Well, hello my perky little plums. Welcome to Me Time Musings. Where we muse it the fuck up. I'm Jess. And

Rendezvous with the sun

SPEAKER_00

you know what? Today was absolutely phenomenal. The weather was perfection. Eighty-two degrees, light breeze, barely a cloud in the sky, not a chemtrail for as far as the eye could see. From what I could tell, it was minimal poisoning today by the government and government agencies, which just made laying out a lot nicer. Because my goal is to be a bronzed goddess this summer. And you know, he and I are really just neck and neck as to who is more pasty and pale. But I'll tell you what. When I put my arm next to his, who was winning the non-pasty competition? This girl. I was very proud in that moment. Onward and upward, am I right? The warm, radiant, healing sun and I are besties and baby itchos. Um, okay. What are we talking about today? We are going to wade through the sludge that is seed oils. Run. Don't walk from seed oils. Run like you on fire. Run like you're being chased by a tiger. Run like there's a check for twenty billion dollars with your name on it. It's a mile away, and you've got 30 seconds. That's how fast you should be running from seed oils. And we're gonna be talking about posture. Stand up straight, yo. It matters. But before I dive

Disclaimer

SPEAKER_00

in, I do need to say this disclaimer. I ain't a doctor. I do know a fuck ton of shit, but as always, you do need to use your own discernment. And consult a physician if that's what's right for you. All right, let's let's get the fuck into it. Let's get let's go.

Seed oils

SPEAKER_00

Seed oils are inflammatory poison disguised as health food. We're talking canola, soybean, sunflower, safflower, grape seed, corn. They're all chemically processed at high heat with hexane neurotoxin to extract oil. The result is oxidized polyunsaturated fats, also known as pufas, and they are toxic as fuck to your body. Here's what they do: one, a massive omega-6 overload. Seed oils are forty to sixty percent omega-6 linoleic acid. Your ancestors ate an omega-6 omega-3 ratio of one. The modern diet equals twenty. The result is systemic inflammation. Every single cell is inflamed. Two would be oxidative stress. Seed oils oxidize easily, especially when heated. Umxidized fat equals free radicals, which equals cellular damage. So what does that actually mean? Your mitochondria get damaged, your DNA gets damaged, aging accelerates. Three would be linoleic acid accumulation. So linoleic acid gets stored in fat tissue. It builds up over years and causes lipid peroxidation. Fatty acids break down into toxic metabolites, and this is connected to heart disease, dementia, cancer, and autoimmune. Four is gut damage. Seed oils damage your gut lining and increase intestinal permeability. So leaky gut is the result, along with autoimmune activation and chronic inflammation. Five would be metabolic dysfunction. Seed oils interfere with mitochondrial function. They suppress fat burning capacity, they promote insulin resistance and essentially make you store fat instead of burn it. Six is brain damage. Oxidized pufas cross the blood-brain barrier and accumulate in the brain tissue. It's connected to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, depression, and cognitive decline. So let's briefly discuss the cover up of this, should we? And you know why? I'm looking right at you, Rockefellers and friends. You fucking parasites. The nineteen seventies and eighties. The seed oil industry funded research claiming seed oils were heart healthy. The result of this was demonizing saturated fats and promoting seed oils. The WHO, the World Health Organization, funded it. The seed oil industry is the same pattern as the sugar industry, hiding the dangers of sugar. Modern research, not funded by the seed oil industry, shows seed oils are incredibly horribly terrible, and that saturated fat is not the enemy. But of course, government dietary guidelines still say seed oils are healthy. The food industry still uses them. They're cheap, shelf stable, and highly addictive. Doctors still recommend them as well. Of course they do, of course they do. Why would that be? Well, follow the qing. Follow that coin, that money. The seed oil industry is massive. Lobbyists, the corrupt ass government control the narrative. Keeping people chronically inflamed equals chronic disease, which in turn equals pharmaceutical profits. So what should you use instead? Butter. Delicious yummy butter or ghee, G-H-E-E. Both are good saturated fats. They're stable and anti-inflammatory. Coconut oil, also stable and anti-inflammatory, has MCT benefits as well. Olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil only, cold pressed, unheated. Avocado oil, also very stable, great for cooking. Grass-fed animal fats such as tallow and lard. Yes, I said lard. These are healthy. Stay as far away from seed oils as humanly possible, literally at all costs. You know, countries with the lowest seed oil consumption show the lowest in heart disease, cancer, and dementia rates. Countries with the highest seed oil consumption equal the highest chronic disease rates. The correlation is very strong. No seed oils means inflammation drops significantly, your energy increases, and your body can actually heal. Also, your pineal gland can decalcify because inflammation blocks it. Okay, should

Posture

SPEAKER_00

we talk about posture? I think we should. Because posture is way deeper a topic than one would think. Posture equals your antenna position. Your body isn't neutral. It's constantly sending and receiving signal. Posture is how you position the antenna. Slouched, collapsed, head down, your signal closes, compresses, turns inward, and loops. An open chest, aligned spine, and lifted head. This is where your signal opens, expands, and connects outward and upward. You're not just standing differently. You're tuning yourself to a different state of reality. You know, at the deepest layer, your spine is the central access of your system. Everything runs through it. Nervous system, breath, awareness, emotional flow, energetic perception. When the spine is collapsed, signal gets distorted, breath gets shallow, thoughts loop, emotion gets stuck, you feel smaller. When the spine is aligned, signal runs clean. Breath deepens, clarity increases, emotion moves instead of sticking. You feel present. That's not spiritual fluff. You can feel it instantly. Posture trains your identity. What people miss is that posture doesn't just reflect how you feel. It feeds back into who you become. Collapsed posture says to your system, I'm not safe, I'm small, I'm protecting, I'm hiding. Open posture says, I'm here. I can handle this. I'm not shrinking. I'm available. Your body listens to that and your brain follows it. Your behavior shifts from it. Breath plus posture equals state control. You cannot separate posture from breath. Slouched lungs compress, shallow breathing, anxiety, overthinking, fear. With an open chest, lungs expand, deeper breathing, calm, grounded, and clear. Posture is a fast way to shift your state without thinking your way out of it. This is why people who are anxious tend to fold in. And that's why confident people look open. It's not just personality, it's physiology and signal in the field language. Posture determines where your attention sits, how your energy flows, and what you're receptive to, how you meet the world. When your head is down and chest closed, you loop in your own thoughts. When your head is up and chest is open, you meet the external world differently. You literally experience a different reality. Why this matters for everything you're doing, for manifestation, alignment, intuition, reading people, feeling the field. Posture is foundational. Because if your body is collapsed, your signal is distorted. You'll doubt more, second guess more, feel smaller, miss opportunities, shrink in conversations, and disconnect from intuition. When your posture is aligned, everything sharpens. Decisions get cleaner, presence increases, and people respond differently to you. The simple truth of this is posture is not about looking confident. It's about becoming coherent. Try it right now. Sit or stand up. But lift your chest slightly, relax your shoulders back, lengthen your spine, breathe deep once. Feel the difference. That shift, that's your system going, oh we're not under threat. We're available. Posture isn't small. It's one of the simplest ways to change your state and signal and how you move through reality. I think we're there for today. I think we've arrived. I'm gonna ground and protect. I stand in light. I speak only truth. I'm untouchable in the name of what is real. Till next time.
