#025 // THIS IS FOR THE WOMAN WHO'S DOING #ALLTHETHINGS AND WONDERING WHY SHE'S THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS LIKE SHE'S DROWNING.

The Proverbs 31 woman was doing #allthethings. Wife. Mom. Daughter. Friend. AND entrepreneur. But she wasn't overwhelmed. She wasn't quitting. She wasn't drowning. What did she have that you don't?

This is the Kingdom business episode for the woman who's been carrying it all alone and didn't realize she had permission to stop doing it that way.

In this episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast, I'm cracking open Proverbs 31 in a way most teachers skip right over — because the Proverbs 31 woman wasn't just a virtuous wife. She was a full-blown Kingdom entrepreneur operating in all five pillars of purpose with a support system built around her. And that changes everything about how you think about building your business.

Here's what we get into:

→ The five pillars of purpose the Proverbs 31 woman was operating in simultaneously — and why the fifth one (entrepreneur) shocks people even though it's right there in the text

→ The part nobody teaches: she had a team, she had community, she had systems and support — and THAT is why you never hear her talking about overwhelm or quitting

→ Why "Miss Independent" isn't a badge of honor in the Kingdom — it's actually folly, and the Bible consistently teaches apprenticeship, partnership, and building together

→ The real reason so many high-capacity Kingdom women insist on doing it alone — and it goes deeper than you think

→ What I'm watching happen when Kingdom women stop building alone and step into the right room — real women, real breakthroughs, real proof

→ A word for the woman questioning whether her God-given business idea is "Kingdom enough" — the Proverbs 31 woman planted a vineyard. Let that sink in.

→ What I've built inside the Jesus Girl Gang and the BUILD with Faith Mentorship — and how the Launch Lab opens the door to that community

This is the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast, where faith finally meets real strategy to launch your online business. Well, hey there, friend. Welcome back to the Kingdom Business Podcast. I am your host, Eric Kyle. And today we're going to be talking about this woman. I don't generally talk about people when I come onto my podcast, but I got to tell you something. This one lady that we're going to talk about today, so, so powerful. This conversation we're about to have. And I am certain that she would not be upset about the fact that we're going to have a chat about her today because I think that she knows she is an example for the rest of us who are looking to build a business while also doing a whole bunch of other things. So today's episode is about that very famous lady in the Old Testament, the Proverbs 31 woman. And I want to talk today about how she was a kingdom builder and how she didn't build alone. And I think that for us, for many of us, this it comes as a shocker, not just because it's like, well, okay, yeah, sure, give me some help. But I think that for many of us as kingdom builders out here in these online streets who are multi-passionate, multi-purpose, or it feels like we're multi-purpose, but you know, multi-passionate, lots of balls in the air, juggling, right? It's like, yeah, it'd be great to have help, but I don't, I can't find it, or I can't access that. I want to talk about that today. All right. So let me ask you, let's get started. Do you feel like you are the person who is juggling everything all the time? Like you're the wife, the mom, the one who manages the household. You've also, you know, you've got this calling from God to build this big, bold, beautiful business or ministry with God. And it just won't leave you alone. So, like all the things are coming at you on a daily basis, and you're trying to do all of it. And some days, let's just be honest. Come on. Some days, you know, you're crushing it. You are crushing it, girl. And other days you want to cry in the pantry. Like, I know, I mean, like, and I'm being nice when I say that because I've been here. And like some days, like, I want to drive away and something else. Do you know what I mean? I mean, not really, but you know, I wanted I want to show you though today how this woman in scripture, how she was doing all of those things herself. And she was doing it really well. But there was something that she had that I think that many of us we lack. And when we are taught about the Proverbs 31 woman, many teachers skip over this concept. And I think that this could be the very thing that changes everything for me and for you. I know that when I read it and when I really understood it uh years ago for the first time, I was like, huh, okay. Well, then this is something that I need to build into my life. So if you want to know what that's all about, then you