Well hello. Welcome to Me Time Musines. I'm Jess. How the fuck are you? Like for real, real. You having a good day? God I hope so. If not, though, let's turn that frown upside down, maybe. I'm gonna try. I don't know if uh the content right out of the gate will will turn that frown upside down. It might turn that frown more of a frown. But then I'll turn it upside down. So yeah. How's that sound? Does that sound okay? I'm I'm in a little bit of a mood today. I would not call myself crabby. There's definitely an energy thing happening. If I had to describe it, I would say if someone said something to me that just didn't land right, the response wouldn't be, oh I'm sorry, what was that? It would be motherfucker what? So that's just where I'm at. I think that captures it pretty well. Uh So well, for fuck's sake, we should probably just get into it. Let's get it, let's go. Am I right? I think I'm right. Okay, so right out of the gate. This is oh, I don't know. Upsetting. It's something I've talked about before. It is the New World Order, United Nations, Agenda 2030. In a prior episode, episode? Did I just say episode? Oh boy. If that's any indication as to how this episode's gonna go, good gracious me. Alright. I feel like I gave my brain a very stern talking to before I hit record. And it's already, it's already going against the agreement of not glitching out at all. Um, I've talked about the New World Order in a past episode. I didn't read it. I basically just said, hey, this exists. This is for real. And if you want to seek it out, great. I think you should. I also suggested that you do something fun afterwards because it's it's upsetting information. Uh so you know, to balance it all out. But today I'm reading it. So I I don't really know if the episode needs a trigger warning, just in general. I don't know a hundred percent what we're gonna get into today. So I'm just gonna put that on there lightly, maybe is the best way to say it. So you you decide. You decide uh if just even hearing that is like, yeah, I'm out, totally cool. I also before I read this, just want to say, look, I think the swear jar is going to overflow with today. It's gonna be packed to the brim. I mean, if you really didn't like swearing, I would think you're probably not listening to me, because a girl swears unapologetically. But today, I think it might be magnified. I mean, look, I don't know. Just kind of putting it out there. So if that's just not your thing, if you're like, you know what, I can tolerate what you do, but any more than that, I'm out. Again, with that, totally cool. Alright. So let's read this. The agenda twenty thirty mission goals goes a little something like this. One world government, end of nations, one world army, one world police force, end of family unit, one world central bank, one world cashless currency, end of all private property, world depopulation and fertility control, end of home and car ownership, mandatory multiple vaccines yearly, universal austerity income, social media digital ID, microchiped for health, shopping, and travel, implementation of Chinese social credit system, government raised children, all businesses run by state, end of non essential air travel, humans concentrated into fifteen minute zones, end of private farms and vegetable gardens, end of animal ownership, ban on all natural medicine, AI courts, and end of individual rights, limited access to wild spaces, end of fossil fuels and modern conveniences. Uh before I just kind of leave that right there, hell to the knell. These satanic worshipping, ritual engaging psychopaths think that this is gonna come to fruition. Motherfuckers, no, it's not. No, no, it's not. So many people are waking up to what is really going on. And I implore you to be one of them to add another number to this community. That can't and isn't going to happen. You heard it here. But now you know. Now you know what that entails. If you didn't know before, um what that signifies is something I've talked about many times over. Total and complete control and containment. Your every last move, every single thing that you do will be tracked and controlled. That is what they want. All right. Moving on, that's what's happening right now. I have a number of things that I want to share with you. I am hoping to kind of make a dent in this ever-growing list that I have. You know, some I when I think of things, I write them down so I won't forget. You know, I think I gotta share that with my besties. But doing one episode a week, it just I can't get to all of it. So this list is just getting longer and longer and longer. So I refuse to be overwhelmed by it. I'm just gonna do what I can. So let's dive right in. So the first thing I want to just talk about is doing a parasite cleanse. Uh, I should probably say, hey, I'm not a doctor. This is not medical advice. You do need to use your own discernment. Broken record, I know. But I just want to make sure to say that also, this is just coming from my own experience and my own knowledge. So here we go. Do with it what you will. Parasite cleanse. Uh I really believe that this should be an ongoing thing for people. At least twice a year. That's adults and children alike. It's parasites are very prevalent and they make their way to you in a lot of different forms. Um, and I'm just gonna say a lot of