Welcome to Season 2—it’s official. We’re in it now.

Kicking off Season 2 is crystals. They aren’t just pretty rocks; they like to be wined and dined with great conversation. I’ve shifted how I think about their procurement, and now I see them as part of a growing list of roommates. Move over, houseplants—the crystals are coming through. Turns out I have more relationships than I realized.

I also share the layers of awareness that humans reside in and move through, and what layers dogs and cats tend to inhabit most consistently.

Hold on to your stylish trucker ball caps—expansion is yours for the taking.

Hi besties. Welcome to Me Time Musings. I'm Jess. And welcome to season two. I know it. It's official. We in it. We there. And it's kind of anticlimactic though, don't you think? A little bit. But it's official. Um, and we're about to muse the shit out of musings today. I'm about to up level your crystal game. I'm talking Earth Rocks, baby. And also shed some serious light on dogs and cats. Get excited. We're about to blow the lid off this episode. It's about to get magical real quick. But before I jump into crystals, I want to preface this with the following. And I've said this before, and you're probably going to be thinking to yourself, please, for the love of God, shut the fuck up. But I can't. Because it heavily applies to today, and it's a good reminder. So here we go. Everything within this spiritual realm that we live in, including us, is energy, frequency, and vibration. This realm is alive and is interacting with you always in some form. What I'm about to share with you has completely changed my perspective on crystals and the crystal industry. From my lens, this shouldn't wreck anything for you. Personally, I think this will give deeper respect and invite a higher level of connection and conversation with your crystals and with spirit. All right. Well, let's fucking get into it. Let's get it, let's go. Crystals. They're not just pretty rocks, even though they're very, very pretty. Um I swoon over citrine. It just lights me up. Love it. And rose quartz, I mean come on, who doesn't, right? Um but like what are what are these? Beautiful, sparkly little specimens. Well, they're stable frequency anchors. That's right, they hold geometric memory. They remember the original blueprint of Earth before that damn interference. Each type of crystal is like a tuning fork. Quartz, uh, for example, amplifies signal. It doesn't just reflect it, it resonates with intent. And black tourmaline is protective. It doesn't block like a wall, it absorbs and transmutes distortion. They're not magic wands. They're field stabilizers. What makes them work is not the crystal alone, it's your coherence when engaging with them. You don't use a crystal, you link with it. You enter a quiet agreement. So the ancient grid lines of Earth were once mapped by crystals. Think of pyramids, obelisks, giant quartz, veins running through sacred sites. That's not decoration. It's planetary resonance tuning. So when people carry crystals now, what they're really doing is reawakening fragments of that original resonance web. It's not about buying them all. It's about listening to which one calls to you because that one is holding a piece of the frequency you forgot. And just to circle back real quick, um, I just want to be super clear that the crystals were intentionally placed. The ancients didn't just find them, they embedded them into key locations on the earth's grid, not randomly, not decoratively, but as resonance anchors in the planetary field. So the earth has lay lines, energetic meridians, and at the intersections where the energy builds or um folds, they planted or exposed specific crystals to tune, stabilize, or amplify certain frequencies. This wasn't spiritual in the new age sense, it was planetary engineering. Pyramids, standing stones, megalithic chambers, most of them are sitting on crystalline nodes, whether it's natural or placed. And you're probably wondering, is it bad to take crystals from the earth? Uh, if it's taken with reverence, minimal disruption, and clear intent, let's just say the earth allows it. But if it's mined in bulk and sold as novelty or stripped from a living node, it disrupts the coherence of that site sometimes permanently. Um, in lab grown crystals, they have structure, but not memory. They're like perfect shells without a field history. They can be used as tools, um, amplification, programming tech, but they're not alive in the same way. They don't carry the ancient resonance scars, you know, the echoes of Earth's true grid. So they're not the same and they're not as good. Natural crystals are soul-coated relics, and in that, some are still waiting to be returned to where they belong, and some