want to stick around here because I think this is the episode for you. So listen, before we get into it, if you are new here, my name is Erica Pyle. I'm a Christian business coach and a breakthrough business strategist. Stay that five times fast, breakthrough business strategist. And I'm also the founder of the Jesus Girl Gang, which is a faith-based coaching community for kingdom women who are building businesses that generate both impact and income. I've spent, you know, years ago, I spent about 15 years in the marketplace in corporate America doing process engineering at ultimately at a Fortune 500 company. And now I bring that same precision to the entrepreneurial field for women who are building kingdom businesses online. And I'm also a pastor of a local church alongside my husband here in Tampa, Florida. I am a podcaster, obviously. And I'm also a mom to three boys, one of whom is getting ready in the fall to head off to college. Okay. Uh, I like we could cry a river right now, but we won't. So, but when I talk about this woman, when I talk about the woman or I talk to the woman who is doing it all, and like, how? How do we do this all without losing our minds, without burning out our adrenals, without like just losing the plot altogether? I'm not preaching to you from theory. I'm preaching to you from my like normal last Tuesday. And so I spent six years trying to build my business in that kind of atmosphere of like it's all coming at me and I don't know how to organize. And finally, one day when I was on the bathroom floor with tissue stuck to my face because I mean, like I had cried it all out, the Lord spoke to me and he said, Hey, listen, this is what's missing. This is what you need to build. And I was like, Hold up. If you're telling me that I need it, why do you need me to build it? And he said, John 6, sweetie. Well, he didn't say sweetie. He always says to me, you know, Erica, John 6, Seth, Jesus said John 6. And I'm like, sorry, Luke 6, Luke 6. And um, I was like, oh, to whom much is given, much is required, right? As I in the way that I give, to give and it will be given to you. And so I started thinking about that concept of whom too much is given, much is required, but also where Jesus said in in Luke 6, give and it will be given to you. And that same measure that you use to give is the measure that will be given back to you. And I was hot about that for a hot second. Like seriously, I was so mad on the bathroom floor with the tissue stuck to my face, sobbing my eyes out. I was I was a bit argumentative. But you know what? One thing about me is I'm obedient. One thing about me is I am black and white obedient to God. And I said, okay, fine. And I would be, I would be probably not telling the full truth if I told you that I didn't have a little bit of that stroppiness in me that was like, fine, I'll start and you'll see, and you'll see that you're gonna burn me out. And then you maybe will you'll make me stop doing it. And in instead, the exact opposite happened. And so I want to talk to you a little bit about what I built today and how this mirrors what we're gonna see inside of the Proverbs 31 passage. We are about to break through Sis. Are you ready? If so, I want you to subscribe to this channel if you're new and let's get into it. So let's talk first about the Proverbs 31 woman. Okay. So listen, she was not a superwoman, but she was a kingdom builder with all five pillars of purpose operating in her life in harmony with this one thing that we don't talk about enough. She has a support system. Okay, look, don't click off now because if you're like, girl, like I've been hearing people talk to me about a support system this whole time. You don't know my life. Can we just get through the scripture first? Can you stick with me through the scripture? Okay. Because everyone teaches about the Proverbs 31 woman as this virtuous wife passage, right? But I want to show you something that most people miss. This woman was operating in all five pillars of purpose at the same time. So when you read this passage and it's Proverbs 31, verses 10 through to 31, you're gonna find, you're gonna see these five different pillars of purpose. Now, one thing you need to understand is that you've got one purpose in Christ Jesus. When he designed you, he designed you with one purpose. But you can have multiple pillars of purpose or things that hold up that purpose in your life and ways that that pillar runs through your life. And these are the five pillars that I see in this Proverb 31 woman. And also I see them in every single woman that I work with. Are you ready? Number one, she was a godly daughter of a king. She was a godly daughter of a king, she was a daughter of God in heaven. Number two, she was a godly wife of a king. You know, they say that um King Solomon wrote these Proverbs, and he's talking about his wife, godly wife