it is intentional. So, did you know that you can breathe in parasites? That the air is contaminated with parasites, that it's not just contaminated water, it's not just undercooked meat, that they're they're in a lot of different things. Um, and they're at the root of so many health issues, so much disease, and I'm just gonna say it, they know that it is intentional, it is by design, and taking this seriously is, I think, really important for everyone. Now, I have done a cleanse using a certain brand of product. I'm gonna share that with you today. There's another one, they go about a little bit differently. There's more than what I'm gonna give you today. This is really just about planting the seed. I would encourage everyone to do a little bit more research. Uh, it doesn't take much to do this. And the downstream effects of it, you know, to really just stay on top of it, I guarantee you you're gonna feel better. I guarantee you different things will clear up. Like there's just um there's much to know about this, but let's just start that conversation and we'll keep going with it. But the brand of product that I used uh is called Cellcore. And I just want to say I am not affiliated with any of these. But Cellcore is a really good brand. Um really, you're just taking pills, it's just a a diff uh a regiment of when you take these and how you take them. Uh for, gosh, I'm trying to think. I think it was two weeks, two or three weeks, maybe a little bit longer that I was doing that. And uh, and then the other company is the wellness company. It's actually a really good company. I just they're they're good for a great many things, so I would definitely check them out. Uh I'm trying to think if there's anything else. I will share next time because I don't have it readily on me. I take daily a uh a more herbal concoction for not only keeping parasites at bay, but it's also immunity support and there's other things. It's it's really a multitude of things that it does. It tastes actually quite good. You just do a few drops on your tongue. So I will share with I'll make sure to share that with you um next time or very soon if you're interested in maybe going that route instead, or just adding that to the mix as well. Um, I don't think it hurts to to add that to some of these other things, but okay. Uh what I wanted to make sure to uh share with you today for sure, because I've been meaning to do this, is when anyone goes in for surgery, generally you have to sign um consent paperwork. I think it's you know standard practice, unless I suppose it's an emergency, but I think in those cases, I'm not really quite sure how that works. If it's an emergency and you you yourself can't sign the consent paperwork, uh, I'd have to look into that a little bit more. But in my own experiences, you know, you sign that paperwork. Um, there's a number of things. Do you does anyone really read all the way through it? Generally, no. But I want to tell you about something that's in that paperwork. And it's language, uh, so words like biogenics, um, biological agents. And basically, by signing it, you are saying, I authorize or um consenting to being given any sort of vaccine um while under anesthesia. Whatever they see fit for you, they can go ahead and give you when you're under. And the only way you're gonna know about it is if you check your medical records and I from my lens, that is not always accurate. And it may not be in there, or uh, you know, do things get changed in medical records? Well, I guess that's up for a debate. Uh, I think I think so. I think it does. There's evidence to prove that um in certain cases, and so um, I want to make you aware of of what's in the the consent forms because it really can be a matter of well, it can really affect your health. I'm gonna just say it that way. It can really affect your health, and in in some cases, it can be a matter of life and death. I'm gonna leave that there. You now know consent forms have language that allow you to be given whatever they want to give you when you are under anesthesia. Okay. Moving on, you know what I noticed? This is just an aside, but you know what I noticed in my episodes? I sigh a lot. You're probably like, yeah, girl, we know. I know. I do. I don't really know what that's all about. It's a moving energy, I do know that. But I also think it might be, you know, when you're talking into the void, and it's not a conversation, I don't want to say you get winded, but you have these moments where you're like, I really need extra air or something. So, anyways, I don't know. I'm just I'm just recognizing some things about myself in these episodes. Just thought I'd point it out, alright? Alright. One of these days I am gonna get a microphone. You're probably like, yeah, we'll believe it when you tell us that it's official. I know, right? I think I've said it like three times. Uh soon. I think it's gonna happen soon. I can just, I can just feel it. It's a priority when I can, but it's uh, I think it's it's gonna help with the quality of the recordings. They're not terrible, but I think improvement could be made. You know, thanks for sticking with me, you know, through the maybe less than ideal auditory quality. It's been a real journey to make sure I hold my phone away from my face. You know, the default when you're talking to someone