100% Maybe
Welcome to 100% Maybe — a podcast from Community Life Church in Gulf Breeze, FL. We’re committed to exploring the truth of Scripture in context, and talking about what it looks like to live out our faith in practical ways. We admit we don't have it all figured out, but we see how transformation can happen when we study in community and grow in our walk with Jesus.
Each episode is an honest conversation about the Bible, life, and faith — with room for questions, tension, and discovery. While we may not know everything, we believe we can live with confidence in Christ and let our love for God overflow into our love for others.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, practical, and sometimes challenging discussions about what it means to walk with Jesus in today’s world, you’re in the right place!

Ep. 17 - Kingdom Rhythms: Love Your Neighbor
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What does it really mean to love your neighbor—and why does Jesus respond the way He does?
This week on 100% Maybe, we spend time in Luke 10 and the conversation that leads to the parable of the Good Samaritan. A lawyer, confident in his understanding of the law, asks Jesus how to inherit eternal life and then follows it with a telling question: “Who is my neighbor?” Luke tells us he asked this in an effort to justify himself—believing he was already loving God fully and keeping the law.
Building on last week’s episode on prayer, we explore why Jesus doesn’t start with behavior, but with the heart. If love for God truly comes first, it should shape the way we see ourselves, our motives, and the way we love others. Before we ask how to love our neighbor, we may need to ask whether our love for God is actually forming us in the way we think it is.
This episode invites us to slow down, examine our assumptions, and listen closely to what Jesus is revealing—not just about loving others, but about the posture of our own hearts.