of a king, um, godly mother who was raising up royalty. She was a godly sister friend, and listen to this. She was a godly entrepreneur. And I know that that fifth one can kind of shock people sometimes, but it's right there in the text if you look through it. So let's look at it real quick. So verse 16 says, She considered a field and she bought it. She. It doesn't say she went out with her husband. It didn't say she was going out and doing her husband's uh business for him. It says that she went out and considered a field and she bought it. She made investment decisions and opportunity assessments. Come on. Verse 16 goes on to say, out of her earnings, she planted a vineyard on that field. What? She's reinvesting profit into a new revenue stream right there. And can we get started about the fact that she's planting a vineyard? Like, what do you think she was going to grow there? Maybe some grapes, yeah? Back in those days, people weren't eating the grapes off of the vine for the most part. That wasn't why they were growing grapes. They were growing grapes for wine. So let's get our heads out of like, I can only do like Bible study ministry. I can only do like um a blog for women that are healing in a kingdom way. Like, I can only do things that have scriptures written all over them. Do you understand that there are people, kingdom people out here in this world that are building things with and for God, with and for God, that are expanding the kingdom that don't like have scriptures everywhere. Now, listen, my business, I got scriptures everywhere, I got godly concepts like everywhere you go. Okay, like that's who I am. But not everybody, not everybody's doing that. And and God doesn't do business through everybody that way. And we've got to get to our to our heads wrapped around because like I have a I have a client right now, I have a member in my membership, and she's a coach, but she's also coaching her her attraction content and the place that she's starting with people is from um is for people who are on a GLP one shot and don't want to talk about it. And you might be like, oh my gosh, such as a controversial concept. It's so like, is she a kingdom coach? She is. She's a Christian coach, a Christian life and health coach. And she's actually had people be like, Why are you doing that? That's not good. You shouldn't be doing that. That's not good for you. That's not good for them. And I'm like, excuse me, excuse me. But you know what? Jesus said, I didn't come, I didn't come for those who are well. You know, the people who are well don't need a physician. So, like, let's have a conversation with the people that are struggling, with the people who that need help. And can I tell you something? If you, if you think about GLP one and why people are taking GLP1, the root issue is not just as simple as, oh, you know, like I just decided to eat a bunch of food and not exercise, and now I have this problem. And you know what? I could do other things with it, but you know what? Let's just try a shot because it's easy and I'm lazy. That is absolutely not what's going on. That's absolutely not what's going on. That that story is multifaceted. And I gotta tell you, because I'm a certified holistic health coach myself, got certified over 10 years ago, and I'm certified in over a hundred dietary theories and all kinds of concepts around, you know, health and eating and diets and and all this kind of thing. And I specialized in adrenals and um nervous system and um like anxiety and stuff. And so I know this story. I may not know every single part of the multifaceted story behind someone who's taking a GLP one, but understand there's a whole lot underneath that. There's a whole story underneath that. And my and my member, she has a heart for that girl. She has a heart for that girl. She wants to help that girl get out from underneath the the weight, the literal spiritual and mental and emotional weight that's under there that's driving that other weight that they're trying to get off. Are you feeling me? And and so I I just wanted to take a little sidebar here, you know, from the verb 31 woman for a second and talk about you people who, you ladies who may have a God idea and you are rejecting it because you're like, it doesn't fit into the kingdom language mold. It doesn't fit into the mold of what, you know, most Christians would say is a good kingdom business. Listen, those people are not paying your bills. Those people are not going to be the one to meet you when you're done with your life and they and they're not gonna be the ones to ask you, what did you do with what I gave you? And did you expand the kingdom? They don't, you don't answer them. You serve an audience of one. And so listen, if you came to this podcast today and you're struggling with the idea of like, is my idea a God idea? Is this okay that I'm a Christian? I'm