and they're on speakerphone is that you hold the phone close to your face. So I've had to just break that habit. It's taken a little while, but we're getting there. We're getting there. Uh alright. I'm just gonna say it super quick. This third fake uh assassination attempt on Trump, I you gotta be kidding me. I mean they should all be so embarrassed. Total and complete theater. The performance was horrendous. No awards being given to these shenanigans. The guy that yelled, America, America, you know what, boy? Sit down and shut the fuck up. Am I right? Like, so stupid. So stupid. And let me just shine some light on this real quick in case you're not familiar with with what's going on in regards to the ballroom that they were in when this, you know, attempted assassination happened. So whether you know it or not, there are changes being made, lots of money being thrown at changes, updates, remodeling in the ballroom. And they're being sued. So in that process of being sued, all of the documents attached to that litigation, everyone has access to. So it became known that it's not you, it's not just about what they're doing to the ballroom, it's what they're doing underneath it. They're building a bunker. So I really genuinely think this fake assassination uh was really all about like, see, look, it's not safe. You know, we we we need to do what we're doing. It's the justification. I mean, these these people have no shame, truly. No shame at all. Just going through the motions. It's like, you know what, we we need to try and bamboozle the public again on some of this shit. So let's just go ahead and whatever, check that, check that box. Quality. Uh, zero. You get a zero for quality of of all things. Alright, I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna move on from that. I'm just gonna say, I'm gonna I'm gonna not talk about the war in Iran this time around. I just I don't have it in me today. I don't have it in me. There's truly so much to say about that. Other people are actively talking about that, um, you know, resources that folks can go to. Um it's just something I I just am I'm just not in a place and space where I want to talk about today that today. It's a real it's a real fucking shit show. So hopefully you're okay with that. I just wanted to acknowledge it in some form or fashion, but not not go into it. Um alright. So here's the deal. I think I may have to give up garlic if I'm gonna get out there and start dating. I eat garlic every single day. I can't eat garlic and date. I can't, I'm like a walking garlic then. I think. I don't know, you know, it sticks with you. And I don't why does garlic have to make everything better? It does. It just does. It tastes so good. I love garlic. And I don't want to give it up. But I also don't want to be a walking garlic in the, you know, the dating process. I mean, look, at least it's not onion. Am I right? Onion, a real powerhouse, right? A powerhouse healer. There's a lot of really great components to an onion. But if you eat onion, Lord have mercy. You you reek of onion. If you touch an onion, your hands reek of onion. Like it's it's not a very sexy thing, okay? I mean, garlic is not really sexy either, but it's it's more sexy than an onion. If we want to use that language. I don't know. I don't really know what to think about it. But I just thought I'd put that out there. It's just kind of an open ended thing, but it's something I've been thinking about. You know. Uh I guess we'll see how it all goes. Such a bummer though, you know? Such a large part of my Diet. Garlic is a powerhouse too, by the way. If you're not familiar, between garlic and onion, so many healing properties. Everyone should just eat them, so then we all reek of them. So then it's just like it's an even playing field, if you will. I'm advocating for that. It's not gonna happen, but whatever. Okay. Uh so this is something I've been wondering. I haven't landed on what the answer is, but I think that barbecuing is the same as grilling. So here's the deal. In an episode I did, I meant to say grilling, but I said barbecuing. And then I later was like, why did I say barbecue? I don't ever say barbecue. I say grill or grilling. And then I realized that I was picking it up from the House Hunters International show that I watch when I eat dinner on HGTV. Uh because everyone says everyone says barbecue. It was just like across the board, especially people in Australia. So I really don't know what the answer is. Like, is barbecuing the same as grilling? Girls don't know. Anyways, I should just look it up. I should just put in, is barbecue the same as grilling? I literally didn't even think about that until right now. Man. How do I get through life, really? Like, how does that even happen? How do I remember where I live? How do I remember how to drive? How do I function in this world? It's a it's a it's a good question that I don't have the answer to. But let's move on. I want to. Let me check the time. I want to. I want to talk about how you can regulate your nervous system. Because this is really fucking important. I know that a lot of people's nervous systems are fried. And it's not your fault. Years of trauma, over stimulation, fear conditioning, and just trying to survive in a system designed to keep you in stress mode. But it can be rewired. And the