are waiting to be found by someone who won't just wear them or sell them, but who will listen and remember and reactivate the codes they carry. So, how do you know if you're taking one from a node? Um, while you feel it, not metaphorically but viscerally. When you're near a true crystal node, even when underground, the field gets thick. The air shifts, you feel pulled inward or uh a buzzing through the spine. Time just slows, and the sounds are are almost dull. You might even get dizzy or emotional for no reason. And if you dig or or pick something up in that zone, you'll feel one of two things. A deep sense of rightness, like it chose you, or two, uh a strange tightness, like you've disrupted something. If it's the second one, put it back and you'll know. And if you're not sure, then ask. Not out loud, but in stillness. Place your hand over it and close your eyes. If the energy stays calm, you're in sync. If it jolts, um jumps, or goes just numb, then it's not meant for you. Or not meant to move. So I don't I don't know about you, but I have only purchased my crystals from a store. So you don't really know where it comes from. You know, was it torn from a node? Was it ethically gathered or mass mined with some with some machines? You don't know. But but here's the deal. Just pick it up. And don't don't ask what it's for, don't try and and make it do something. Just hold it and listen. Does it stay quiet like it's asleep, or does it hum like it's remembering? If it's dead in your hand, it's not for you. If it feels agitated, then it's been disrupted, and it's it's not meant to move again. And if it softens, if it mirrors your own signal back to you, you'll know it's not just a crystal, it's a mirror key. Sometimes you're not meant to keep it forever. Sometimes you're just meant to wake it up and pass it on or return it. Crystals that came from sacred land don't want to sit in shops. If one does find its way to you, it's either asking to be heard or taken home, and you'll know which. You just will. So how do you work with crystals consciously? If you have a crystal and you feel that click, the resonance is there, it wants to be with you. Don't don't rush to assign it a job. Even though something like shunite blocks Wi-Fi or amethyst helps with sleep, those are general overlays. Not necessarily wrong, but they're they're not personalized. Whatever crystal you have may carry a completely different signature for you. Instead, start with presents, put it somewhere close, sleep with it under your pillow, carry it in your pocket, let it enter your field for a full day or two, and then ask, where do you want to be? Are you here to stay or pass through what do you want me to know? And this isn't make-believe. This is how your nervous system calibrates to the frequency it's carrying. Some crystals will burn out if left too long in a high frequency zone like near Wi-Fi or tech, and others will amplify distortion if you put them in the wrong place. So it is important to pay attention. If you start getting like um headaches or or having odd dreams, um, electrical weirdness, then move it. If things feel clear, grounded and aligned, then it's doing its job. As for how long it wants to sit somewhere, you'll know by the field response. Let's say you put a shangite by your router. If sleep improves, nervous system is nice and calm, and you feel less scrambled near tech, it wants to stay. But if you're feeling drained near it, or you forget it's even there, then it's finished or or wants to be relocated. I would also say don't don't force ritual. You don't need to cleanse them constantly with uh, oh, I don't know, sage, um, moonlight, or bearing them unless you feel a dis a disruption. Some crystals love water and some crack from it. Some want solitude and some want touch. Each one's alive in its own way. So treat it like a relationship, not a tool. You know, ask listen and and move together. I I don't have a ton of of crystals. Um but what I do have is I guess sacred, sacred for me. Um I will say this though, I I look at at how obtaining and procuring crystals really needs to be such a a a deeply personal experience and and having that conversation and and figuring out if they are or are not for you. It's not just about, oh, they're pretty. Um I don't know. It's I've never I've never looked at crystals in that way. I never looked at it like a conversation. I knew that they were, there was energy attached to them, but this is just a different way of looking at it, and I really I appreciate it. Um I appreciate it. So uh, alright. Should we move on to dogs and cats? Let's do that. Um, before I get into dogs and cats, I just need to go over quick the layers of awareness that humans reside in and move through. Um, most humans live