doing this. Listen, take it back to God. Let God be the one who tells you whether yes or no. Don't let the people around you who aren't even gonna be your ideal customer, that aren't even gonna be paying you for your services or your product, don't let them tell you. They're your moral police. They're not in charge of you, they're not the boss of you. Go to God. And listen, this is not a part of this podcast either, but I do have a tool for this. It's called the Four Questions Prayer Template. It's four questions that you can ask God to get clear, to get clarity on what he's saying, what his perspective is on a thing, and what you need to do next. And if you want that prayer template, that four questions prayer template, just go to ericapile.com slash four, the number four questions. And actually, no, go to ericapile.com. Yeah, you can go to four questions. It's got some supportive like podcast episodes from my other podcast that'll help you to go through it. So go to that, go to ericapile.com slash four questions and grab it there. Okay. Moving on. So, like I said, this Proverbs 31 woman, she was an entrepreneur. And verse 16 shows us that she considers a field and she buys it, and then she plants it and plants a vineyard. So there's this concept of investment and of reinvesting that profit into this new endeavor. And now she's gonna have, she's gonna have a vineyard, which is gonna ultimately produce grapes that would likely be made into wine. Verse 18 says that she sees her trading as profitable. So she tracks her margins. She knows she's not just doing this for free. You know, so many of us out here as kingdom women who are wanting to build a business, we're like, well, I'll just do it for my friends for free. And like, we'll just see where it goes from there. Stop it. It's not gonna go anywhere. You're not gonna make any money. That's not called a business then. A business, as part of its definition, is it generates revenue. And so you're gonna have to at some point start to make money and you're gonna have to track your margins, like the Proverbs 31 woman did. And then verse 34, it says she makes linen garments and she sells them and supplies merchants with sashes. This is product creation, my friend. This is B2B distribution. And why I say B2B is because she was doing this for her household. If you read through that scripture, she's already making these things for her household. And then because she's already doing it and she already has it, she's wise and she goes, you know what? Let me just take this that we're not using in the household and I'll take it out and I'll and I'll sell it in the marketplace. This woman was running real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution while also being a wife, a mother, a daughter, and a friend. And she was running a household team. Does this sound familiar? You're out here trying to do the same thing, my friend. No, here's what no one's talking about. Okay. This is this is this is this is the thing. Verse 15, it says she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls. Listen, verse 27. She watches over the affairs of her household. She had a household team, friends. Ladies, she was not trying to roll all this out by herself. She was running a household, she was running an enterprise out there. She was. She was an entrepreneur, she was a work-from-home mom. She was a work-from-home mom, but she wasn't doing it alone. She had a household team, she had people, she had systems and support built all around her. I wanna I wanna just take a moment for you to understand this. Our culture these days, very different from biblical culture. Back in biblical times, it was very normal for families to live generationally together. That means that you had the grandparents, you had the parents, you had the kids. And in some cases, obviously, because of, you know, like how how early people had their kids, you might have four generations living together. And they shared in the household responsibilities and they all had parts to do inside of that household. But also, they had um collectives of women where they would go and they would get water together at the river, or they would do the washing, or they would go to the well, or they would go and do these things together. And while they were doing the work of the household, they were also kind of having a small group, a connect group with their community. And so there is all of this support baked in. There's support of people like a team that's helping them to actually produce the things that they're producing. There's the community. And the other thing that we don't talk about is because of these multi-generational living experiences, there were guides, natural guides. You know, Titus II talks about the older women teaching the younger women how to be a wife and a mom and how to do life as a Christian. Well, we don't have that