Happy Thanksgiving! And Other Musings

The holiday season is in full swing! Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and joy. If the holidays bring up difficult feelings or trigger anxiety about gatherings, remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. No plans or nowhere to go? That’s perfectly okay — treat yourself to whatever lights you up.
In this episode, I share some simple, intentional ways I’m infusing joy into my days—mostly thanks to the funny videos on my Facebook feed. Plus, I tell the story of how I accidentally grew an onion alien — it was pretty gross! Also, I’m currently sporting a new deodorant that has me smelling like Jason Momoa – I think (so random!).