best way to start is not with big practices, it's with consistency and safety. Your body needs to feel safe enough to stop bracing for threat. So here is how you can begin to do that. First and foremost, breath work. Breathe slower than your thoughts. That alone starts switching you from fight or flight into rest and repair. You don't need fancy methods, just slow, conscious breath. Even five deep breaths with longer exhales and inhales will start rewiring your vagus nerve. Um reduce or remove stimulants, you know, coffee, constant scrolling, loud, chaotic environments, they all keep your system on edge. If your system is already dysregulated, these things act like fuel on the fire. So I know that for me, um, coffee can be that. So I'm very careful about caffeine. Rhythm and repetition, daily walks, soothing music, touch, singing, rocking, cold water. The body calms through patterns. That's why rituals work. They give the nervous system a rhythm to sync with. You gotta stop shaming yourself for being dysregulated. Shame keeps the nervous system locked in a trauma loop. If someone is just completely spent, it's because they are trying to survive something they never had the tools for. Compassion is the real reset button. And co-regulation. Nervous systems sync with others. If you can't regulate on your own yet, be around someone calm. Even a dog or a cat can be tremendously helpful here. It's not about fixing things overnight, it's about choosing to regulate over and over again until your body stops expecting the worst and starts remembering. Let's go through 10 quick things you can do to reset your nervous system. I think this will be helpful. So breathe in for four counts and breathe out for eight. Super easy to remember and very effective. Put your bare feet on the earth. Instant grounding. Touch a tree, hug a tree. They love it. You know, girl loves to hug her trees. Um, hum or sing. It vibrates the vagus nerve. Splash cold water on your face. It shifts your state fast. I can speak to this personally. I freaking love cold water in my face. Stop scrolling. Like for real. Put your phone away. Yes, it can be tough. But it is so critical. Put it in another room. Set a time, a timer. You know, start with five minutes, ten minutes. Just try to work your way up if it's really, really tough. Uh rock back and forth. It calms your nervous system like a baby. Light pressure on the chest. It calms your heart. Drink warm herbal tea or just warm water with lemon. The warmth tells your body you're safe. Shake your arms and legs. It discharges excess energy and it doesn't have to be intense, just just a little bit of shaking is very effective. Speak to yourself gently and kindly. Your body is always listening. This is the I love you, the I am so proud of you, I believe in you. I am powerful, I am beautiful, I am smart, I am whatever. Um And you know, when something genuinely scary happens, whether it's the news, digital ID, poisoning of the air, also known as chemtrails. Just a sudden shift. You have you have two options in that moment. React from fear or respond from awareness. The nervous system doesn't know the difference between a real threat and a perceived one until you tell it. So if you're watching the news, which I would truly highly remind recommend that you don't. But if your chest is tightened, your heart is racing, and you feel helpless, that's your body going into survival mode. And it could be other things too. It doesn't necessarily have to be watching the news. There are a number of other things that can invoke these types of symptoms. The key here is to interrupt the loop. First, pause, put your hand on your chest, breathe into the fear without letting it spiral. Say out loud, I am safe in this moment, I choose presence. Then ask if this fear is showing you something to act on or something meant to distract you. With things like digital ID, it's designed to induce panic, to trigger your freeze or submission response. But when you're regulated, you can feel the fear without obeying it. You can think clearly. You'll know what steps to take, who to align with, where to move or not move. That's the secret. The fear doesn't go away, but your relationship to it changes. You don't get hypnotized by the narrative. You stay in your field. And from there, you don't just survive whatever created that fear, you steer it. You're in control. I am always actively working to observe and not absorb. You know, to be able to make decisions or take action from a place of clarity to make sure that fear is not ruling me in that moment, ruling my day, you know, it's hard to, it's hard to make decisions, um, take action, feel grounded, uh, and a number of other things when when your nervous system is just going haywire, and you know, you're fully entrenched in fear and you're anxious. And so, you know, really taking this seriously can have a really large impact on your life, your quality of life, um, moment to moment, you know, all the things. So, goodness, I think we've arrived for today. I made a little baby dent in my list of things to share. But you know what? I'm just gonna keep chipping away at it. It's okay. Uh, I'm gonna ground and protect because fuck if we don't need it, right? Let's do it. I stand in light. I speak only truth. I'm untouchable in the name of what is real. Till next time.