naturally. And so we actually have to go and pursue that. But here's something that's really interesting that I saw when I was reading this years ago. And I didn't really want to talk about it because I didn't want to throw shade on anyone. And I also didn't want people to think that I was like shutting down what they were feeling. But one thing that you don't hear in that scripture is you don't hear the Proverbs 31 woman saying, I'm so overwhelmed. I'm just gonna quit. It's all too much. I don't think I'm cut out for this. Maybe I heard God wrong. None of those things are coming through that scripture because in that scripture, we're getting a picture of what it looks like to be able to do hashtag all the things, all the things. In Philippians 4, 13, that word all is pos. It means all. It means all the things that you've been called to. And she was called to do all these five pillars of purpose in her life, and you can too. And there's gotta be a way that you and I can do it without getting overwhelmed, burned out, and quitting. And I believe that the thing that made the difference for the Proverbs 31 woman was that she had a support system, that she had these people around her. She had guides, she had community, she had help. Okay. She wasn't superwoman. She was a wise kingdom builder who refused to carry it all alone. And that is a big part of what made her able to do all of these things to the glory of God with excellence, and also probably with a sound mind and a healthy nervous system that wasn't burning out. Just saying, just saying, could any of us use some of that? I'm like, yes. But here's what we're arguing against. Are you ready? Here's what we're arguing against. What I have learned, the person, the girl that I work with the most in my business, she's generally like a lot of times, like you drop in the comments, let me know if this is you. Are you the, are you the first, are you the first daughter? Are you the oldest? Are you hyper responsible? Like you're like, I have like if I want to get it done right, I got to do it myself. No one's coming for me. No one's coming to help me. Like I've I've tried that whole like make it into a group event and I just can't handle it. Like we're talking like Monica Geller status, if you know friends, right? Like, just like, is that you? Are you the one who's like, no, I'm just gonna do it because I want to make sure that I get it done right? And maybe you've been in situations in your life and maybe they've been traumatic. I mean, I know my story, I've had some traumas in my life where it's like, no, that was actually if I wanted to survive, if I wanted to make it through, if I wanted to see what needed to happen happen, then I did have to take it up in my own hands and get it done. There were moments like that. And those moments of trauma actually taught me very deeply. And that left um residue of fear in my life that if I did not take the responsibility and if I did not take up the hypervigilance, that I would get left alone, un my needs unmet, and then maybe I wouldn't be safe. And those traumatic experiences, they didn't just stick in my family life, for instance, or just my personal life. They've overflowed into other areas, including how I run a business. And maybe for you that's true too. And so what happens is we start to believe this idea, this concept of independence, like no one's coming for me. I have to do it for myself. I if I want to get it done right, I'm gonna have to do it myself. But here's the truth. And I'm a truth teller, and so I gotta tell this to you straight. The Bible does not teach independence. In fact, it actually warns against it. And it's not wisdom. It's not wisdom. But here's what the Bible does teach it teaches apprenticeship, partnership, and building together. That's what the Bible teaches. So every single day that we show up to our lives and we're like, nope, gotta do it myself, gotta figure this out, gotta grind, gotta make sure that I'm Safe. Gotta gotta gotta right. We are amping, ramping up our nervous systems. That's hypervigilance, that's hyper responsibility. And my friend, I know, like they gave me this for a reason. Okay. Listen, Jeremiah 29. The word of God is like a hammer, it busts through. I need you to understand something. The Bible never says figure it out. It says trust God and obey Him. And so when we have that independence thing rise up, it's actually a form of rebellion and pride. And we need to take that thing to task. We need to 2 Corinthians 10, five it, we need to take it captive, make it obedient to Christ. And then we need to come back to what does the Bible really say? Okay. I know that it feels like we should be able to figure it out on our own. It's just not, that's not the strength that the Bible speaks about. It's not wisdom. It's actually folly to think that you've got to do it, figure it out all alone, because