Again, Psalm ninety-one, ten and eleven, and Proverbs twelve, twenty eight. No evil will befall me, neither shall any plague, any sickness come near my dwelling. For you have given your angels charge over me. They keep me in all my ways. In my pathway is life, healing, and health. Claim that for yourself. Stand up to the devil. Tell him to go. He needs to get out of here in the name of Jesus. One more, Matthew 8:17, John 6.3. Jesus took my sins, he bore my sicknesses on the cross. Therefore, I refuse to allow sickness to dominate my body. The life of God flows within me, bringing healing to every fiber of my being. We're looking at health from a biblical perspective, and we're getting the information from God's creative power for healing by Charles Caps.