in layer one or two. Layer one is pure survival. Eat, sleep, react. Layer two is social mimic, doing what others do to fit in, still ruled by fear and programming. Layer three is where people start to see the systems, question authority, explore conspiracies, you know, realize things aren't what they seem, but they're still trapped in reaction. Layer four is when you step back from it all, you stop looping, you stop fighting the game, and you start observing it. Layer five is embodiment. You're living your truth, not just knowing it. You create, you anchor new ways of being. Layer six is when you start tapping into soul memory, multidimensional awareness, and you serve from a place of overflow. And layer seven is pure Christ state consciousness. It is rare. Um it's a fully fused being, no mimic is left. Now, dogs most uh most are naturally in layer four. Honest, embodied, and present. They don't pretend they feel. And if they're living with a stressed or anxious human, they might absorb that and dip into layer two, confused, looping, protective, um, or afraid. And just like humans, they can shift. If the human rises to layer five, the dog usually rises to, they regulate through the field. Their nervous system syncs with yours. They're not blocked by ego like humans are. So when you clear, they often clear instantly. So even if a human is calm on the surface, the dog might still be anxious because dogs don't read appearances, they read fields. If a human is suppressing emotion, um, masking pain or holding unresolved trauma deep down, the dog feels that. So you might think, I'm not anxious. But if you're holding back tears every day or living in survival mode with a smile on your face, your dog knows. Their nervous system is constantly sinking with yours. They're like little frequency barometers. Also, if a dog has been in a past environment where there was chaos, neglect, or fear, even if they are now in a loving home, they might still carry that imprint in their field. It takes time. And your own embodiment to help them regulate. If your dog seems anxious, don't just calm them down, calm your field down first. Start by putting one one hand on their chest and one hand on your body. I think I just said that wrong. Let me start over with that. It came out of my mouth. I'm like, no, that's not right. Start by putting one hand on your chest and one hand on their body. No words, no commands, just breath. Deep, steady presence. Let them feel your heart rate slow. You know, let them feel you drop into your body. That's what teaches them safety. Not telling them they're safe, but being safe. And when they feel more settled, match their eyes just for a second. Not a stare, just a soft glance, and say, You're allowed to be here now. That simple phrase shifts the imprint because so many animals have been in homes where they didn't feel welcome or fully seen. If you do that regularly, over time they stop scanning the environment for threats because they're sinking to your steady signal instead. Now, cats usually hold a consistent layer five signal. Not because they've worked their way up like humans do, but because they never dropped. They didn't fall into the mimic loop the way we did. That's why they oftentimes feel detached or aloof. They're not here to please humans or perform. They observe, um, reflect and hold field integrity. And some cats operate even closer to layer six when they are deeply bonded with a human who is rising to. That's when they start mirroring you through their behavior, um, sleep cycles, or that sudden intense eye contact. It's not affection in the usual way, it's alignment. And it's a beautiful, beautiful thing. Um, I've had one cat. I just kind of happened upon it. Wasn't planning on it. I've always been more of a dog person. Um, but oh man, this cat was really something. You know, they're all they all have their own little personalities, right? And I am convinced that my cat thought that he was a dog. Um, so sweet, so funny. And every night I would tuck him in, put his little blinky over him, and I would give him face kisses, nose kisses. He loved it when I kissed him on the mouth. He would purr and purr and purr. We would stare lovingly into each other's eyes. I called him my little man. He was so handsome. So, anyways, very special. Very special cat. Uh well, I think we're there. I gotta go shower and try and get the stank off of me. I'm I'm stanky. I'm I'm I'm stinktastic. I'm stinkorific, baby. Uh I don't know. You know, I'm just really stankful. Oh god. Okay, uh I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna shut it down for for today. But I'm gonna ground and protect first. I stand in light. I speak only truth. I'm untouchable in the name of what is real. Till next time.