it's not aligned with anything that you find in Scripture. Scripture is clear that we are not designed to operate in our own strength or in our own understanding. I've already said it multiple times, but Philippians 4.13 says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, not through figuring it out alone. Jeremiah 33.3 says this it says, Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and wonderful things that you did not know. God isn't inviting us to ask him for the answers. And not just the answers, but also the understanding that goes along with it. Don't go figure it out by yourself. And then Proverbs 3, verses 5 and 6, it says, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge him, and he will make your path straight. Lean not, lean not on your own understanding. I think it's truly vital that we get this concept. And listen, when it comes to learning how to do something big, something that we've never done before, something that we have to learn. Okay, the biblical pattern is apprenticeship. It's togetherness. Listen to me. Even Jesus apprenticed, he apprenticed with Joseph to become a carpenter. And then he called the 12, the apostles, and he apprenticed it. Paul apprenticed under Gamaleel for his study of the word. And then he settled in Corinth and he linked up with Priscilla and Achillah because they were fellow tent makers. And they didn't just make tents together, friends, they actually planted churches together. This togetherness, it carries over from business in the ministry. Nehemiah, when he was called out from exile to rebuild the wall around Jerusalem, he was given a strategy to ask the families to help build the different sections of the wall side by side. Nobody built on that wall alone. And Jesus, he sent those disciples out two by two. He didn't even send them out one by one, not solo, two by two. Okay. So apprenticeship is the way of the Bible. Partnership is the way of the kingdom. And it doesn't stop once you learn, once you learn the trade. Okay. Paul was an established apostle and he still built alongside people. The Proverbs 31 woman was clearly capable of doing all these things. It says that she bought this field, she was making these clothes. She was capable, but she still had a team. There's value to getting help. There's value to surrounding yourself with community. It's not just about, oh, I can't do it. And see, I think that for you and me, that's one of those things because I mean, let's go deep here for a second. One of the reasons that you and I have persisted in this idea of I've got to do it all on my own is because somewhere along the way, we learned that we were valuable in relationships because we were good at what we do and because we could produce quickly and we could produce excellent results. And so we've taken that to our identity. And now when we think about asking for help, we think to ourselves, no, because they might mess it up. They won't do it as good as me. They won't do it as fast as me. It takes longer sometimes when you ask for help. And then the thing that I'm known for, the thing that I'm valued for, I won't be doing it. Sister, deal with that. Sit with Jesus on that. Okay. Again, I'll give you another tool, the thoughts exchange worksheet. You should just get the toolkit. Go to Jesus, go to ericapile.com slash toolkit. And in there is the four questions and the thoughts exchange worksheet. You need both of those worksheets to work through that because that's a lie. Your value has nothing to do with the fact that you work excellently, the fact that you can work quickly, the fact that you can turn out a great product. Okay. I know that maybe you were taught that. I know that maybe through years and years of, you know, just life, you were taught that by people, but it's not the truth. You're valued by God because of how he made you and who he made you to be. And your value was set when he made you. What you do, that's just bringing glory to him and good to his people. It's just a way to expand the kingdom. Okay. Now, Ecclesiastes 4, 9 to 12. This is the other part of this rub. Two are better than one, it says, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. There is value, there is help in asking to go alongside one another. So when you insist on figuring it out all alone, you're not being responsible. You're actually being irresponsible because the Bible tells us that we should be going together. And it's not, it doesn't mean that you're strong because you're working against the design that God created you in. Misindependent isn't a badge of honor in the kingdom. It's a strategy of the enemy to keep you isolated so you never finish what God told you to build. Can I say that again? Misindependent is not a badge of honor in the kingdom of God. It's actually a strategy of the enemy to keep you isolated so you never finish what God told you to build.

That listen, the reason why I'm sitting on that for a hot second is because for like years I spun on that. And I just kept on insisting that no, no, no, no, no, I have to do it this way. So look, let me show you what changes for a kingdom woman when she stops building alone. I have a community. It's called the Jesus Girl Gang Community. It's a community of kingdom-building women. And inside of that woman, I have a mentorship. It's called the Build with Faith Mentorship. And I actually help women on a daily basis to build the big, bold, beautiful business or ministry that God has called them to. And we do this inside of this room, this container called the Jesus Girl Gang, this community. And I hand them a framework, I hand them coaching, the community is there. And then we tell I even hand them tools and systems. Okay. And inside of this community, because we've actually stepped into it and now we're running with like-minded, like-spirited women who are going in the same direction like we're going in, something incredible happens. So one of my um members, her name's Peggy. She told me, I accomplished in a matter of weeks what I couldn't do in six years of trying on my own. Six years alone. She had the website, she had pieces. She said she had all kinds of pieces. She had the idea for her business and ministry. She had website. She had some different things going on. But still, for six years, she was stuck. She had pieces and she didn't know. She stepped into a room that was the community. She found support. She found the systems, the community that she needed. And within literal weeks, she was moving and she was producing the same capacity, different pattern, different space. It's so incredible what can happen. I've got the the gal that I was telling you about, who is the life and health coach who is starting out working with the GLP1 users. She says, I'd been stuck wondering if I would ever be able to move forward. And before I knew it, I was much further along than I ever imagined. See, this is the synergy of God community. I honestly believe this because we get into a room and that community, it creates an atmosphere. And I'm not just talking, I am definitely not talking woo-woo. You know that the Bible says, where two or three are gathered in my name, I will be there. That's what God says. And so when you set up a kingdom builder room where everyone who's in the room is building to the glory of God and for the good of his people and in accordance with the purpose that they've been designed with, and they're calling on the name of God, you better believe that that atmosphere is different. You better believe that that atmosphere is electric. I'm telling you, when people step into the community with me and with these women, you accelerate, you find momentum. It's just, it's just a given. I've got a gal in the membership, and she went through a hard moment. She had a moment where her son had been hospitalized. Her dad was in the hospital having some surgery, major surgery, and her husband was called to ministry all at the same time, all the same time. And she still got her lead magnet done. Like what? She still kept building because she was in a room that held her arms up when life got tight, when life just tried to take her out. Like that's just the simplest way to say it. And so sometimes we need community to hold our arms up. That's what happens. These are the things that are possible when you stop trying to carry everything all alone. I'm not telling you to go and have someone build your business. I'm not telling you to go hire a VA at this moment. I'm not telling you that you like need like some team of people that are doing your business with you. I hear you. Like when you start out, you're a solopreneur, but that does not mean that you cannot find a community to join with and build in. It doesn't mean that you're too soon to find a coach, to find a guide who can help you. Like you do not have to do this alone. And in fact, it's not advisable. So can I be the older sister for a minute? Can I be that girl? That's the best way that I can explain it. I've got a mothering heart. I'm a mama hen. But you know, when we're just getting to know one another, can I just be that older sister? Because here's the thing. Let me tell you a little bit more about this community that I'm building. Okay. It's not open right now, but I do want to tell you a little bit about it because the runway to it, the door that gets you into that community, so you can even see if you want to be a part of it, that door is about to open in a couple of weeks. Okay. So, and that's called the Jesus Girls Business Launch Lab. But this leads into my community called the Jesus Girl Gang and the Build with Faith movement, the Build with Faith Mentorship. And the Jesus Girl Gang, like I told you, is this community of audacious, spirit-filled kingdom women who are building businesses that make impact and income, period. And inside of that is the Build with Faith mentorship, where I walk with women through a four-part pattern together. That's framework, coaching, community, platform, and systems. And those same four things that we've been talking about a lot lately here in the podcast, that's what's inside of there. It's all in one place because that's what you're building, it's what it requires. In this day and age, with all of the distractions, with all the pressure, with how fast everything is moving, and with all the moving parts and pieces, I really encourage you to find a full pattern. Find everything. Find the pattern, the framework, find the coach, find the community, find the systems that you need. And it's best if you find them all in one place. So, and I call that that's like a movement, you know? And this is the movement that I'm building. It's kingdom women that are building together, getting coached together, sharpening each other, holding one another's arms up, like Moses had Aaron in her. I um saw a post into our community this past weekend, and it was a gal who um made some incredible progress when she went through the launch lab um the first time. And then life got a hold of her. And she has a full-time business, a full-time job as well. And she life is lifing. And so she came in there this weekend and she was like, guys, look, I am trying to reignite the fuse. I'm going back, I'm going back to the systems, I'm going back to the community, I'm going back to the coaching, and I'm just restarting. I'm just pressing the restart button. And what was so lovely was seeing these women come all around her from the community and encourage her and validate and just help her to get back on the horse again. And sometimes that's what we need. We need those guys, Aaron and her, like Moses had, to hold our arms up while we're trying to build the big, bold, beautiful thing that God has called us to. And also like the Proverbs 31 woman had in her household team. So I told you that the launch lab, which is the on-ramp to that community, is opening in a couple weeks. But I want to tell you about something special that I'm doing just for my podcast listeners and for my email subscribers. Okay. So, what is the Jesus Girls Business Launch Lab? It's a three-day live workshop with me, has two bonus sessions on it as well, where I teach you the full build with faith framework. And you actually listen, listen. This is not just a course. This is not just some do-it-yourself program. No, no. This is a workshop, workshop, workshop. You actually build with me during the workshop. Mindset, offers, leads, sales, systems. You leave with assets, not just notes. And you get a real taste of what it feels like to build with the full pattern and with support all the way around you. Okay. But here's what I'm doing for just my podcast listeners and my email subscribers. I'm not, I'm not posting it, I'm not advertising about this just yet. The real offer is going to open on Monday. But until Monday, I'm doing something called the all-in experience priority offer. This is just for you. Okay. This is all in access. This gives you everything that's in the workshop plus the VIP level experience. So not only do you get the workshop, not only do you get the bonus sessions, and um you'll get some tools, like you'll get some AI prompts that we're working through in the workshop, but you'll also get the VIP experience, which means that on the Friday of the workshop week, you'll get a group coaching call with me where we will do hot seats. You'll also get a one-on-one strategy call with me where we can talk through your business and I can help you set up a roadmap for how you're actually going to build and launch this thing after the launch lab is over. Okay. And you get an extensive workbook and all this kind of stuff. And wrapped around the entire experience is a week of box or group coaching. This is very, very packed and stacked. And I know that like sometimes if you put too much into an offer, people can get overwhelmed. But here's the thing: you need every bit of this. You need every bit of this so that you can get unstuck and so that you can start moving and breaking through and getting launched. Okay. And listen, for just the next couple of days, few days until um Sunday night, I'm offering this all-in experience to my podcast listeners and my email subscribers for just 77 bucks. It's $22 off of the regular price. So if you want to go check that out, I want you to go to ericapile.com slash launch lab. Go to ericapile.com slash launch lab and grab your seat. Listen, I am limiting the seats. I am limiting the seats because you heard me. I'm going to group coach and I'm also going to give you a one-on-one strategy session. So I have a limit of the number of one-on-one calls that I can do in a week. So if you know that you want to work with me for that week, you want to get into the community, you want to get into the room, you want to get the pattern, you want to build those assets and walk out of that week with what you need to be able to launch your business, then sister, what are you waiting for? Go to ericapile.com slash launch lab and grab one of the seats and I'll see you inside. Okay. All right, sis, as we get closed up here, I want to remind you that the Proverbs 31 woman, she did not build alone. Moses didn't build alone. Paul didn't build alone and Jesus didn't send anyone out alone. And you were never supposed to build this thing alone either. And so, first things first, I want you to subscribe. Come back next Thursday at 3 p.m. Eastern so that you can be a part of this thing that we're building together. And if you know that you're ready to stop carrying that launch all by yourself, then I want to see you inside the launch lab. Go to Eric Capile.com slash launch lab and I will see you inside. All right, friend, that's all for this week. I'll see you next time. Bye for now.
